Since scratches are easily generated on a screen of the electronic device, a display effect may be affected. In addition, other parts of some electronic devices are also made of glass or materials which are easy to scratch, and after long-term use, the attractiveness can be affected. For this, the user generally selects a film-sticking method to protect the electronic device.
The embodiment of the application provides a film pasting system, which comprises a protective film and a film pasting device and is used for pasting films to electronic equipment. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the type of the electronic device is not limited, and the electronic device may refer to a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a watch, a sports bracelet, and the like, by way of example. For convenience of description, in the embodiment of the present application, the electronic device to be attached with a film is collectively referred to as a device to be attached with a film.
Meanwhile, in the embodiment of the application, the film pasting part of the electronic equipment is not limited, and for an exemplary mobile phone, the film pasting can be performed on the display screen part of the mobile phone, and for setting the material of the rear shell of the mobile phone to be glass or ceramic, the rear shell of the mobile phone can also be limited. In addition, in order to protect the camera of the mobile phone, the camera part of the mobile phone can be also subjected to film pasting. For convenience of description, in the embodiment of the present application, the film-sticking portion of the electronic device is collectively referred to as a film-sticking portion.
On this basis, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the embodiment of the present application provides a film laminating apparatus including a first rotary member 1 and a second rotary member 2. Wherein, a receiving portion 11 is provided on the first rotating member 1 for fixing the to-be-pasted film device 01 and exposing a to-be-pasted film portion 011 of the to-be-pasted film device 01. And, a limiting part 12 is arranged at one side of the first rotating member 1 corresponding to the film pasting position 011, and is used for limiting the protective film 3. And the second rotating member 2 is rotationally connected with the first rotating member 1, when the second rotating member 2 and the first rotating member 1 rotate to be mutually attached, the protective film 3 can be clamped and fixed between the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2, and the to-be-attached film position 011 is aligned with the protective film 3. And, a through hole 21 corresponding to the to-be-laminated portion 011 is provided on the second rotating member 2, the size of the through hole 21 is larger than or equal to the size of the to-be-laminated portion 011, and at least two edges of the projection of the through hole 21 to the to-be-laminated portion 011 overlap with the edge of the to-be-laminated portion 011.
In the embodiment of the present application, the external dimensions of the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2 are not limited, and the housing 11 may be made according to the external dimensions of the apparatus 01 to be attached, so as to match the apparatus 01 to be attached with the apparatus 11 to be attached to fix the apparatus 01 to be attached.
In order to facilitate explanation of the film sticking device provided in the embodiments of the present application, in the specification and the accompanying drawings, the to-be-stuck film device 01 is taken as a mobile phone, and the to-be-stuck film portion 011 is taken as a display screen of the mobile phone as an example.
Referring to fig. 1, the first rotor 1 may be provided with a mounting hole matching the outer edge contour of the cellular phone, and the cellular phone may be fixed by using the mounting hole as the housing 11. Specifically, the side wall of the mounting hole and the side wall of the mobile phone can form interference fit so as to achieve the purpose of fixing the mobile phone. In addition, the mounting hole may be formed as a blind hole, and a receiving groove may be formed on the side corresponding to the second rotary member 2, and the mobile phone may be fixed by using the receiving groove as the receiving portion 11. Therefore, the side wall of the accommodating groove and the side wall of the mobile phone form interference fit so as to achieve the purpose of fixing the mobile phone; in addition, the bottom surface of the accommodating groove can be provided with a sucker, and the sucker is utilized to adsorb the back shell of the mobile phone, so that the purpose of fixing the mobile phone is achieved.
On the other hand, with reference to the above description, the display screen of the mobile phone can be exposed by appropriately selecting the fixed position between the mobile phone and the housing portion 11. For example, in the above example, the side wall of the mobile phone and the rear casing of the mobile phone are used as the fixed positions, so that the display screen of the mobile phone can be exposed, so as to facilitate film pasting.
Meanwhile, a limiting part 12 is further arranged on one side, corresponding to the mobile phone display screen, of the first rotating part 1 and used for limiting the protective film 3. For example, a fixing column may be disposed on one side of the first rotating member 1 corresponding to the mobile phone display screen, and a fixing hole may be disposed on the protective film 3, so that the protective film 3 may be limited along the extending direction thereof by passing the fixing column through the fixing hole. In addition, a groove corresponding to the edge contour of the protective film 3 may be provided on the side of the first rotating member 1 corresponding to the mobile phone display screen, and the groove may be used as the limiting portion 12, so that the protective film 3 is prevented from being placed in the groove, and the limitation of the extending direction of the protective film 3 may be formed by using the side wall of the groove.
