Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present utility model provides a neck massage apparatus 1, wherein a wearing body 10 of the neck massage apparatus 1 has a first center plane M, so that a first contour 191 on an upper portion and a second contour 192 on a lower portion of the wearing body 10 are vertically symmetrical with respect to the first center plane M, and thus, when a user wears the neck massage apparatus 1, a region to be massaged of the neck can be massaged by a massage member 20, regardless of whether the user wears the neck massage apparatus or wears the neck massage apparatus reversely, which is beneficial to simplifying a wearing process and improving convenience of wearing by the user.
The neck massage machine 1 includes: wearing body 10, wearing body 10 includes
A first contour 191 and a second contour 192 disposed opposite to each other, the first contour 191 and the second contour 192 being formed on the upper side and the lower side of the wearing body, respectively, the extending directions of the first contour 191 and the second contour 192 being substantially parallel; the wearing body has a working side, which is disposed between the first contour 191 and the second contour 192;
two massage members 20, the two massage members 20 are arranged on the working side 11; the two massage members 20 extend from the connection with the working side 11 to the two ends of the wearing body 10 and are arranged away from each other; the wearing body 10 has a first center plane M, and the centers of the two massage members 20 are near or disposed at the first center plane M. Wherein, regarding the center of the massage member 20, when the massage member 20 is a massage member with a more regular shape, the center is the geometric center of the massage member; when the massage member 20 is irregularly shaped, the center may be the physical center of gravity of the massage member 20.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the wearing body 10 may have various forms, such as a structure that can be integrally formed (e.g., a flexible support body such as a flexible foam or a foam that is integrally formed, a flexible gel that can be integrally formed, a plastic piece that can be integrally formed), or a structure that can be formed by combining multiple components (that can be a combination of a flexible piece and a hard piece). The overall shape of the wearing body 10 is provided in a C-shape to provide a space for the neck to be worn. The first profile 191 and the second profile 192 are substantially parallel, which means that they are arranged in parallel, and may be arranged in parallel, or may have a small deflection angle, that is, the first profile 191 and the second profile 192 are parallel as a whole, but the profile shapes of the first profile and the second profile may be different in part. The overall profile of both the first profile 191 and the second profile 192 may be numerous, taking as an example a C-shaped arrangement, consistent with the overall profile of the wearing body. The first contour 191 may be a plane, a curved surface, or a special-shaped surface including a plane and a curved surface. Likewise, the second profile 192 corresponds in form to the first profile 191. The first central plane M is arranged in parallel with the wearing area surrounded by the wearing body 10, and the first central plane M is located in the wearing body 10. By arranging the first profile 191 on the upper side in parallel with the second profile 192 on the lower side, the first profile 191 corresponds to the upper end of the neck and the second profile 192 corresponds to the lower end of the neck when the wearing body 10 is "being worn"; when the wearing body 10 is in the "reverse wearing" state, the first contour 191 corresponds to the lower end of the neck portion, and the second contour 192 corresponds to the upper end of the neck portion, so that the "forward wearing" and the "reverse wearing" of the wearing body 10 do not affect the wearing action of the wearing body 10.
The working side 11 of the wearing body 10 may be the side facing the neck of the person after wearing, however, in some embodiments, the wearing body 10 may further include a first connection side 13 and a second connection side 15, where the first connection side 1313 connects the first contour 191 and the working side 11, and the second connection side 1515 connects the second contour 192 and the working side 11.
The massage member 20 is disposed on the working side 11, and the massage member 20 may be in the form of a massage electrode for electrical stimulation, or may be a massage head 800 for physical compression massage (e.g. kneading massage head 800, vibrating massage head 800). When the massaging element 20 is the massaging head 800, the neck massaging device 1 further comprises a driving assembly and a housing, wherein the driving assembly can comprise a driving element and a transmission assembly, the housing is mounted on the wearing body 10, the driving element is mounted in the housing, and the transmission assembly is at least partially positioned in the housing and is in transmission connection with the driving element. The driving member may be an electric device having an output torque, such as a stepping motor, a servo motor, a direct current electric motor, or the like, and the driving member is not particularly limited herein. The massage head 800 is exposed out of the housing and connected to the driving assembly through the mounting opening, and the driving assembly drives the massage head 800 to move (rotate, swing, stretch and translate, etc.), so that the massage head 800 outputs kneading or pressing massage to the human body.
