Background

Floor washers are a specialized cleaning device used to clean and care various floor surfaces. The floor scrubber generally consists of a cleaning system, a water absorbing system and a driving system. The cleaning system cleans the floor by brushing the disk or roller, and can be wet cleaned with water or a cleaning agent. The brush plate or brush roll may be rotated, vibrated or otherwise subjected to a cleaning operation to remove dirt, stains and deposits. The water tank is a key component of the floor scrubber that provides for the storage and supply of water or detergent, and has a limited capacity due to the weight limitations of the floor scrubber, requiring multiple replenishment of water into the water tank when the area of the cleaning area is excessive. The body 10 is provided with a tank mounting portion 110, and the tank 20 is detachably coupled to the tank mounting portion 110 of the body 10. Specifically, after the water tank 20 is coupled to the tank mounting part 110, the water tank 20 is matched with the outer side surface of the body 10 to form a continuous and flat outer circumferential surface. The first end surface 201 and the second end surface 202 of the body 200 are connected with and disposed against the tank mount 110 such that the first end surface 201 and the second end surface 202 of the body 200 are hidden in the body 10. The body 200 further has a first side 203 disposed away from the body 10, the first side 203 being located between the first end 201 and the second end 202, the first side 203 being matched to the outer side of the body 10 to form a continuous and planar outer peripheral surface.

The first handle 210 is protruding from the first end surface 201. The first handle 210 includes a handle body and a holding portion 211 disposed away from the first side 203, and the holding portion 211 is used for holding by an operator. In this embodiment, the holding portion 211 is a groove recessed toward the first side 203, and the notch of the groove faces away from the first side 203, so that an operator can grasp the holding portion 211 and apply force toward the direction faced by the first side 203 to detach the body 200 of the water tank 20 from the body 10.

In other embodiments, the first handle 210 may also protrude from the first end surface 201, where the first end surface 201 is provided with a receiving groove, and the first handle 210 may be folded or folded to be received in the receiving groove, so that the first handle 210 is opened when needed, and the opened first handle 210 protrudes from the first end surface 201 for a user to operate. The body 10 is provided with a blocking cover 140, and the blocking cover 140 selectively covers the operation slot 130 and simultaneously covers the first handle 210 and a gap between the first handle 210 and the body 10. Fig. 2 shows a schematic view of the floor scrubber 1 in an embodiment of the present application after the flap 140 is opened. The flap 140 is movably or detachably connected to the body 10. Specifically, in this embodiment, the blocking cover 140 is rotatably connected to the body 10, and the blocking cover 140 can move away from the operation slot 130 or close to the operation slot 130 under the action of external force, and reset after the external force disappears, and the blocking cover 140 can expose the gap and the first handle 210, so that an operator can perform an operation of holding the first handle 210. Fig. 3 shows a partial schematic view of the floor scrubber 1 in an embodiment of the present application. The tank 20 further includes a second handle 220, the second handle 220 being disposed between the first end surface 201 and the second end surface 202. The second handle 220 is disposed on the second side 204 of the body 200, the second side 204 is disposed opposite to the first side 203, and the second side 204 faces the interior of the body 10 and is disposed against other components of the floor cleaning machine 1. When the water tank 20 is detached from the body 10, an operator can take the water tank 20 by tilting the whole body through the second handle 220 provided at the middle part of the body 200, and the operator holds the second handle 220, so that the water tank 20 is naturally tilted, and water or cleaning agent can be conveniently poured.

Fig. 4 shows a partial schematic structure of the water tank 20 in an embodiment of the present application. The body 200 is connected with the fixing rod 120 of the body 10, and the body 200 is provided with a fixing groove 240 for accommodating the fixing rod 120. Specifically, the second handle 220 is disposed around the fixing groove 240. Since the fixing lever 120 is located at the center of the body 10, the fixing groove 240 is correspondingly provided at the middle of the water tank 20, and the second handle is also located at the middle of the water tank 20 in order to maintain the stability of taking the water tank 20. In order to avoid the fixing groove 240, the second handle 220 is an annular groove surrounding the fixing groove 240, the second handle comprises a hollowed-out portion and a handle portion, the hollowed-out portion is of a groove structure formed by the recess in the body 200, the handle portion is a part, the handle portion is provided with the recessed fixing groove 240, the fixing groove 240 and the hollowed-out portion jointly form an annular space, and an operator holds the handle portion to take the water tank 20.

The first end face 201 is provided with a water inlet 250 and the second end face 202 is provided with a water supply port 260. The water supply port 260 is connected to a corresponding position on the body 10 to supply water to the cleaning member of the floor washing machine 1. The water inlet 250 is provided with a sealing cover 270, and the sealing cover 270 selectively seals the water inlet 250. Fig. 5 shows a schematic view of the closure 270 in an embodiment of the present application, with the closure 270 being movably or detachably connected to the body 200. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the sealing cover 270 is rotatably coupled to the body 10. When the sealing cover 270 closes the water inlet 250, the sealing cover 270 is disposed substantially parallel to the first end surface 201, without affecting the connection between the first end surface 201 and the tank mounting portion 110. The body 200 is provided with the avoidance groove 271, so that when the sealing cover 270 is opened, the avoidance groove 271 can accommodate at least part of the sealing cover 270, and the sealing cover 270 can not protrude out of the body 200 too much when the sealing cover 270 is positioned, thereby increasing convenience in use.