In the embodiment of the present application, the composition of the protective film 3 is not limited, and the protective film 3 may be a single-layer film or a multi-layer film. For the protective film 3 of the multilayer film, different films may have different functions, some films are used for being attached to the display screen of the mobile phone, and some films have the protection function on the films. In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, the type of the protective film 3 is not limited, and the protective film 3 may be various types of protective films 3 such as a tempered film, a hydrogel film, or a high-definition film.
On the basis of this, in the present embodiment, the second rotating member 2 is also provided in rotational connection with the first rotating member 1. For example, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the connection positions of the first and second rotary members 1 and 2 may be provided at the end portions of the first and second rotary members 1 and 2, respectively. In addition, depending on the external dimensions of the apparatus 01 to be attached, the connection position of the second rotary member 2 and the first rotary member 1 may be set at an intermediate position of the first rotary member 1. The embodiments of the present application are not limited thereto.
When the second rotor 2 is rotated to be in contact with the first rotor 1, the protective film 3 can be sandwiched between the first rotor 1 and the second rotor 2, and the protective film 3 can be completely restrained. Through adjusting the position of the accommodating part 11 on the first rotating member 1 and adjusting the position of the limiting part 12, when the second rotating member 2 rotates to be mutually attached to the first rotating member 1, the film-sticking part 011 and the protective film 3 can be aligned, so that the positions of the film-sticking part 011 and the protective film 3 are relatively fixed, and the film-sticking quality can be improved.
Meanwhile, a through hole 21 corresponding to the portion 011 to be laminated is also provided on the second rotary member 2. The size of the through hole 21 is larger than or equal to the size of the portion to be laminated 011, and at least two edges of the projection of the through hole 21 to the portion to be laminated 011 overlap with the edge of the portion to be laminated 011. In this way, when the first rotor 1 and the second rotor 2 are rotated to be attached to each other, the through hole 21 can limit the protective film 3, and the protective film 3 and the portion 011 to be attached can be aligned. Through foretell setting, the pad pasting device that this application embodiment provided can also utilize the through-hole 21 that sets up on the second rotates 2 to carry out spacingly to protection film 3 to make protection film 3 and cell-phone's display screen counterpoint, thereby can also utilize this through-hole 21 to treat the pad pasting position and carry out the pad pasting, increase the mode of use of pad pasting device that this application embodiment provided, make the adaptability of pad pasting device that this application embodiment provided strong.
On this basis, referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present application, an extension portion 341 is provided at an edge in the extending direction of the protective film 3, and the purpose of limiting the protective film 3 can be achieved by limiting the extension portion 341. The display screen of the mobile phone is generally rectangular with rounded corners, and for this purpose, the extension 341 and the main body of the protective film 3 may be configured to be easily separated. For the hydrogel film or the general plastic-made protective film 3, a breakable line may be provided between the connection position of the extension 341 and the main body structure of the protective film 3; for the protective film 3, other film layers may be attached to the surface of the toughened film, so that the extension 341 may be provided on the other film layers. In this way, after the protective film 3 is attached to the display screen of the mobile phone, the extension 341 and the main structure of the protective film 3 can be easily separated, so that the shape of the protective film 3 can be kept in a regular shape consistent with the display screen of the mobile phone.
In this regard, the limiting portion 12 may be provided corresponding to the extending portion 341, and the limiting of the extending portion 341 achieves the purpose of limiting the protective film 3.
For example, a groove corresponding to the extension portion 341 may be provided on a side of the first rotating member 1 corresponding to the portion 011 to be laminated, and by placing the extension portion 341 in the groove, the protection film 3 may be limited in the extending direction of the protection film 3. And complete limitation of the protective film 3 is achieved by clamping and fixing the extension 341 between the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2.
In addition, referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present application, a limiting hole 3411 may be further provided on the extension portion 341 of the protective film 3, and a limiting post 121 may be provided on the first rotating member 1 at a position corresponding to the limiting hole 3411, where the limiting of the protective film 3 may be achieved by passing the limiting post 121 through the limiting hole 3411.
In the embodiment of the present application, the shape of the extension 341 of the protective film 3 is not limited. For example, referring to fig. 3, continuous extending portions 341 along the entire length direction of the protective film 3 may be provided on both sides of the protective film 3 in the length direction; further, the extending portion 341 may be provided only in the vicinity of the limiting hole 3411 so as to extend along the entire length of the protective film 3 in the longitudinal direction.
On this basis, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, a limit groove 22 is provided on the second rotating member 2 corresponding to the limit post 121 described above. When the second rotating member 2 and the first rotating member 1 are attached to each other, the limiting post 121 extends into the limiting groove 22, so that the extending portion 341 can be clamped and fixed between the limiting post 121 and the limiting groove 22. Like this, can carry out spacingly with protection film 3 more firmly, prevent that protection film 3 from producing the removal, can guarantee the pad pasting quality further.