The two massage members 20 may be a first massage member 21 and a second massage member 22, respectively, in the off state, the first massage member 21 extends from a connection portion thereof with the working side 11 toward one end of the wearing body 10, and the second massage member 22 extends from a connection portion thereof with the working side 11 toward the other end of the wearing body 10. In this way, the first massage member 21 and the second massage member 22 extend away from each other in the off state (consistent with the initial state of being turned on) so as to form an "eight" shaped fitting space for wearing the neck. The center of the first massaging member 21 is adjacent to or on the first center plane M such that the center of the first massaging member 21 is adjacent to the middle in the height direction of the wearing body 10, and likewise, the center of the second massaging member 22 is adjacent to or on the first center plane M such that the center of the second massaging member 22 is adjacent to the middle in the height direction of the wearing body 10. When the user wears the massage apparatus, the middle of the wearing body 10 corresponds to the rear side of the neck, and the first massage member 21 and the second massage member 22 correspond to the left side and the right side of the neck, respectively, or correspond to the position of the rear side of the neck near the left side and the position of the rear side of the neck near the right side, respectively.
In this embodiment, by arranging the wearing body 10 to include the first contour 191 formed on the upper side thereof and the second contour 192 formed on the lower side thereof, and arranging the first contour 191 and the second contour 192 in parallel, and simultaneously arranging the centers of the two massaging pieces 20 to be adjacent to or at the first center plane M, such that, when the neck massage apparatus 1 is worn by a user, the two massaging pieces 20 respectively act on the corresponding massaging positions, regardless of forward wearing or reverse wearing, so that the massaging pieces 20 act (the first massaging piece 21 acts on the first massaging position when being worn, the second massaging piece 22 acts on the second massaging position when being worn, the first massaging piece 21 acts on the second massaging position when being worn, and the second massaging piece 22 acts on the first massaging position) so that the massaging position does not change much, and at the same time, because the two massaging pieces 20 are arranged in an "eight-shaped" shape in the shutdown state, the correspondence of the massaging pieces 20 with the massaging position is good, the massaging pieces 20 can be accurately adapted to the massaging position, therefore, the wearing direction of the neck massage apparatus 1 can be not considered when being worn by the user, and the user can improve the wearing experience of the neck massage apparatus 1.
In some embodiments, to further reduce the effects of "forward wear" and "reverse wear" of the neck massager 1, the first and second contours 191, 192 are symmetrically disposed about the first central plane M. Specifically, in the present embodiment, by setting the first contour 191 and the second contour 192 in the height direction of the wearing body 10 to be vertically symmetrical with respect to the first center plane, the effect of the wearing body 10 on the neck portion is equivalent when the wearer is wearing and wearing in reverse.
Thus, when the wearer is wearing, the upper part (first contour 191) of the wearer body 10 corresponds to the upper part of the neck, and the lower part (second contour 192) of the wearer body 10 corresponds to the lower part of the neck; when the wearer wears the device reversely, the upper part (first contour 191) of the wearing body 10 corresponds to the lower part of the neck, and the lower part (second contour 192) of the wearing body 10 corresponds to the upper part of the neck, so that the wearing effect of the wearer and the wearer is basically consistent due to the symmetry of the first contour 191 of the wearing body 10 and the second contour 192 of the wearing body 10.
