The novel visual air fryer of claim 1, wherein an installation cavity is provided on the outside of the rear portion of said cooking cavity, said cross-flow fan is disposed in said installation cavity, said cross-flow fan is disposed axially parallel to the adjacent side wall of said cooking cavity, and said cross-flow fan is disposed in the middle of said side wall of said cooking cavity in a projection of said adjacent side wall of said cooking cavity, said vent being disposed in at least the middle region of said side wall of said cooking cavity.

The novel visual air fryer according to claim 2, wherein said cross-flow blower comprises a housing and a drive motor, said housing having a long cylindrical impeller therein, said drive motor having a shaft adapted to extend into said housing for connection with said impeller; the impeller comprises a plurality of arc-shaped strip-shaped blades, and the ventilation opening is a transverse strip-shaped perforation parallel to the blades.

The novel visual air fryer according to claim 3, wherein said housing is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, an air duct is provided in said housing, said impeller is provided in said air duct, said air inlet and said air outlet are provided at both ends of said air duct; a partition plate is arranged between the air inlet and the air outlet, the partition plate extends to be propped against the side wall of the cooking cavity, and the ventilation openings on two sides of the partition plate are respectively communicated with the air inlet and the air outlet.
5. The novel visual air fryer of claim 1, wherein said side cover is wholly or partially visible.
6. The novel visual air fryer of claim 1, wherein said fryer body top is provided with a top opening communicating with said cooking cavity, said top opening being provided with a top cover which is reversible to close and open said top opening.
7. The novel visual air fryer of claim 6, wherein said top cover is wholly or partially visible.
8. The novel visual air fryer of claim 6, wherein said heating assembly comprises a heat pipe and a heat plate, said heat pipe and heat plate being disposed separately from said top cover bottom and said cooking chamber bottom.
9. The novel visual air fryer of claim 8, wherein said cooking chamber is removably provided with a stewing basket through said open top, said heat-generating plate being adapted for heat transfer engagement with a bottom of said stewing basket.
10. The novel visual air fryer of any one of claims 1-8, wherein a plurality of sets of support structures of different heights are oppositely disposed on two side walls of said cooking chamber, a plurality of sets of said support structures extend to said side openings, and one or more frying plates are detachably disposed on said support structures.
