Abstract
The embodiment of the disclosure provides an atmosphere lamp module and a scooter, wherein the atmosphere lamp module comprises a tube body, a lamp body assembly and a pre-tightening assembly, an installation cavity along the length direction of the tube body is arranged in the tube body, and at least one through groove is formed in the side wall of the tube body; the lamp body component is inserted into the mounting cavity and is clamped in the through groove; the pre-tightening assembly is inserted into the mounting cavity and is abutted with the lamp body assembly so as to pre-tighten the lamp body assembly. The lamp body assembly is pre-tightened by arranging the pre-tightening assembly, so that the lamp body assembly cannot collapse; in addition, the pretension subassembly is inserted and is located the installation cavity and with lamp body subassembly butt, and the installation of lamp body subassembly need not the screw, and on the one hand the assembly is simple, improves production efficiency, and on the other hand makes the whole of atmosphere lamp module more succinct pleasing to the eye.

Technical Field
The embodiment of the disclosure belongs to the technical field of scooter structures, and particularly relates to an atmosphere lamp module and a scooter.
Background
At present, a plurality of atmosphere lamps of a scooter are arranged on a chassis and a vertical pipe, but most of atmosphere lamps are inserted into the vertical pipe through screw fixation or strip-shaped structures, and the atmosphere lamps have exposed appearance screws or are soft to install and collapse easily.
To solve the above problems, it is necessary to provide an atmosphere lamp module and a scooter with reasonable design and capable of effectively improving the above problems.

Detailed Description
In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure, the embodiments of the present disclosure are described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, an aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure provides an atmosphere lamp module 100, the atmosphere lamp module 100 including a tube body 110, a lamp body assembly 120, and a pre-tightening assembly 130.
The tube body 110 is provided therein with a mounting cavity 111 along a length direction thereof, and a sidewall of the tube body 110 is provided with at least one through groove 112.
The lamp body assembly 120 is inserted into the mounting cavity 111 and is clamped in the through groove 112.
The pre-tightening assembly 130 is inserted into the mounting cavity 111 and abuts against the lamp body assembly 120, so as to pre-tighten the lamp body assembly 120. Preferably, the length of the pre-tightening assembly 130 is not less than the length of the lamp body assembly 120, so that the pre-tightening assembly 130 can better pre-tighten the lamp body assembly 120.
When in use, the lamp body assembly 120 is inserted into the mounting cavity 111, and the lamp body assembly 120 is clamped in the through groove 112, and the light emitted by the lamp body assembly 120 can be emitted through the through groove 112. Finally, the pre-tightening assembly 130 is inserted into the mounting cavity 111, so that the pre-tightening assembly 130 is abutted against the lamp body assembly 120 to pre-tighten the lamp body assembly 120, and the lamp body assembly 120 is not required to be fixed by a screw.

Illustratively, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the pretensioning assembly 130 includes a pretensioning bar 131 and a plurality of first protrusions 132. The first protrusions 132 are disposed on a side of the pre-tightening strip 131 facing the lamp body assembly 120. The first protrusions 132 are abutted against the lamp body assembly 120, so as to pre-tighten the lamp body assembly.
Specifically, the plurality of first protrusions 132 are spaced apart along the length direction of the pre-tightening strip 131, and the first protrusions 132 pre-tighten the lamp body assembly 120 at intervals, thereby preventing the lamp body assembly from collapsing.
It should be noted that, the number of the first protrusions 132 and the distance between two adjacent first protrusions 132 are not particularly limited in this embodiment, and may be set according to the length of the lamp body assembly 120.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the plurality of first protrusions are arranged on one side, facing the lamp body assembly, of the pretensioning strip, on one hand, the plurality of first protrusions are high in density, and the lamp body assembly can be extruded at intervals, so that the lamp body assembly is prevented from collapsing; on the other hand, a plurality of first bulges are distributed at intervals along the length direction of the pre-tightening strip, so that the contact area with the lamp body assembly can be reduced, the friction force between the lamp body assembly and the pre-tightening assembly is reduced, and the pre-tightening assembly is easier to assemble.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the plurality of first protrusions 132 are equally spaced apart from the pre-tightening strip 131.