In some embodiments, to improve wearing comfort, the first profile 191 forms a first connection side 13 with the working side, the first connection side 13 is disposed obliquely, and the second profile 192 forms a second connection side 15 with the working side, the second connection side 15 is disposed obliquely. Specifically, in the present embodiment, at least part of the first connection side 13 of the wearing body 10 is disposed obliquely (obliquely downward) from the first contour 191 toward the working side 11, so that the wearing body 10 forms an upper avoiding space. At least part of the second connecting side 15 of the wearing body 10 is arranged obliquely (obliquely upward) from the second contour 192 in the direction of the working side 11, so that the wearing body 10 forms a lower avoidance space. When the device is worn, the upper avoidance space is arranged corresponding to the upper part of the neck, and the lower avoidance space is arranged corresponding to the lower part of the neck; when wearing conversely, go up the lower part setting that dodges the space and correspond the neck, dodge the upper portion setting that the space corresponds the neck down, so for when wearing with wearing conversely, wear main part 10 all can provide the space of activity (lean back, lean forward etc.) for the neck, improvement user by a wide margin wears travelling comfort and convenience. In some embodiments, by setting the first connection side 13 and the second connection side 15 to be inclined, the positions of the upper avoidance space and the lower avoidance space are symmetrically set about the first central plane M, which is beneficial to facilitate forward wearing and reverse wearing.
In some embodiments, to improve the fit of the wearing body 10, at least a portion of the first connecting side 13 of the wearing body 10 is disposed in an arc shape and at least a portion of the second connecting side 15 of the wearing body 10 is disposed in an arc shape. Specifically, in this embodiment, there may be many positions in the arc shape, for example, the first connection side 13 and the second connection side 15 around the neck section 16 are in the arc shape, and of course, in some embodiments, the entire first connection side 13 and the entire second connection side 15 of the wearing body 10 may be in the arc shape. Wear the part that first connection side 13 and second connection side 15 of main part 10 are the arc setting, with the arc adaptation of neck, when wearing main part 10 and wearing in the neck, the arc position of first connection side 13 and second connection side 15 can be better adaptation neck, when keeping the form that first connection side 13 and second connection side 15 slope set up, also can make the shape of first connection side 13 and second connection side 15 full, better laminating with the neck to improve the adaptation degree of wearing main part 10 and neck. In some embodiments, by providing the first connection side 13 and the second connection side 15 with arc-shaped portions, the positions of the arc-shaped portions of the first connection side 13 and the second connection side 15 are symmetrical with respect to the first center plane M, which is advantageous for facilitating forward wear and reverse wear.
In some embodiments, the two massage members 20 are movable relative to the wearing body 10, the wearing body 10 having a maximum height L, and the two massage members 20 have opposite maximum and minimum positions in the height direction of the wearing body 10 when movable, the difference in height between the maximum and minimum positions not exceeding 1.2L. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the distance between the highest point when the massaging element 20 is moved to the highest position and the lowest point when the massaging element 20 is moved to the lowest position is not more than 1.2L. The height difference is not too large (the movable range of the massaging element 20 on the height of the neck massager 1 is not too large), and when the height difference is too large, the massaging range of the massaging element 20 is too large when the neck massager 1 is worn forward and reversely, so that the massaging element 20 is easy to have inaccurate massaging positions when the massaging element 20 is worn forward or reversely, and discomfort is generated. Therefore, by limiting the maximum movable range to 1.2L, the massaging member 20 can massage the region to be massaged more accurately when worn and worn reversely, which is advantageous for improving the accuracy of the massage position.
In some embodiments, to further improve the wearability of the neck massager 1 in the forward and reverse directions, the maximum height of the wearing body 10 is L, and the maximum heights of the two massaging elements 20 are L1, and the relationship between L and L1 is satisfied: l1 is less than or equal to L. In this embodiment, the maximum height L1 of the massage member 20 is set to be smaller than the maximum height L of the wearing body 10, so that the height of the massage member 20 does not exceed the height of the wearing body 10, so that the massage member 20 can be covered by the wearing body 10, and further the neck massager 1 cannot be worn positively and negatively due to the size problem (excessive protruding wearing body 10) of the massage member 20.
In some embodiments, the maximum height L of the wearing body 10 takes a value of 40mm-70mm for improved wearing comfort. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the value of the maximum height L is not preferably too large nor too small. When the maximum height L is too small, the back side 12 is too short, and the overall size of the neck massage machine 1 is small, and the wearing body 10 does not cover the main massage area of the neck. When the maximum height L is too large, the height of the back side 12 is too high, the overall size of the neck massage device 1 is too large, and the neck space occupied after wearing is too large, resulting in wearing discomfort.
