The traditional ceiling lamp is generally composed of a chassis, a light source and a lampshade, wherein the light source is generally an energy-saving lamp tube. As the energy-saving lamp is polluted by mercury in the production process and after being discarded, the power consumption of the energy-saving lamp is slightly larger than that of an LED, and the LED has the characteristics of no mercury, no toxicity, no electromagnetic pollution, no harmful rays, energy conservation, environmental protection, long service life and the like, the LED is gradually used as a light source to replace an energy-saving lamp tube in the existing ceiling lamp. LED light source module includes the base plate and sets up the LED lamp pearl on the base plate, and LED light source module is generally through installing in the lamp body with the screw, perhaps pastes in the lamp body through pasting the agent, and the difficult dismantlement is replaced after the installation. And LED ceiling lamp uses the back for a long time, LED light source module ageing, the burning loss phenomenon often can appear, when LED light source module damages to need to be changed, must pull down the LED light source module of damage through the instrument, installs new LED light source module through the instrument again, and the change operation of LED light source module must be gone the operation by professional application instrument, and is inconvenient. Moreover, after the ceiling lamp using the energy-saving lamp tube as the light source is sold to a terminal customer, if the energy-saving lamp tube is required to be replaced by the LED light source module, operation is required by professional personnel, and upgrading from the energy-saving lamp tube as the light source to the LED light source cannot be completed by self.
In order to solve the technical problems, the magnet is adopted in the industry as an installation element of the light source and the chassis, the magnet is adsorbed on the chassis of the ceiling lamp, and then the light source is installed on the chassis. If chinese utility model patent publication No. CN 202791697U, it discloses a LED light source subassembly and a LED ceiling lamp of ceiling lamp, the LED light source subassembly includes the base plate, set up LED lamp pearl and a light source mounting structure on the base plate, light source mounting structure includes connection piece and the strong magnet of vertical fixation on the backlight surface of base plate, the one end and the substrate connection of connection piece are fixed, the strong magnet adsorbs the other end at the connection piece, through the strong magnet, the LED light source subassembly can adsorb in inhaling the top dish of being made by ferromagnetic metal, thus, when the LED light source subassembly damages and need to be changed, put aside the LED light source subassembly that damages, again with new LED light source subassembly through the strong magnet adsorb in inhaling the top dish can, need not the instrument, make things convenient for the customer to change the LED light source subassembly. However, the light source mounting structure disclosed in this patent is complicated in structure, time-consuming to mount, and not very reliable, and has a possibility that the strong magnet is separated from the connection piece. If the connecting piece structure is omitted, a strong magnet with larger volume is needed to complete the adsorption installation. As is known, a strong magnet, i.e., a "rare earth strong magnet", is sintered from neodymium iron boron, and has the characteristics of small volume, light weight and strong magnetism, however, its price is also very expensive and it is difficult to reprocess. Therefore, the strong magnet with large volume is not beneficial to improving the competitiveness of the product. Moreover, the LED light source module disclosed in the patent is difficult to be realized by directly mounting a strong magnet.

[ detailed description ] embodiments
The invention provides a magnetic mounting element 30, an optical module 20, a lighting module 100 and a lighting fixture with the magnetic mounting element 30. The lighting fixture includes a ferrous chassis (not shown), the lighting module 100 assembled with the chassis, and a lamp housing (not shown). The lighting module 100 provided by the invention can be used for replacing the existing lighting device (for example, replacing the existing fluorescent lamp with the lighting module 100), and can also be applied to a new lighting lamp.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, an illumination module 100 according to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a light source module 10, a power driving module 40, an optical module 20, and a magnetic mounting element 30 assembled to the optical module 20.
