The guide plate 1100, the driving mechanism 1200 and the opening and closing panel 1500 are combined to form the opening and closing panel module 1000, and when the driving mechanism 1200 fails to cause the opening and closing panel 1500 to be in a state of closing the air inlet 1110, the whole opening and closing panel module 1000 can be detached by releasing the connection between the guide plate 1100 and the body part, so that the driving mechanism 1200 is convenient to maintain.
Specifically, the range hood comprises a smoke gathering module 100 and an exhaust module 200, and as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the exhaust module 200 is installed above the smoke gathering module 100, the smoke gathering module 100 is used for gathering the oil smoke, the exhaust module 200 is used for providing power for exhausting the oil smoke, in general, the exhaust module 200 is provided with a fan, when the fan works, the oil smoke enters the smoke gathering module 100 first and then is transmitted to the exhaust module 200, and finally is exhausted to the outside through the fan.
The smoke collecting module 100 includes an opening and closing panel module 1000 and a body portion, wherein the body portion forms most of the structure of the smoke collecting module 100, for example, the body portion includes a top plate 4100, a rear plate (not shown), a side plate 4200 and a bottom plate 4400, the front, rear, left and right directions are referred to a kitchen, a side of the smoke exhauster facing the user is front, a side facing away from the user is rear, a left corresponds to a left hand of the user, and a right corresponds to a right hand. The top panel 4100 has an aperture (not shown) at which the exhaust module 200 is mounted to the top panel 4100, the top panel 4100 having a larger size relative to the exhaust module 200 in a generally horizontal direction to increase the range of smoke gathering of the smoke gathering module 100. Side plates 4200 are provided on both left and right sides of the top plate 4100, and a rear plate is located behind the top plate 4100 and the side plates 4200, and the top plate 4100 and the rear plate may be formed by bending a single plate, and then the side plates 4200 may be connected to the top plate 4100, or the top plate 4100 and the side plates 4200 may be formed by bending a single plate, and then the rear plate and the side plates 4200 may be connected to the top plate 4100. While the bottom panel 4400 is connected to the bottom ends of the rear and side panels 4200, the smoke gathering module 100 is substantially triangular when the smoke gathering module 100 is viewed from the left or right side by the cooperation of the top panel 4100, the rear panel, the side panels 4200 and the bottom panel 4400.
The baffle 1100 is disposed in front of the rear plate and between the side plates 4200 on the left and right sides, the baffle 1100 is provided with an air inlet 1110, and a large internal space is defined by the top plate 4100, the side plates 4200, the rear plate and the baffle 1100, when the air exhaust module 200 works, the oil smoke enters the internal space from the air inlet 1110, then enters the air exhaust module 200, and is exhausted to the outside by the air exhaust module 200. The opening and closing panel 1500 needs to be configured to be movable, for example, the driving of the driving mechanism 1200 is used to realize the movement, so that the air inlet 1110 can be closed and opened, when the range hood is required to be used, the driving mechanism 1200 drives the opening and closing panel 1500 to move, so that the opening and closing panel 1500 opens the air inlet 1110, and when the range hood is not required to be used, the driving mechanism 1200 drives the opening and closing panel 1500 to move, so that the opening and closing panel 1500 closes the air inlet 1110.
In the related art, the driving mechanism 1200 is mounted on the body, and then the opening and closing panel 1500 is mounted on the driving mechanism 1200, when the opening and closing panel 1500 is in the state of closing the air inlet 1110, the opening and closing panel 1500 shields the driving mechanism 1200, if the driving mechanism 1200 fails, the opening and closing panel 1500 is difficult to detach from the driving mechanism 1200 because the opening and closing panel 1500 and the driving mechanism 1200 are connected to each other, when the driving mechanism 1200 fails, the opening and closing panel 1500 shields the driving mechanism 1200 and cannot move, and therefore, an operator cannot operate to release the connection between the opening and closing panel 1500 and the driving mechanism 1200, in this case, the operator cannot overhaul the driving mechanism 1200, and even needs to detach the whole range hood, so that the overhaul of the driving mechanism 1200 can be realized, which is extremely troublesome.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the opening and closing panel 1500, the driving mechanism 1200 and the baffle 1100 are combined into a whole to form the opening and closing panel module 1000, and through the modularized arrangement, if the driving mechanism 1200 fails in the later period, even if the opening and closing panel 1500 is in the state of closing the air inlet 1110, the connection between the baffle 1100 and the body is only required to be released at this time, the whole opening and closing panel module 1000 can be detached to be placed on the working plane, so that the driving mechanism 1200 is overhauled, the whole machine of the range hood is not required to be detached, and the convenience of maintenance is greatly improved. It will be appreciated that there are a variety of removable connections between the baffle 1100 and the body portion, such as screw connections, snap connections, etc., and in general screw connections are used to simplify and reduce cost the removable connections.