In some embodiments, to further improve the fit of the wearer in both forward and reverse directions, the two massaging members 20 are arched toward each other to form a convex arc portion 23, and the portion of the convex arc portion 23 near the first center plane M (the center portion of the convex arc portion 23) is arched to a greater extent than the portion of the convex arc portion 23 away from the first center plane M (the two side portions of the convex arc portion 23). Specifically, in the present embodiment, the two massage members 20 are a first massage member 21 and a second massage member 22, respectively, a convex arc portion 23 is formed on a side of the first massage member 21 facing the second massage member 22, and a convex arc portion 23 is formed on a side of the second massage member 22 facing the first massage member. The height of the convex arc portion 23 gradually decreases from the middle portion thereof to both ends (in some embodiments, gradually decreases from the middle portion to the periphery), and a position where the height of the convex arc portion 23 is high (a position where the degree of arching is large) is adjacent to the first center plane M. By this arrangement, the end portion of the massaging element 20 is arched to a lesser extent than the middle portion, which is equivalent to forming a positioning structure, so that the neck massaging element 1 can be conveniently and accurately worn on the neck during the wearing process of the neck massaging element 1. Meanwhile, the camber degree of the two ends of the massage member 20 is set to be lower than that of the middle part, which is beneficial to improving the convenience of the forward and backward wearing of the neck massage device 1.
In some embodiments, to further enhance the massage effect, the two massage members 20 respectively include pressing portions, which are cylindrical in shape, and are symmetrically disposed about the second central plane N and are disposed substantially in parallel with the second central plane N. Specifically, in this embodiment, the second central plane N is perpendicular to the first central plane M, or to the area surrounded by the wearing body 10. The first massage element 21 and the second massage element 22 are bilaterally symmetrical about the second center plane N. Wherein, the first massage member 21 and the second massage member 22 (similar to the palm) are parallel to the second center plane N, and the pressing portion in columnar arrangement is similar to the thumb, and in the pressing process of the massage member 20, the pressing portion can simulate the thumb to perform massage, thereby improving the kneading massage effect and the massage body feeling. By symmetrically arranging the first massaging member 21 and the second massaging member 22 with respect to the second central plane N, the kneaded position of the neck is substantially symmetrical, so that the stress condition of the neck is optimized, and the massaging experience is improved.
In some embodiments, the massage device further includes a massage body 820, wherein one end of the pressing portion is connected to the pressing body, the pressing portion is cylindrical as a whole, and an outer diameter of the pressing portion is gradually reduced from a connection end with the massage body 820 to the other end. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the massage body 820 may have a plurality of specific shapes, such as a palm shape with four fingers in a closed manner, which simulates the palm of a human body during the massage process. The pressing part is columnar and is used for simulating a thumb. The outer diameter of the pressing part is gradually reduced from the connecting end of the pressing part and the massage body 820 to the other end, so that the force applied to the neck by the pressing part is gradually reduced from the connecting end (and the pressing body) to the free end in the process of pressing the neck by the pressing part, gradual change of pressing force is realized, and the massage comfort is improved.
In some embodiments, the pressing portion protrudes from the upper side or the lower side of the wearing body 10, and the protruding height takes a value of 2mm to 10mm. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the end of the pressing portion away from the middle of the massaging element 20 protrudes from the wearing body 10 in the height direction, and may protrude from the upper side of the wearing body 10 or may protrude from the lower side of the wearing body 10. The pressing portion cannot protrude too much from the wearing body 10, nor protrude too much from the wearing body 10. When the protruding height is too short, the massage effect of the pressing part simulating thumb kneading is not obvious; when the protruding height is too high, the massage part 810 is easy to push against the part to be massaged, causing discomfort.
