Abstract
The invention discloses a plug-in type digital double-core metering module, which comprises a panel, a base, a management board, an electric power metering board and a cover plate, wherein the base is provided with a plurality of pins; the panel, the base and the cover plate are assembled together to form a closed metal shell; the management board and the electric metering board are arranged on the base and are positioned inside the metal shell; the management board is responsible for the management of the whole metering module, and the electric metering board is used for completing the metering accumulation function; the electricity degree metering board collects metering data and outputs the metering data to the management board. The metering module has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in installation and debugging and strong anti-interference capability.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of digital substation measurement, in particular to a plug-in type digital double-core measurement module.
Background
At present, the digital measuring instruments produced in China mainly have two types: multifunctional measurement and control and digital electric energy meter. The multifunctional measurement and control is a self-defined metering function of the measurement and control device, and mainly uses non-charging functions such as line loss examination, reference and the like, so that the function is relatively simple, and the function of rate time interval is generally not provided. Meanwhile, the multifunctional measurement and control device is limited by the measurement and control specialty, cannot be lead-sealed and cannot meet the measurement professional requirements. Therefore, the metering detection of the multifunctional measuring and controlling device only has a precision detection report and a type experiment report issued by the Chinese academy of science and technology, and has no special verification report for a metering device. The manufacturers of the digital electric energy meters are professional electric energy meter manufacturers, the appearance results and functions of the digital electric energy meters are similar to those of the traditional meters, the requirements of measurement specialties can be better met, but the appearance dimensions of the digital electric energy meters do not meet the installation requirements of GB/T19520-482.6 mm (19 in) series mechanical structure dimensions of electronic equipment mechanical structures, and meanwhile, the digital electric energy meters occupy extra installation space in a secondary screen cabinet and cannot be integrated with other protection devices of a transformer substation.
Under the premise of fully investigating, deeply knowing and analyzing the requirement development trend of a digital metering system under the background of a smart grid, the invention combines the traditional electric energy meter and the technical current situation of a plurality of equipment manufacturers in the industry, and adopts modular, standardized and distributed design to complete a digital double-core metering module.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a plug-in type digital double-core metering module for overcoming the defects in the prior art, which has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in installation and debugging and strong anti-interference capability.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a plug-in type digital double-core metering module which is characterized by comprising a panel, a base, a management board, an electric power metering board and a cover board;
the panel, the base and the cover plate are assembled together to form a closed metal shell; the management board and the electric metering board are arranged on the base and are positioned inside the metal shell;
the management board is responsible for the management of the whole metering module, and the electric metering board is used for completing the metering accumulation function; the electricity degree metering board collects metering data and outputs the metering data to the management board.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the digital double-core metering module provided by the invention integrates and installs the watt-hour metering board and the management board, thereby saving the installation position. Meanwhile, the electric and functional independence of the management board can be realized, lead sealing treatment can be performed, and professional independence of the measuring instrument is guaranteed. The management function and the power accumulation function are distributed on different chips. When the demand changes, such as increasing the time period of the rate, the management core program can be upgraded independently without influencing the function of accumulating the electricity. The system has the advantages of modular, standardized and distributed design, good universality and expansibility, simplification of maintenance and upgrading work in the future and improvement of the life cycle of the system of the metering module.