The light source module 10 includes a circuit board 12 and a light source 11. In the first preferred embodiment, the circuit board 12 is square, which can achieve the maximum utilization rate when cutting the whole circuit board, however, in other preferred embodiments, the configuration of the circuit board 12 is not limited to square, but can be circular, polygonal, irregular, etc. The circuit board 12 is provided with a light source installation area 121 and a power driving area 122, in the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, the power driving area 122 is arranged in the middle region of the circuit board 12, and the light source installation area 121 is arranged around the periphery of the power driving area 122. In the light source setting area 121, a plurality of light sources 11 are arranged at a certain interval, and are respectively attached to the upper surface of the circuit board 12 and electrically connected through the wiring inside the circuit board 12. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, it is an LED light source. The arrangement mode of the light sources 11 not only ensures enough space between the light sources to meet safety regulations, but also saves space and avoids overlarge size of the circuit board 12. In the power driving area 122, the power driving module 40 is attached to the area, and electrically connected to the light source 11 through the wiring disposed inside the circuit board 12, so as to drive the light source 11 to emit light. The power driving module 40 is further connected to an external commercial power through a wire (not shown), and the commercial power enters the power driving module 40 through the wire, and is supplied to the light source 11 after being converted by the voltage of the power driving module 40. In other preferred embodiments, the power driving module 40 can be electrically connected to the circuit board 12 through an adapter circuit board (not shown), so as to be electrically connected to the light source 11. Generally, the light source 11 is disposed around the power driving module 40.
In order to assemble with the optical module 20, the circuit board 12 further has a plurality of mounting holes 123 spaced apart from the light source 11, and in the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, the number of the mounting holes 123 is four, and the mounting holes are substantially square. The openings 124 are distributed around the periphery of the power driving module 40 in a triangular arrangement, and the openings 124 are waist drum-shaped and are used for matching with corresponding structures of the optical module 20. A pair of circular semi-closed mounting holes 120 are also formed at diagonal positions of the circuit board 12. In addition, the circuit layout of the circuit board 12 meets the safety requirements of the second type of lamps, so that when a user contacts the lighting module 100, the possibility of contacting a live part is avoided, and the safety of the lighting module 100 is greatly improved. Therefore, the lead wires (not shown) connected to the power driving module 40 have both positive and negative poles, and the third pole connected to the ground is omitted.
The optical module 20 is made of an insulating material, preferably one of PC, acryl or PMMA, which are light, low-cost, and highly transparent, and are ideal materials for the light guide member. The optical module 20 has an outer shape matching the light source module 10, and includes a rectangular main body 21 and an extending portion 22 extending perpendicularly from an outer peripheral edge of the main body 21 toward the light source module 10. The main body 21 is attached to the circuit board 12 of the light source module 10, and the extension 22 extends beyond the edge of the circuit board 12 to protect the electrical components of the lighting module 100. The main body 21 is configured to have a power drive accommodating portion 212 at the middle thereof and an optical portion 211 provided around the power drive accommodating portion 212. The optical portion 211 is configured with a plurality of lens units 24, which are integrally formed with the main body portion 21 and respectively correspond to the light sources 11 arranged on the circuit board 12 one by one, and which are covered above the light sources 11 to perform secondary light distribution on the emergent light of the light sources 11. The power driving receiving portion 212 is configured to form a receiving space 2120 by being arched from the middle of the main body 21, and the power driving module 40 disposed in the power driving area 122 of the circuit board 12 of the light source module 10 protrudes into the receiving space 2120 and is insulated and mechanically protected by the power driving receiving portion 212. Therefore, the optical module 20 provided by the present invention has dual functions, which not only provides the secondary light distribution for the light source module 10, but also provides the insulation protection for the light source module 10, and simultaneously protects the light source 11 and the driving module 40 from external damage.