In some embodiments, the wearing body 10 further includes a protrusion 50, the protrusion 50 is located at a middle position of the working side 11, and the protrusion 50 is symmetrically disposed about the second center plane N. Specifically, in this embodiment, the boss 50 may be formed in a number of locations, such as in the middle of the circumferential neck section 16. After the wearing body 10 is worn, the convex part 50 abuts against the rear side of the neck, and is arranged corresponding to the spine, and when the neck massager 1 works, the convex part 50 acts on the cervical vertebra position. The shape of the boss 50 may be varied, such as square, circular, oval, etc., and is not particularly limited herein, and the overall shape is illustrated as being similar to a "racetrack" shape. The boss 50 is a plane symmetrical body, which is bilaterally symmetrical about the second center plane N. Thus, the massage parts of the convex parts 50 which act correspondingly are substantially unchanged in the left-right direction when the neck massage apparatus 1 is worn forward and backward, and the massage effect can be ensured very well. In some embodiments, the protruding portion 50 is also symmetrical up and down with respect to the first central plane M, so that when the neck massager 1 is worn forward and backward, the massaging portion of the protruding portion 50 that acts correspondingly is substantially unchanged in the up-down direction, and the massaging effect can be very well ensured. In some embodiments, the raised portion 50 is also symmetrically disposed about the first central plane M, while the height H of the projection of the raised portion 50 on the second central plane N does not exceed the height H of the projection of the wearing body 10 on the second central plane N. That is, the height H of the boss 50 (in the height direction of the neck massager 1) is smaller than the height H of the wearing body 10. In this way, the protruding portion 50 can be completely covered by the wearing body 10, so that the corresponding massage position of the protruding portion 50 is substantially unchanged when the wearing body 10 is worn forward and backward.
In some embodiments, to further improve the wearing comfort of the neck massager 1, the neck massager 1 further includes two convex hull pieces 30, the two convex hull pieces 30 are respectively connected to two ends of the wearing body 10, and the two convex hull pieces 30 are all symmetric up and down about the first central plane M; and/or, the two convex hull pieces 30 are bilaterally symmetrical about the second central plane N. Specifically, in this embodiment, the form of the convex hull member 30 may be many, and the convex hull member 30 may be a convex hull member including a hard portion for connection with the wearing body 10 and a flexible portion protruding to form a convex hull for abutment with the skin of the human body. The wearing body 10 and the convex hull member 30 enclose an annular-like area for wearing by the body with the massaging portion 810. The two convex hull parts 30 are arranged up and down symmetrically about the first central plane M, and are arranged left and right symmetrically about the second central plane N, so that the convex hull parts 30 can be conveniently clamped on the front side of the neck when the neck massage instrument 1 is worn positively and reversely, discomfort of wearing can not be caused, and the comfort of wearing the neck massage instrument 1 positively and reversely is improved.
In other embodiments, the wearing body may include a neck-surrounding section 16 and two connection sections located at both ends of the neck-surrounding section 16, the two connection sections having a common first center plane M, and the two connection sections of the wearing body 10 symmetrically disposed about the first center plane M may be a first connection section 17 and a second body connection section 18, respectively, the first connection section 17 having a first center plane M, and the upper and lower portions of the first connection section 17 being symmetrically disposed about the first center plane M, that is, the first center plane M dividing the first connection section 17 into symmetrical upper and lower portions along the length direction of the first connection section 17. The second body connection segment 18 has a second central plane N, with the upper and lower portions of the second body connection segment 18 being likewise symmetrical about the first central plane M, i.e., the first central plane M divides the second body connection segment 18 into symmetrical upper and lower portions along the length of the second body connection segment 18. So that neither the "forward wear" nor the "reverse wear" of the wearing body 10 affects the function of the first and second body connection segments 17, 18. By arranging the two connecting sections to each include an upper portion and a lower portion, and the respective upper and lower portions are each symmetrical about the same plane (first center plane M) in the height direction, such that the two massage members 20 respectively act on the corresponding massage positions when the neck massage apparatus 1 is worn by the user, whether it is worn forward or reverse. Therefore, the wearing direction of the neck massager 1 can be not considered when the neck massager is worn, the wearing process of the neck massager 1 can be simplified, the wearing convenience of a user is improved, and the use experience of the user is improved. In some embodiments, to further reduce the effects of "forward wear" and "reverse wear" of the neck massager 1, the upper and lower portions of the neck segment 16 are symmetrically disposed about the first center plane M such that the upper and lower portions of the entire wear body 10 are symmetrically disposed about the first center plane M. In this embodiment, the first central plane M divides the circumferential neck section 16 along its length into symmetrical upper and lower portions. In some embodiments, an upper end of the neck-surrounding section 16 is in smooth transition with an upper end of the first connecting section 17, and a lower end of the neck-surrounding section 16 is in smooth transition with a lower end of the first connecting section 17. An upper portion of the first connection section 17, an upper portion of the second body connection section 18, and an upper portion of the wraparound neck section 16 form an upper portion of the wearer body 10. The other end of the upper portion of the neck around segment 16 is in smooth transition with one end of the upper portion of the second body connecting segment 18 and the other end of the lower portion of the neck around segment 16 is in smooth transition with one end of the lower portion of the second body connecting segment 18. The lower portion of the first connection section 17, the lower portion of the second body connection section 18, and the lower portion of the collar section 16 form a lower portion of the wearing body 10, the upper portion of the wearing body 10 and the lower portion of the wearing body 10 being symmetrical about the first central plane M.