In this disclosed embodiment, a plurality of first protruding equidistant distributions can be even apply effort to lamp body subassembly, and then evenly pretension lamp body subassembly, makes lamp body subassembly insert more firmly and locates the installation cavity.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the pre-tightening assembly 130 further includes a plurality of second protrusions 133 disposed on a side of the pre-tightening strip 131 facing away from the lamp body assembly 130. Specifically, the positions of the plurality of second protrusions 133 are in one-to-one correspondence with the positions of the plurality of first protrusions 132, that is, the second protrusions 133 have the same structural features as the first protrusions 132 except that the arrangement direction on the pretensioning strip 131 is different from the first protrusions 132, for example, the distribution positions and the shapes of the second protrusions 133 are identical to those of the first protrusions 132.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the second protrusions are arranged on one side, deviating from the lamp body assembly, of the pretension strip, so that the contact area between the second protrusions and the inner side wall of the mounting cavity 111 is reduced, the friction force between the second protrusions and the inner side wall of the mounting cavity is reduced, and the pretension assembly is simpler.
As shown in fig. 2, blocking members 134 are further disposed at two ends of the pre-tightening strip 131, and the blocking members 134 may be fastened to two ends of the tube 110, so that the pre-tightening strip 131 is fixed to the mounting cavity 111. In this embodiment, the blocking member 133 is in an "i" shape, but of course, other shapes are also possible, and the shape of the blocking member 133 is not particularly limited, and may be set according to actual needs.
In this embodiment, the pretensioning strip 131, the first protrusion 132 and the second protrusion 133 are integrally formed, and the materials of the pretensioning strip 131, the first protrusion 132 and the second protrusion 133 are the same. For example, the pre-tightening bar 131, the first protrusion 132, and the second protrusion 133 may be made of a metal material, and may be formed by press-molding. The pre-tightening strip 131, the first protrusion 132 and the second protrusion 133 may be made of rubber material, and may be formed by injection molding. The materials of the pre-tightening strip 131, the first protrusion 132, and the second protrusion 133 are not particularly limited, and may be selected according to actual needs.
As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, the first protrusion 132 and the second protrusion 133 are both trapezoidal blocks, and of course, the first protrusion 132 and the second protrusion 133 may also be rectangular or square or other bar-shaped blocks, and the shapes of the first protrusion 132 and the second protrusion 133 are not particularly limited and may be selected according to actual needs.
As shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, the lamp body assembly 120 protrudes out of the tube body 110 through the through groove 112, so that the light emitted by the lamp body assembly 120 can be better emitted, and the atmosphere lamp module can have better light emitting effect.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the lamp body assembly 120 includes a lamp strip 121, and the lamp strip 121 includes a circuit board 121a and at least one set of lamp bead groups 121b disposed on the circuit board 121a, wherein the positions of the lamp bead groups 121b correspond to the positions of the through slots 112. The plurality of lamp bead groups 121b can be arranged to emit light with different intensities and different colors for displaying different states of the atmosphere lamp module.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, two circuit boards 121a are disposed on the circuit board 121a, and the two circuit boards are electrically connected by an electric wire 121c, and each circuit board 121a is provided with a group of lamp bead groups 121b, wherein the number of lamp beads disposed in one group of lamp bead groups 121b is greater than the number of lamp beads disposed in the other group of lamp bead groups 121 b. Correspondingly, two through grooves 112 are formed in the side wall of the tube body 110, wherein the length of one through groove 112 is greater than that of the other through groove 112, and a group of lamp bead groups 121b are clamped in each through groove 112 so as to eject light rays emitted by the lamp bead groups 121 b.
Note that, the number of the lamp bead groups 121b is not particularly limited in this embodiment, and may be selected according to actual needs. Correspondingly, the number of the through grooves 112 is set according to the number of the lamp bead groups 121 b.
It should be further noted that the circuit board 121a may be a flexible circuit board or a printed circuit board, and may be selected according to actual needs.