The light source module 10 and the optical module 20 provided by the invention are in snap fit, and the structure is simple and easy to operate. The main body 21 attached to the circuit board 12 is formed with four latching portions 213 that engage with the mounting holes 123 of the circuit board 12 for engagement with the light source module 10. The main body 21 is first formed with a circular receiving groove 2130, and each of the latching portions 213 includes an i-shaped base portion 2131 formed by protruding from a surface portion of the main body 21, and a pair of latching hooks 2132 formed by extending from both side edges of the base portion 2131 in a direction toward the light source module 10. The hooks 2132 are disposed opposite to each other, and form a hook 2133 extending outward and having a quarter-arc outer surface at the free end thereof. When the light source module 10 is assembled with the optical module 20, the arc-shaped hook portions 2133 are pushed by the mounting holes 123 to move toward each other so as to approach each other, and then the hook portions 2133 pass through the mounting holes 123 and then return to their original shape and snap-fit with the edges of the mounting holes 123 of the circuit board 12, so as to combine the light source module 10 and the optical module 20 into a whole.
In order to receive the magnetic mounting element 30, three mounting portions 214 are also formed on the main body 21 of the optical module 20 around the power drive receiving portion 212, corresponding to the positions of the openings 124 of the circuit board 12. The position of the mounting portion 214 is arranged according to the center of gravity of the lighting module 100, so that the lighting module 100 can be kept in balance when being attracted to the chassis by the magnetic mounting element 30. The main body 21 has a waist drum shaped opening 2140, the middle of which is circular and the two ends of which are trapezoidal. The pair of circular arc-shaped receiving portions 2141 are formed by extending from the edge of the circular arc-shaped portion of the opening 2140 toward the light source module 10, and the free ends thereof are connected together by a ring. An arc-shaped retaining portion 2142 is formed extending from the bottom edge of the receiving portion 2141 to the other receiving portion 2141. A pair of hook-shaped fastening portions 2143 are formed between the receiving portions 2141 and extend in the direction of the opening 2140. The latching portions 2143 are formed with inclined guide surfaces (not numbered) in a direction facing the other latching portion 2143. Therefore, the mounting portion 214 at least includes the receiving portion 2141, the latching portion 2143 and the holding portion 2142, which cooperate to receive the magnetic mounting element 30. As will be described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 6-8, the magnetic mounting element 30 includes a non-magnetic base 31 assembled with the optical module 20 and a strong magnet 32 fixed to the non-magnetic base 31 and attracted to the chassis of the lighting fixture. The non-magnetic base 31 may be made of plastic or metal through a molding or stamping process, so fig. 7 and 8 illustrate a first and a second preferred embodiments of the non-magnetic base 31, which may be a solid structure (as shown in fig. 7) or a hollow structure (as shown in fig. 8). Specifically, the non-magnetic base 31 includes a cylindrical head portion 310, a cylindrical connecting portion 312, and a guide portion 313 connecting the head portion 310 and the connecting portion 312. The diameter of the head portion 310 is larger than that of the connecting portion 312, so that the guiding portion 313 is disposed in an inclined manner, and a step portion 314 is formed between the guiding portion and the connecting portion 312. The surface of the connecting portion 312 is formed with a cross-shaped groove 3120 capable of receiving an adhesive for bonding with the ferromagnetic body 32. In order to enhance the bonding effect, the connection portion 312 is further provided with four dot-shaped grooves 3122 provided at the blank around the cross-shaped groove 3120. In another preferred embodiment, the connecting portion 312 may be formed with a recess for partially receiving the ferromagnetic member 32 and integrally bonded thereto. Screws can also be used to integrate the two.
When the magnetic mounting element 30 is assembled to the mounting portion 214 of the optical module 20, the guiding portion 313 with an inclined surface slides along the inclined guiding surface of the fastening portion 2143 until the fastening portion 2143 presses the top surface of the head portion 310 and the fastening portion 2142 fastens to the step portion 314. At this time, the head portion 310 is clamped between the buckling portion 2143 and the clamping portion 2142 in the up-down direction; in the circumferential direction, between the pair of circular arc-shaped receiving portions 2141. The connecting portion 312 and the ferromagnetic member 32 integrally connected to the connecting portion 312 protrude beyond the end of the mounting portion 214 and further beyond the extending portion 22 of the optical module 20 to ensure reliable attachment to the chassis.