Referring to fig. 7 to 10 and 15 and 16, in other embodiments, the massage device 1000 includes a massage head 800, the massage head 800 includes a body 810 and a movable sleeve 400 connected to the body 810; the shell 220 is provided with a mounting opening 222, and the edge of the mounting opening 222 is outwards protruded and extended to form an annular coaming 221; a driving component is arranged in the shell 220, the body 810 is connected with the driving component, and a movable gap 850 is formed between the joint of the body 810 and the driving component and the annular coaming 221; the movable sleeve 400 is engaged with the annular shroud 221, the movable sleeve 400 being adapted to reduce or cover the movable gap 850, at least one location between the movable sleeve 400 and the annular shroud 221 being formed with a viewing gap 830.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the body 810 of the massage head 800 and the movable sleeve 400 may be integrally formed, or may be assembled together after being separately arranged, which is not limited herein, and the two are taken as an example after being separately arranged. The body 810 and the movable sleeve 400 may be connected by a plurality of manners, such as fastening by screws, fastening by a buckle, plugging, etc., which are not particularly limited herein.
The housing 220 and the drive assembly may be an integral part of the drive device, wherein the drive assembly may include a drive member and a transmission assembly. That is, the driving device includes a housing 220, a driving member, which may be an electric device having an output torque such as a stepping motor, a servo motor, a direct current electric motor, etc., and a transmission assembly, and the driving member is mounted inside the housing 220, and the driving member is not limited herein. The connection between the body 810 and the driving assembly may be direct connection or may be indirect connection through other parts, for example, the body 810 may be connected to the driving assembly through the movable sleeve 400. The driving assembly is installed in the housing 220, is connected with the external massage head 800 through the installation opening 222, and drives the massage head 800 to move (rotate, swing, stretch and translate, etc.), so that the massage head 800 outputs kneading or pressing massage to the human body. In order to accommodate the shape (or mounting) requirements of the drive assembly or body 810, an annular shroud 221 is provided on the mounting opening 222 extending convexly away from the housing 220. The annular shroud 221 may be mounted to the mounting opening 222 of the housing 220, or may be integrally formed with the housing 220, and is not particularly limited herein, and the annular shroud 221 and the housing 220 may be integrally formed, for example, so that the mounting process of the annular shroud 221 may be simplified. In order to allow the body 810 of the massage head 800 to freely move, a movable gap 850 is formed between the connection position of the body 810 and the driving assembly and the annular coaming 221. The movable sleeve 400 is disposed corresponding to the mounting hole 222, and there may be many ways to cooperate with the mounting hole 222, for example, the movable sleeve 400 is partially disposed in the mounting hole 222 to reduce the movable gap 850; if the movable sleeve 400 is disposed outside the mounting port 222 to cover the movable gap 850, it is not particularly limited herein, and it is only necessary to reduce the movable gap 850 or cover the movable gap 850. Wherein, covering the movable gap 850 refers to covering part of the gap, or covering all of the gap. There may be many positions where the circumference of the movable sleeve 400 is fitted with the circumference of the annular shroud 221, one or more of which is formed with a viewing gap 830 so that an operator can view the structure (the connection position of the driving member, the transmission assembly, or the driving assembly with the massage head 800, etc.) inside the mounting port 222 (or inside the housing 220) through the viewing gap 830.
