For the protective film 3 of the multilayer film, different films may have different functions, some films are used for being attached to the display screen of the mobile phone, and some films have the protection function on the films. In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, the type of the protective film 3 is not limited, and the protective film 3 may be various types of protective films 3 such as a tempered film, a hydrogel film, or a high-definition film.
On the basis of this, in the present embodiment, the first rotation member 1 is also provided rotatably connected to the second rotation member 2. For example, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the connection positions of the first and second rotary members 1 and 2 may be provided at the ends of the first and second rotary members 1 and 2, respectively. In addition, the connection position of the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2 may be set at the intermediate position of the second rotating member 2 according to the external dimensions of the apparatus to be film-pasted. The embodiments of the present application are not limited thereto.
Through the above-mentioned setting, the pad pasting device that this application embodiment provided is fixed through setting up the holding portion 11 on first rotating member 1 and is waited the pad pasting equipment to set up spacing portion 21 and carry out spacingly to protection film 3 on second rotating member 2, and rotate under the circumstances that is close together with second rotating member 2 in first rotating member 1, fix protection film 3 centre gripping between first rotating member 1 and second rotating member 2, can form the complete spacing to protection film 3. Through adjusting the position of the accommodating part 11 on the first rotating member 1 and adjusting the position of the limiting part 21 on the second rotating member 2, the display screen and the protective film 3 of the mobile phone can be aligned under the condition that the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2 are rotated to be abutted together, so that the positions of the display screen and the protective film 3 of the mobile phone are relatively fixed, and the film pasting quality can be improved. And through rotating first rotating member 1 or second rotating member 2, just can attach protection film 3 on the display screen of cell-phone, make the easy operation of the pad pasting device that this application embodiment provided, strong adaptability.
On the basis, in some embodiments of the present application, a receiving groove 211 matching the outer edge contour of the protective film 3 is provided on the side of the second rotating member 2 corresponding to the portion to be film-pasted. Placing the protective film 3 in the accommodation groove 211 can form a limit to the protective film 3 in the extending direction of the protective film 3.
On this basis, in some embodiments of the present application, the extending portion 341 is provided at the edge in the extending direction of the protective film 3, and the purpose of limiting the protective film 3 can be achieved by limiting the extending portion 341. The display screen of the mobile phone is generally rectangular with rounded corners, and for this purpose, the extension 341 and the main body of the protective film 3 may be configured to be easily separated. For the hydrogel film or the general plastic-made protective film 3, a breakable line may be provided between the connection position of the extension 341 and the main body structure of the protective film 3; for the protective film 3, other film layers may be attached to the surface of the toughened film, so that the extension 341 may be provided on the other film layers. In this way, after the protective film 3 is attached to the display screen of the mobile phone, the extension 341 and the main structure of the protective film 3 can be easily separated, so that the shape of the protective film 3 can be kept in a regular shape consistent with the display screen of the mobile phone.
In correspondence to the above, in some embodiments of the present application, the positioning groove 212 is provided at the edge of the accommodation groove 211 corresponding to the extension 341. The limiting portion 21 is limited by the positioning groove 212, so that the whole protective film 3 can be limited.
On this basis, referring to fig. 1 and 3, in order to further strengthen the fixation of the protective film 3, a positioning protrusion 12 is provided on the first rotary member 1 at a position corresponding to the positioning groove 212. The positioning projections 12 and the positioning grooves 212 are matched to clamp and fix the protective film 3 between the positioning grooves 212 and the positioning projections 12.
The depths of the accommodating recess 211 and the positioning recess 212 may be determined according to the thickness of the protective film 3. The projection height of the positioning projection 12 may be determined in accordance with the depths of the accommodating recess 211 and the positioning recess 212 and the thickness of the protective film 3 together, so that the extension 341 can be clamped and fixed between the positioning recess 212 and the positioning projection 12 with the first rotary member 1 and the second rotary member 2 rotated to be abutted together.
In addition, the number of the stopper portions 21 may be set to at least two, and the number of the positioning grooves 212 and the positioning projections 12 may be set to at least two correspondingly. For example, referring to fig. 2 to 4, the number of the extension portions 341 of the protective film 3 may be set to three, and the number of the positioning grooves 212 and the positioning projections 12 may be set to three accordingly. Also, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the positioning groove 212 and the positioning protrusion 12 may be provided on different sides of the second rotary member 2 and the first rotary member 1, respectively. In this way, the protective film 3 can be restrained in different directions.
In addition, referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present application, in order to fix the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2 in a state of abutting together, a clamping structure 13 is further provided between the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2. Specifically, the clamping structure 13 includes a clamping post 131 and a clamping hole 132, and the extending direction of the clamping post 131 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the rotation shaft of the first rotation member 1. Illustratively, for the rotational axis of the first rotary member 1 to be in the horizontal plane, the snap posts 131 extend in the vertical direction. And, through carrying out the adaptation setting with the size of joint post 131 and joint hole 132, can realize the detachable connection of joint post 131 and joint hole 132. When the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2 need to be abutted together, the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2 can be kept at relatively fixed positions by clamping the clamping post 131 in the clamping hole 132, and when the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2 need to be separated, the clamping post 131 can be separated from the clamping hole 132 by applying an external force to the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2, so that the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2 can be separated.