The invention provides a plug-in type digital double-core metering module, as shown in figure 1, comprising: panel 2, base 3, management board 4, electricity metering board 5 and cover 6. Wherein the panel 2, the base 3 and the cover plate 6 are assembled together to form a closed metal shell; the management board 4 and the electricity metering board 5 are installed on the base through screws and are located inside the metal shell, and the metal shell can protect devices on the two board cards from electromagnetic interference.
As shown in fig. 2, the cover plate 6 includes three plate surfaces serving as an upper plate surface, a right plate surface, and a lower plate surface of the metal case after assembly, the base 3 includes two plate surfaces serving as a left plate surface and a rear plate surface of the metal case after assembly, and the panel 2 includes one plate surface serving as a front plate surface of the metal case after assembly. The inner side of the left plate surface of the base is provided with a supporting clamping column, the inner side of the rear plate surface is provided with a positioning pin, the cover plate 6 is fixed with the base 3 through the supporting clamping column 9 and the positioning pin 10, and the panel 2 is fixed on the base 3 through 4 mounting screws 8. Only the front surface of the panel 2 of the whole metal shell is provided with 4 mounting screws 8, and the rest surfaces can not be detached.
As shown in fig. 3, two boards, i.e., a management board 4 and an electricity meter board 5, are disposed in the meter module, and are stacked on the base 3 via nut posts 11, and the output end of the electricity meter board is connected to the management board. The management board 4 is responsible for managing the whole metering module, can be realized by adopting a single chip microcomputer or a microprocessor in the prior art, and is mainly responsible for collecting metering data and managing the whole metering module. The electric metering board 5 is used for completing the metering accumulation function, can be realized by adopting a metering chip in the prior art, realizes metering and outputs metering data to the management board. The dual-chip design ensures that the management function and the electric power accumulation function are distributed on different chips. When the demand changes, such as increasing the time period of the rate, the management core program can be upgraded independently without influencing the function of accumulating the electricity.
As shown in fig. 3, the front layout of the metrology module comprises: 4 LED indicator lamps 12, which are respectively active and reactive for electric energy pulse output; the operation and the alarm are used for displaying the current state of the module; the 4 optical fiber interfaces 13 are used for receiving A, B, C three-phase numbers and forwarding the three-phase numbers to a standard table for comparison; 4 RJ45 interfaces 14 are used for communicating with a centralized meter reading system to realize IEC61850 meter reading; one power terminal 15 for supplying power to the module; and one serial port terminal 16 is used for synchronizing the time of a system synchronous clock and realizing DLT485 meter reading. The LED indicator lamp, the optical fiber interface, the RJ45 interface, the power terminal and the serial port terminal are connected to the management board; the power supply terminal is used for providing power for the management board, and the LED indicator lamp is controlled by the management board to output or light.
The surface (outer surface) of the panel 2 is covered with a lead sealing cover 1, and the lead sealing cover can protect the wiring on the surface of the panel from being damaged. The lead sealing cover 1 is arranged on the surface of the panel 2 through a lead sealing screw 7, the lead sealing cover 1 can shield the mounting screw 8 of the panel 2, and the lead sealing on the surface of the lead sealing screw 7 needs to be destroyed before the lead sealing cover 1 is disassembled, so that the mounting screw 8 of a wiring or a metal shell can be disassembled; the seriousness and traceability of the metering module are ensured.
As shown in FIG. 4, the screws carried by the metering modules can be assembled as 4U-height inserts in a 4U-height 19' standard device (IEC 60297, GB/T19520) occupying a 75HP horizontal grid spacing (76.2 mm).
As shown in fig. 2, the management board 4 completes functions of external communication, electric quantity display, fixed value management, etc., the electricity metering board 5 completes an electricity metering accumulation function, data exchange is performed between the management board 4 and the electricity metering board 5 through a data serial bus, and continuous execution of the electricity metering accumulation function is not affected when a management program is upgraded.
The digital double-core metering module provided by the invention integrates and installs the watt-hour metering board and the management board, thereby saving the installation position. Meanwhile, the electric and functional independence of the management board can be realized, lead sealing treatment can be performed, and professional independence of the measuring instrument is guaranteed. The system has the advantages of modular, standardized and distributed design, good universality and expansibility, simplification of maintenance and upgrading work in the future and improvement of the life cycle of the system of the metering module.
The metering module has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in installation and debugging and strong anti-interference capability.

the management board is responsible for the management of the whole metering module, and the electric metering board is used for completing the metering accumulation function; the electricity degree metering board collects metering data and outputs the metering data to the management board.

The digital dual-core meter module of plug-in type as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cover plate comprises three faces assembled as the upper, right and lower faces of the metal housing, the base comprises two faces assembled as the left and rear faces of the metal housing, and the face plate comprises one face assembled as the front face of the metal housing.

The digital dual-core metering module of a plug-in type as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner side of the left plate surface of the base is provided with a support clip column, the inner side of the rear plate surface is provided with a positioning pin, and the cover plate is fixed with the base through the support clip column and the positioning pin.
4. A card-type digital dual-core metering module according to claim 1, wherein the face plate is secured to the base by 4 mounting screws.
5. The digital two-core metering module of claim 1, wherein the management board and the electrical metering board are mounted on the base by a stack of nut studs.

A card-type digital dual-core metrology module as in claim 1 wherein the face of the panel comprises: 4 LED indicator lamps 12, which are respectively active and reactive for electric energy pulse output; the operation and the alarm are used for displaying the current state of the module; the 4 optical fiber interfaces 13 are used for receiving A, B, C three-phase numbers and forwarding the three-phase numbers to a standard table for comparison; 4 RJ45 interfaces 14 are used for communicating with a centralized meter reading system to realize IEC61850 meter reading; one power terminal 15 for supplying power to the module; one serial port terminal 16 is used for synchronizing the time of a system synchronous clock and realizing DLT485 meter reading;
the LED indicator light, the optical fiber interface, the RJ45 interface, the power terminal and the serial port terminal are all connected to the management board.
7. A card-type digital dual-core metering module according to claim 1, wherein the face plate is covered with a lead enclosure.