It should be noted that, each of the light bead groups 121b may be provided with a plurality of LED light beads, or may be other types of light beads, which is not limited in this embodiment. In this embodiment, each of the light beads has a square shape, and the light beads may have other shapes, such as a cuboid, a sphere, etc., which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the lamp body assembly 120 further includes a light guiding sleeve 122, a lamp bead group 121b is disposed in the light guiding sleeve 122, and light emitted by the lamp bead group 121b can be emitted through the light guiding sleeve 122, and the light guiding sleeve 122 can protect and guide the lamp bead group 121 b.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the light guiding sleeve 122 is made of light-uniformizing silica gel. The lamp body assembly 120 comprises two light guide sleeves 122, the lamp strip 121 in the lamp body assembly 120 is inserted into the light guide sleeves 122, the lamp bead group 121b is sleeved in the light guide sleeves 122, the local light guide sleeves 122 are sleeved outside the lamp bead group 121b, the light guide sleeves 122 are not easy to separate, and then the two ends of the light guide sleeves 122 are glued and sealed.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the lamp body assembly 120 further includes a lamp cover 123, and the lamp cover 123 is covered on the light guiding sleeve 122. The light emitted from the lamp bead set 121b can be sequentially emitted through the light guide sleeve 122 and the lamp cover 123. Specifically, the light guiding sleeve 122 is pressed into the lampshade 123, and the lampshade 123 is made of transparent material, so that light can be transmitted on one hand, and the light guiding sleeve 122 can be further protected on the other hand.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the plurality of first protrusions 132 are abutted against the lamp cover 123, and the entire lamp body assembly 120 is prevented from collapsing by pressing the lamp cover 123 to pre-tighten the entire lamp body assembly 120.
Another aspect in the disclosed embodiments provides a scooter, including the atmosphere lamp module 100 described above, wherein the atmosphere lamp module 100 is disposed on a scooter stand pipe or scooter chassis side. The specific structure of the atmosphere lamp module 100 has been described in detail above, and will not be described again here.
It should be noted that, the installation position of the atmosphere lamp module 100 may be selected according to the structure of a specific scooter, and may be installed on a scooter stand pipe or on a scooter chassis side, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It should be further noted that, in the present embodiment, the tube 110 is a scooter stand pipe, that is, the lamp assembly 120 and the pretensioning assembly 130 in the present embodiment are directly inserted into the scooter stand pipe to form the atmosphere lamp module 100.
The scooter of the embodiment of the disclosure comprises the atmosphere lamp module, wherein the lamp body assembly is pre-tightened by arranging the pre-tightening assembly in the atmosphere lamp module, so that the lamp body assembly can be prevented from collapsing; in addition, the pretension subassembly is inserted and is located the installation cavity and with lamp body subassembly butt, and the installation of lamp body subassembly need not the screw, and on the one hand the assembly is simple, improves production efficiency, and on the other hand makes scooter's whole succinct pleasing to the eye more.
It should be noted that the mood light module 100 according to the embodiment of the disclosure may also be used in transportation industries such as two-wheeled electric vehicles, two-wheeled scooters, two-wheeled freight vehicles, and the like.

Claims (10)
1. An atmosphere lamp module, characterized by comprising:
the pipe body is internally provided with an installation cavity along the length direction of the pipe body, and the side wall of the pipe body is provided with at least one through groove;
the lamp body assembly is inserted into the mounting cavity and is clamped in the through groove;
the pre-tightening assembly is inserted into the mounting cavity and is abutted to the lamp body assembly so as to pre-tighten the lamp body assembly.
2. The ambient light module of claim 1, wherein the pretensioning assembly comprises a pretensioning strip and a plurality of first protrusions;
the first protrusions are arranged on one side, facing the lamp body component, of the pre-tightening strip.
3. The ambient light module of claim 2, wherein the first plurality of protrusions are spaced apart along the length of the pre-tension strip.
4. An ambient light module as recited in claim 3, wherein a plurality of said first protrusions are equally spaced apart from said pre-tightening strip.
5. The ambient light module of claims 4-4, wherein the pretensioning assembly further comprises a plurality of second protrusions disposed on a side of the pretensioning strip facing away from the light body assembly; wherein,
the positions of the plurality of second protrusions correspond to the positions of the plurality of first protrusions.
6. An ambient lamp module as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the lamp body assembly protrudes through the through slot from the tube body.
7. The ambient light module of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the light body assembly comprises a light bar comprising a circuit board and at least one set of light beads disposed on the circuit board; wherein,
the positions of the lamp bead groups correspond to the positions of the through grooves.
8. The ambient light module of claim 7, wherein the light body assembly further comprises a light guide sleeve and a light cover;
the light guide sleeve is internally provided with the lamp bead group;
the lampshade is covered on the light guide sleeve.
9. A scooter comprising an ambient light module as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the ambient light module is provided on the scooter riser or scooter chassis side.
10. The scooter of claim 9, wherein the tube is the scooter riser.
