FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a fabric layer structure according to an embodiment of the present utility model.
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a composite yarn structure according to a second embodiment of the present utility model.
FIG. 3 is a schematic view of a three-sided material layer structure according to an embodiment of the present utility model.
In the figure: 1. an outer layer; 2. a middle layer; 3. an inner layer; 4. an inner layer; 5. a thermal layer; 11. polylactic acid filaments; 12. aromatic cotton fiber yarn.
Detailed Description
The utility model will be further described with reference to the drawings and specific examples.
Embodiment one:
as shown in fig. 1, a fade-resistant waterproof apparel fabric includes: a surface layer 1, a middle layer 2, an inner layer 3 and an inner layer 4. The middle layer 2 is arranged below the surface layer 1; the inner layer 3 is arranged below the middle layer 2; the inner layer 4 is arranged below the inner layer 3.
Wherein the surface layer 1 is a crystal permeable film layer and is made of aqueous fluorocarbon emulsion resin. The crystal transparent film layer can play a role in protecting, prevent the middle layer 2 from fading due to the influence of external scraping and the like, has water resistance, and can prevent water from entering the middle layer 2 to cause the fading.
The middle layer 2 is formed by interweaving warp yarns and weft yarns, the warp yarns adopt temperature-sensitive color-changing yarns, and the weft yarns adopt fluorescent yarns. The temperature-sensitive color-changing yarn comprises a yarn body and a temperature-sensitive color-changing coating layer covered outside the yarn body, preferably, the yarn body is polyester filament yarn or nylon filament yarn, the polyester yarn and the nylon have excellent strength and durability, and the manufactured fabric has high strength and good durability. Further, the polyester filaments are antibacterial modified polyester filaments; the nylon filaments are antibacterial modified nylon filaments. The antibacterial modification is that the polyester filaments and the nylon filaments have antibacterial function, so that the middle layer 2 is prevented from mildew due to bacteria, and the applicability of the garment is improved. Wherein, the antibacterial modification is that antibacterial master batch mixed slices are melt spun to prepare the polyester filament yarn and the nylon filament yarn. The fluorescent yarns are fluorescent polyester yarns, are prepared by spinning PET mixed fluorescent powder, and can emit light in a dark environment, so that the fabric is more attractive and fashionable.
The inner layer 3 is a breathable waterproof film layer, and the breathable waterproof film layer is a PTFE film. The breathable waterproof film layer can play a role in protecting the middle layer 2, and meanwhile, water enters the middle layer 2 from the inner side.
The inner layer 4 is a soft knitted fabric layer. The soft knitted fabric layer is knitted by polylactic acid filaments. The polylactic acid filament has the advantages of environmental protection, crease resistance, rebound, soft hand feeling, flame retardance, antibacterial property and the like, and can improve the touch feeling when the clothing contacts with a human body when being used as a skin-adhering layer, and meanwhile, bacteria are prevented from breeding.
Embodiment two:
as shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: the knitted fabric layer is knitted by composite yarns, and the composite yarns are formed by twisting polylactic acid filaments 11 and aromatic cotton fiber yarns 12. The cotton yarn has soft hand feeling and is breathable after absorption, and the composite polylactic acid filaments can improve the softness of the skin-contacting side of the fabric; meanwhile, the cotton yarn has an aromatic function, so that the fabric has a certain fragrance, and the texture of the fabric can be improved.
The preparation method of the aromatic cotton fiber yarn 12 comprises the following steps: providing cotton fibers; preparing an impregnating solution, wherein the impregnating solution comprises chitosan, an emulsifying agent, a penetrating agent, emulsified modified starch, plant essential oil microcapsules and water; heating the dipping solution to 40-50 ℃, dipping the cotton fibers in the dipping solution, keeping the temperature of the dipping solution at 40-50 ℃, performing ultrasonic treatment for 20-60 minutes, and standing for 1-5 hours; and taking out the impregnated cotton fibers, and washing and drying the cotton fibers to obtain the aromatic cotton fibers.
Embodiment III:
as shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: a thermal insulation layer 5 is arranged between the inner layer 3 and the inner layer 4 so as to improve the thermal insulation of the fabric and meet the use requirement of a low-temperature environment. Wherein the thermal insulation layer 5 is woven by acrylic yarns.