In addition, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, in some embodiments of the present application, a clamping structure 13 is further provided between the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2, and the clamping structure 13 can be used to keep the second rotating member 2 and the first rotating member 1 relatively fixed when the second rotating member 2 and the first rotating member 1 are mutually attached.
It should be noted that various types are provided for the engagement structure 13. A clamping post and a clamping hole may be provided on the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2, respectively. And, through carrying out the adaptation setting with joint post and joint hole size, can realize the detachable connection of joint post and joint hole. When the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2 are required to be rotated to be mutually attached, the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2 can be kept at relatively fixed positions by clamping the clamping columns in the clamping holes, and when the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2 are required to be separated, the clamping columns can be separated from the clamping holes by applying external force to the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2, so that the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2 can be separated.
In addition, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, in some embodiments of the present application, the clamping structure 13 is provided as an arc-shaped protrusion 131 and an arc-shaped recess 132. Specifically, the protruding direction of the arc-shaped protrusion 131 is set to satisfy the perpendicular condition with the rotation direction of the second rotation member 2. For example, for setting the rotation direction of the second rotary member 2 in the vertical direction, the projection direction of the arc-shaped projection 131 may be set in the horizontal direction. In addition, the protruding direction of the arc-shaped protrusion 131 can also be understood to coincide with the direction of the rotation axis of the second rotation member 2.
In addition, the fact that the protrusion direction of the arc-shaped protrusion 131 and the rotation direction of the second rotation member 2 satisfy the vertical condition means that the protrusion direction of the arc-shaped protrusion 131 is perpendicular or approximately perpendicular to the rotation direction of the second rotation member 2.
Also, in the present embodiment, the arc-shaped protrusion 131 may be provided on one of the first rotary member 1 and the second rotary member 2, and the arc-shaped groove 132 may be provided on the other of the first rotary member 1 and the second rotary member 2. For example, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the arc-shaped protrusion 131 may be disposed at a side of the first rotary member 1 away from the connection position of the first rotary member 1 and the second rotary member 2, and the arc-shaped groove 132 may be disposed at a side of the second rotary member 2 away from the connection position of the first rotary member 1 and the second rotary member 2 corresponding to the arc-shaped protrusion 131.
In order to facilitate the operation of the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2, referring to fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments of the present application, a first operating portion 14 is provided at an end of the first rotating member 1 away from a connection position of the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2, a second operating portion 23 is provided at an end of the second rotating member 2 away from a connection position of the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2, and the first operating portion 14 and the second operating portion 23 are also provided in a dislocation along an axial direction of a rotation axis of the second rotating member 2. Since the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2 need to be brought close to or away from each other in the process of film sticking, the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2 can be conveniently operated by the above arrangement.
For example, referring to fig. 1 to 3, a protrusion in the extending direction of the first rotary member 1 may be provided at an intermediate position of one end of the first rotary member 1 away from the connection position of the first rotary member 1 and the second rotary member 2 to form the first operating portion 14. The second operating portion 23 may be formed by providing protrusions along the extending direction of the second rotating member 2 on both sides of one end of the second rotating member 2 away from the connection position of the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2, corresponding to the first operating portion 14. In this way, the intermediate positions of the first operation portion 14 and the second operation portion 23 are also shifted.
On the basis, the embodiment of the application also provides a film sticking system which comprises the film sticking device and the protective film 3. And the protective film 3 includes a first film layer 31, a second film layer 32 and a separation film layer 33, where the second film layer 32 includes a first surface for being attached to a portion 011 to be attached, such as a display screen of a mobile phone. The first film 31 is detachably attached to the first side of the second film 32 and may be used to protect the first side of the second film 32. The first end of the separation membrane layer 33 is connected to the first end of the first membrane layer 31, and when the first end of the separation membrane layer 33 moves along the first end of the first membrane layer 31 towards the second end of the first membrane layer 31, the first membrane layer 31 is driven to be separated from the second membrane layer 32.
Meanwhile, the protective film 3 may be placed on the side of the first rotating member 1 corresponding to the portion 011 to be laminated, and the position of the protective film 3 may be limited by the limiting portion 12 provided on the first rotating member 1. When the protective film 3 is placed on the side of the first rotating member 1 corresponding to the portion to be film-pasted 011, referring to fig. 5, the second end of the separation film layer 33 exceeds the film pasting device. In this way, the separation membrane layer 33 can be conveniently operated to separate the first membrane layer 31 from the first side of the second membrane layer 32.
In the embodiment of the present application, the second membrane layer 32 and the separation membrane layer 33 may be provided by using a flexible material. In this way, the separation film 33 and the first film 31 can be moved even when the first rotor 1 and the second rotor 2 are rotated to be in contact with each other.
