The advantage of this application is when the different communication module of configuration, main circuit board can share to reduce the stock of circuit board, design cost, thereby reduce the overall cost of equipment.

Therefore, different measurement and control devices are required to be designed for different clients, communication interfaces matched with the clients are adopted to meet the communication demands of the clients, and as the communication interfaces are usually integrated on a circuit board, the stock and design cost of a manufacturer for the circuit board is greatly increased, equipment scrapping is easily caused, and the equipment price is raised from the upstream.

The communication interface 600 is one or more of a fiber optic interface, an ethernet interface, an RS232 interface, and a USB interface. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, only one communication interface 600 is provided on the second circuit board 500, and the communication interface 600 is an optical adapter for connecting an optical fiber to communicate with the outside.
In this embodiment, the main chip of the main control MCU module adopts a digital signal processor DSP, which has strong data acquisition and processing capabilities. The power supply module is connected with 220V alternating current and outputs at least two paths of power supplies, one path of power supply module is used for driving the relay, and the other path of power supply module is used for supplying power to the chip.
In an embodiment, a connection groove 101 for exposing the communication interface 600 is provided on the back of the housing 100, and a detachable baffle 102 is provided in the connection groove 101. The baffle plate 102 is integrally formed with the back plate of the housing 100, and the baffle plate 102 is connected with the housing 100 through a plurality of breakable connecting rods. Typically, the back plate of the housing is made of aluminum alloy or hard plastic, and a stamping process may be used to form the connecting rod between the connecting slot 101 and the baffle 102.
In an embodiment, the second circuit board 500 is mounted above the first circuit board 400 by a plurality of connection posts, and the connection posts are fixed to the first circuit board 400 or the second circuit board 500 by screws. The stacked first circuit board 400 and second circuit board 500 can reduce the occupied space of the second circuit board 500 in the housing 100, and secondly, the second circuit board 500 is mounted on the first circuit board 400 through the connecting posts and the screws, so that the fixing structure of the second circuit board 500 can not be arranged in the housing 100, and in practical application, the die sinking difficulty of the housing 100 can be reduced.
The shell 100 is internally provided with a clamping groove for installing the first circuit board 400, the first circuit board 400 is fixed in the shell 100 through screws, and the clamping groove is used for primarily positioning the first circuit board 400 through a clamping function, so that the screws are convenient to fix.
The power module supplies power to the communication module through a power line, and the second circuit board 500 is provided with a power interface 700.

the shell body (100) is internally provided with at least a first circuit board (400) and a second circuit board (500), the first circuit board (400) and the second circuit board (500) are in communication connection, the main control MCU module, the power module and the storage recording module are integrated on the first circuit board (400), the communication module is integrated on the second circuit board (500), the communication module comprises at least one communication interface (600) welded on the second circuit board (500), and the communication interface (600) is exposed from the back of the shell.
2. The digital measurement and control device with communication function according to claim 1, wherein the communication interface (600) is one or more of an optical fiber interface, an ethernet interface, an RS232 interface and a USB interface.