In the embodiment of the present application, the positions of the clamping post 131 and the clamping hole 132 on the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2 are not limited, and the clamping post 131 may be disposed on the first rotating member 1 and the clamping hole 132 may be disposed on the second rotating member 2; the locking post 131 may be provided on the second rotating member 2, and the locking hole 132 may be provided on the first rotating member 1. In addition, referring to fig. 3, the number of the locking posts 131 and the locking holes 132 may be at least two, and some of the locking posts 131 may be provided on the first rotor 1 and other locking posts 131 may be provided on the second rotor 2.
On this basis, referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, in some embodiments of the present application, in order to ensure the clamping effect of the clamping post 131 and the clamping hole 132, a protrusion 1311 perpendicular to the axial direction of the clamping post 131 is provided at one end of the clamping post 131 corresponding to the clamping hole 132. By pressing the boss 1311 during the process of mounting the clamping post 131 in the clamping hole 132, the clamping post 131 can be ensured to be firmly clamped in the clamping hole 132 by utilizing the deformability of the boss 1311. Meanwhile, in order to improve the deformability of the boss 1311, a deformation notch 1312 extending along the axial direction of the clamping post 131 is further disposed on a side of the clamping post 131 corresponding to the clamping hole 132, and the extending direction of the deformation notch 1312 is perpendicular to the boss direction of the boss 1311. For example, referring to fig. 4 and 8, the catching posts 131 may be provided on the second rotary member 2, and, for the rectangular second rotary member 2, the protrusions 1311 of the catching posts 131 may be provided toward the outside of the second rotary member 2 in the width direction of the second rotary member 2, and at this time, the direction of the deformation notch 1312 may be provided along the length direction of the second rotary member 2.
In this way, when the pair of the clamping posts 131 are mounted into the clamping holes 132, the deformation notch 1312 can form a deformation space of the boss 1311, so that the boss 1311 can be smoothly mounted into the clamping holes 132.
In addition, referring to fig. 1, 3 and 7, in some embodiments of the present application, a through hole 22 extending in the length direction of the protective film 3 is further provided at a position on the second rotary member 2 corresponding to the protective film 3. The through hole 22 can be used to apply pressure to the protective film 3, so that the protective film 3 is tightly attached to the display screen of the mobile phone. Further, referring to fig. 1, 3 and 7, two ends of the through hole 22 may be set to be arc-shaped, so that a finger can slide in the through hole 22 conveniently, so that the film sticking device provided in the embodiment of the present application is more convenient.
In order to facilitate the operation of the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2, referring to fig. 1 to 4, 6, 8 and 9, in some embodiments of the present application, a first operating portion 14 is provided at an end of the first rotating member 1 away from a connection position of the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2, a second operating portion 23 is provided at an end of the second rotating member 2 away from a connection position of the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2, and the first operating portion 14 and the second operating portion 23 are also disposed in a dislocation along an axial direction of a rotation shaft of the second rotating member 2. Since the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2 need to be brought close to or away from each other in the process of film sticking, the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2 can be conveniently operated by the above arrangement.
For example, referring to fig. 1 to 4, a protrusion in the extending direction of the first rotary member 1 may be provided at an intermediate position of one end of the first rotary member 1 away from the connection position of the first rotary member 1 and the second rotary member 2 to form the first operating portion 14. The second operating portion 23 may be formed by providing protrusions along the extending direction of the second rotating member 2 on both sides of one end of the second rotating member 2 away from the connection position of the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2, corresponding to the first operating portion 14. In this way, the intermediate positions of the first operation portion 14 and the second operation portion 23 are also shifted.
On the basis, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the embodiment of the application further provides a film sticking system, which comprises the film sticking device and the protective film 3. The protective film 3 includes a first film layer 31, a second film layer 32 and a separation film layer 33, where the second film layer 32 includes a first surface for being attached to a portion to be attached, such as a display screen of a mobile phone. The first film 31 is detachably attached to the first surface and may be used to protect the first surface. The first end of the separation membrane layer 33 is connected to the first end of the first membrane layer 31, and when one end of the separation membrane layer 33 moves along the first end of the first membrane layer 31 towards the second end of the first membrane layer 31, the first membrane layer 31 is driven to be separated from the second membrane layer 32.
Meanwhile, the protective film 3 can be placed on one side of the second rotating member 2 corresponding to the part to be laminated, and the limiting part 21 arranged on the second rotating member 2 can limit the position of the protective film 3. When the protective film 3 is placed on the side of the second rotating member 2 corresponding to the portion to be coated, the second end of the separation film layer 33 extends beyond the film coating device. In this way, the separation membrane layer 33 can be conveniently operated to separate the first membrane layer 31 from the first side of the second membrane layer 32.