For example, referring to fig. 3, the first end of the separation membrane layer 33 and the first end of the first membrane layer 31 may be disposed at a side close to the connection position of the first rotary member 1 and the second rotary member 2, and the second end of the separation membrane layer 33 and the second end of the first membrane layer 31 may be disposed at a side distant from the connection position of the first rotary member 1 and the second rotary member 2. Thus, when the separation membrane layer 33 and the first membrane layer 31 are moved, the separation membrane layer 33 and the first membrane layer 31 are moved from the side of the connection position of the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2 to the side away from the connection position of the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2, thereby facilitating the movement of the separation membrane layer 33 and the first membrane layer 31.
It should be noted that, since the separating film 33 mainly serves to drive the first surface of the first film 31 and the second film 32 to separate, referring to fig. 3, the width of the separating film 33 may be smaller than the width of the first film 31. Meanwhile, since the first film 31 mainly serves to protect the first face of the second film 32, referring to fig. 3, the first film 31 may be sized to be identical to the second film 32.
On this basis, in some embodiments of the present application, the second film layer 32 further includes a second face. The second side of the second film 32 refers to the side opposite the first side of the second film 32. Correspondingly, the protective film 3 further comprises a third film layer 34, and the third film layer 34 is detachably attached to the second surface of the second film layer 32, so that the second surface of the second film layer 32 can be protected.
It should be noted that, for the mobile phone, the first surface of the second film layer 32 refers to a surface of the second film layer 32 corresponding to the display screen of the mobile phone, and is used for attaching to the display screen of the mobile phone; the second side of the second film 32 refers to the side of the second film 32 away from the phone.
In this way, an extension 341 beyond the second film layer 32 may be provided on the third film layer 34, and a limiting hole 3411 may be provided on the extension 341, and a limiting portion 12 may be provided on the first rotary member 1. The limiting post 121 is inserted through the limiting hole 3411, so that the limiting portion 12 can be limited, and the protective film 3 can be limited.
In addition, referring to fig. 1, 2, 4 and 7, in some embodiments of the present application, in order to secure the movement of the separation membrane layer 33 and the first membrane layer 31, a receiving notch 24 is provided between the second rotary member 2 and the first rotary member 1 at a position corresponding to the second end of the first membrane layer 31. And a sliding gap is provided between the accommodating gap 24 and the separation membrane layer 33 and the first membrane layer 31.
For example, the receiving recess 24 may be provided on the first rotary part 1, or the receiving recess 24 may be provided on the second rotary part 2. In addition, referring to fig. 1, 2, 4 and 7, the receiving notch 24 may be partially provided on the first rotary member 1 and partially provided on the second rotary member 2, and the partially receiving notch 24 provided on the first rotary member 1 may be referred to as a first sub-receiving notch 241 and the partially receiving notch 24 provided on the second rotary member 2 may be referred to as a second sub-receiving notch 242 for convenience of description. When the first rotary member 1 and the second rotary member 2 are rotated to be engaged with each other, the first sub receiving notch 241 and the second sub receiving notch 242 form the complete receiving notch 24.
In addition, referring to fig. 1, 2, 4 and 7, the depth of the accommodating recess 24 may be set to be slightly larger than the sum of the thickness of the separation membrane layer 33 and the thickness of the first membrane layer 31, and the width of the accommodating recess 24 may be set to be slightly larger than the thickness of the first membrane layer 31. In this way, when a tensile force is applied to the separation film 33 to separate the separation film 33 from the first film 31 and the second film 32, the separation film 33 and the first film 31 can be smoothly pulled out from the accommodating notch 24, and the separation film 33 and the first film 31 are separated from the second film 32, as shown in fig. 6.
In addition, it should be noted that the film sticking device provided in the embodiment of the present application is also applicable to the protective film 3 without the separation film layer 33. For example, referring to fig. 2 and 7, first, the film sticking apparatus 01 may be first fixed in the housing 11 of the first rotary member 1. For the protective film 3 including the first film layer 31 and the second film layer 32, the first film layer 31 and the second film layer 32 may be separated before the film is attached, so that the first face of the second film layer 32 is exposed. And then when the first rotating member 1 and the second rotating member 2 are rotated to be mutually attached, the second film layer 32 is limited by utilizing the through holes 21 arranged on the second rotating member 2. Thereby enabling the second film 32 to be aligned with the apparatus 01 to be film-attached. Finally, the second film layer 32 is attached to the equipment 01 to be attached.
Meanwhile, for the protective film 3 including the third film layer 34, the third film layer 34 may be separated from the second film layer 32 at last.
The foregoing embodiment numbers of the present application are merely for describing, and do not represent advantages or disadvantages of the embodiments. The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present application, and is not intended to limit the scope of the claims, and all equivalent structures or equivalent processes using the descriptions and drawings of the present application, or direct or indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the claims of the present application.