The diagonal position of the main body 21 of the optical module 20 corresponds to the diagonal position of the circuit board 11 of the light source module 10, and a pair of positioning portions 210 are formed by extending, and respectively extend into the mounting holes 120 of the light source module 10, and a screw passes through the positioning portions 210 to be screwed with the chassis. Therefore, the lighting module 100 provided by the invention can use a screw lock connection and/or a suction connection.
The extension 22 is partially cut away to form hand operable spaces 220 through which the lighting module 100 can be held when the lighting module 100 is assembled to or disassembled from the chassis.
The lens unit 24 of the optical module 20 is a hemispherical lens 24, and a central portion of a light incident surface 28 of the hemispherical lens is concavely provided with a receiving cavity 27 for receiving the light source 11 and is axisymmetric with respect to the hemispherical lens 24, so that the light incident surface 28 can maximally receive the light emitted by the LED light source 11. In addition, the single LED light source 11 generally emits light in 120 degree lambertian manner, the distance between the two LED light sources 11 is such that after the light rays are mixed with each other, uniform light emission is formed on the light emitting surface at a certain distance, and the adoption of the lens can further expand the light emitting angle of the LED light source 11, as shown in fig. 9, the light rays are refracted twice and then deflected towards the direction away from the optical axis, so that the requirement of uniform light emission can be met at a smaller height. Therefore, the height of the lighting lamp can be reduced, and the ultra-thin lighting lamp is realized.
As shown in fig. 9, the light emitting surface 29 of the hemispherical lens 24 is not a regular hemispherical structure, but an approximately ellipsoidal structure, and the light incident surface 28 is concavely provided with the accommodating cavity 27, so that the hemispherical lens 24 has a structure with a thin center and two thick sides. A straight line with an included angle theta with the optical axis is led from the original point O of the lens and respectively intersects the light incident surface 28 and the light emergent surface 29, the intersection points are M, N respectively, and the length of the line segment MN is the thickness t of the lens; within the range of 0 ≦ θ (max), the thickness t of the lens monotonically increases with increasing θ, where θ (max) is between 45 ° -90 °. Hemispherical lens 24 sets up like this for paraxial light is behind the incident surface, with the contained angle grow of optical axis, behind the emergent surface, with the further grow of contained angle of optical axis, makes hemispherical lens 24's diffusion more obvious, has also solved the great problem of LED light source 11 paraxial light intensity simultaneously, realizes more even floodlight illumination.
As shown in fig. 9, the center of the light-emitting surface 29 of the hemispherical lens 24 is recessed to form an inverted cone-shaped diffusion portion, so as to increase the incident angle when the light is projected onto the light-emitting surface 29, thereby increasing the refraction angle when the light is emitted from the light-emitting surface 29, and achieving the light diffusion effect.
The present invention can also process the surfaces of the light incident surface 28 and the light emitting surface 29 of the hemispherical lens 24, and make the light incident surface 28 and the light emitting surface 29 a combination of a polished surface and a frosted surface, respectively. The scattering property of the frosted surface is utilized to achieve the functions of light scattering and light equalization.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the present invention further provides an illumination module 100' according to a second preferred embodiment. Compared to the lighting module 100 of the first preferred embodiment, the differences are: for the light source module 10 ', the light source installation area 121 ' and the power driving area 122 ' of the circuit board 12 ' are respectively disposed at two ends of the circuit board 12 ', and therefore the optical portion 211 ' and the power driving accommodation portion 212 ' of the corresponding optical module 20 ' are also respectively disposed at two ends of the optical module 20 ' to respectively correspond to the light source 11 and the power driving module 40 ' of the light source module 10 '. In addition, since the lighting module 100 'has a smaller volume, two magnetic mounting elements 30 are disposed at the interface between the optical portion 211' and the power driving accommodating portion 212 'and at the middle of the optical portion 211'. The magnetic mounting element 30 is positioned to also match the center of gravity of the lighting module 100'.
It should be noted that the embodiments of the present invention have been described with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the invention is not limited to the embodiments, but may be modified and practiced in various ways without departing from the spirit and scope of the appended claims.