In the embodiment of the present application, the second membrane layer 32 and the separation membrane layer 33 may be provided by using a flexible material. In this way, the separation membrane layer 33 and the first membrane layer 31 can be moved also in the case where the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2 are abutted together.
For example, referring to fig. 2 to 4, the first end of the separation membrane layer 33 and the first end of the first membrane layer 31 may be disposed at a side close to the connection position of the first rotary member 1 and the second rotary member 2, and the second end of the separation membrane layer 33 and the second section of the first membrane layer 31 may be disposed at a side distant from the connection position of the first rotary member 1 and the second rotary member 2. Thus, when the separation membrane layer 33 and the first membrane layer 31 are moved, the separation membrane layer 33 and the first membrane layer 31 are moved from the side of the connection position of the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2 to the side away from the connection position of the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2, thereby facilitating the movement of the separation membrane layer 33 and the first membrane layer 31.
It should be noted that, since the separating film 33 mainly functions to drive the first surface of the first film 31 and the second film 32 to separate, referring to fig. 2 to 4, the width of the separating film 33 may be set smaller than the width of the first film 31. Meanwhile, since the first film 31 mainly serves to protect the first face of the second film 32, referring to fig. 2 to 4, the first film 31 may be sized to be identical to the second film 32.
On this basis, in some embodiments of the present application, the second film layer 32 further includes a second face. The second side of the second film 32 refers to the side opposite the first side of the second film 32. Correspondingly, the protective film 3 further comprises a third film layer 34, and the third film layer 34 is detachably attached to the second surface of the second film layer 32, so that the second surface of the second film layer 32 can be protected.
It should be noted that, for the mobile phone, the first surface of the second film layer 32 refers to a surface of the second film layer 32 corresponding to the display screen of the mobile phone, and is used for attaching to the display screen of the mobile phone; the second side of the second film 32 refers to the side of the second film 32 away from the phone.
Meanwhile, a receiving groove 211 matched with the outline of the outer edge of the protective film 3 is arranged on one side of the second rotating member 2 corresponding to the part to be pasted with the film and is used for receiving each film layer of the protective film 3. Also, an extension 341 beyond the second film layer 32 in the extension direction of the protective film 3 is provided on the third film layer 34, and a positioning groove 212 is provided at the edge of the accommodation groove 211 corresponding to the extension 341. In this way, the limiting of the extension portion 341 by the positioning groove 212 can achieve the purpose of limiting the whole protective film 3. Through the arrangement, the extension part 341 is arranged on the third film layer 34, and after the second film layer 32 is attached to the film to be attached, the third film layer 34 is separated from the second film layer 32, so that the second film layer 32 and the film to be attached can be kept consistent in size.
In addition, referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, in some embodiments of the present application, in order to secure the movement of the separation membrane layer 33 and the first membrane layer 31, a receiving notch 15 is provided at a position of the first rotation member 1 corresponding to the second end of the first membrane layer 31. And a sliding gap is provided between the accommodating gap 15 and the separation membrane layer 33 and the first membrane layer 31.
For example, referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, the depth of the receiving notch 15 may be set to be slightly larger than the sum of the thickness of the separation membrane layer 33 and the thickness of the first membrane layer 31, and the width of the first membrane layer 31 may be set to be slightly larger than the thickness of the first membrane layer 31. In this way, when a tensile force is applied to the separation film 33 to separate the separation film 33 from the first film 31 and the second film 32, the separation film 33 and the first film 31 can be smoothly pulled out from the accommodation notch 15.
In addition, the film sticking device provided in the embodiment of the present application may be applied to the protective film 3 without the separation film layer 33. For example, referring to fig. 8 and 9, first, the protective film 3 may be placed in the accommodating recess 211 and the extension 341 may be limited to the positioning recess 212. The first rotary member 1 is then rotated to abut against the second rotary member 2, and the protective film 3 is held between the first rotary member 1 and the second rotary member 2. The first film 31 is then separated from the first side of the second film 32. Finally, the film pasting device is fixed on the accommodating part 11 of the first rotating member 1, so that the first surface of the second film layer 32 is pasted with the film pasting position.
In addition, the through hole 22 is provided in the second rotating member 2, and the second film 32 may be attached to the portion to be laminated more firmly by sliding the finger through the through hole 22 so as to apply pressure to the second film 32.
Meanwhile, for the protective film 3 including the third film layer 34, the third film layer 34 may be finally separated from the second film layer 32.
The foregoing embodiment numbers of the present application are merely for describing, and do not represent advantages or disadvantages of the embodiments. The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present application, and is not intended to limit the scope of the claims, and all equivalent structures or equivalent processes using the descriptions and drawings of the present application, or direct or indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the claims of the present application.