It should be noted that the observation gap 830 may be a fixed-position gap or a variable-position gap. There are many cases where the observation gap 830 is a fixed gap, and the following illustrates that the movable gap 850 of the massage head 800 is a fixed gap, that is, the massage head 800 does not deflect compared to the annular shroud 221, the distance between the massage head 800 and the annular shroud 221 is constant, and in this case, the size of the observation gap 830 is also generally fixed. The clearance of the position change may be varied, and the following description will be given by taking an example, in which the movable clearance 850 of the massage head 800 is the clearance of the position change, that is, the massage head 800 swings relative to the annular shroud 221 when in operation, and the distance and the position between the massage head 800 and the annular shroud 221 are varied. In this case, the size of the observation gap 830 may be changed or may be kept unchanged.
In this embodiment, by providing the annular shroud 221 and providing the movable sleeve 400 to cooperate with the mounting opening 222, the movable gap 850 between the massage head 800 and the annular shroud 221 is reduced or covered, so that external foreign matters are not easy to enter the housing 220 from the mounting opening 222, the possibility that the foreign matters affect the operation of the driving assembly is reduced, the driving assembly in the housing 220 is prevented from being damaged due to the entry of the foreign matters, and the working stability of the driving assembly and the massage device is improved; meanwhile, by reserving the observation gap 830, an operator can observe the situation in the mounting port 222 through the observation gap 830, so that the operator can take out the foreign matters in the mounting port 222 in time.
The movable sleeve 400 has a socket end and a mounting end disposed opposite each other, the socket section being adapted to be coupled to a massage assembly, the mounting end being adapted to be mounted by the body 810. It should be noted that, the mounting section may be connected to the body 810 in many ways, for example, may be directly connected to the body 810, or may be connected to the body 810 through the connecting piece 820, where the connecting piece 820 may be separately disposed with the movable sleeve 400, or may be integrally disposed with the movable sleeve 400. The shape of one end of the connecting member 820 is matched with the movable sleeve 400, and the shape of the other end is matched with the shape of the body 810. The specific form of the mounting end may also vary in different embodiments. In this embodiment, the connecting member 820 and the movable sleeve 400 are integrally formed, so that the assembling process of the massage head 800 can be simplified.
The specific form of the movable sleeve 400 may be numerous, and the cylindrical arrangement is taken as an example, specifically, the local bulge of the movable sleeve 400 forms an annular bulge 450, the radial dimension of the annular bulge 450 is larger than the radial dimension of other positions of the movable sleeve 400, and the annular bulge 450 is used for reducing or covering the movable gap 850. The annular ridge 450 may have a variety of shapes, such as arcuate ridges, prismatic ridges, etc. In this embodiment, by providing the annular bump 450, the matching between the movable sleeve 400 and the movable gap 850 can use the annular bump 450 as a reference, so that the positions to be considered are greatly reduced. The degree of reduction or coverage of the clearance gap 850 may be controlled by controlling the distance between the annular ridge 450 and the annular shroud 221. Thus, the movable gap 850 can be relatively accurately reduced or covered, and interference between the movable sleeve 400 and the annular surrounding plate 221 during the operation of the massage head 800 can be easily avoided. Meanwhile, the circumferential direction of the annular bulge 450 is matched with the movable gap 850, so that the annular bulge 450 can reduce or cover the movable gap 850 in all directions in the massage movement process (taking kneading massage as an example) of the massage head 800, and the utilization rate of the movable sleeve 400 is improved.
In some embodiments, the radial dimension of the movable sleeve 400 gradually decreases from the annular ridge 450 toward the end of the movable sleeve 400. In this embodiment, if the annular ridge 450 is located at the middle of the movable sleeve 400, the radial dimension of the movable sleeve 400 gradually decreases from the annular ridge 450 to both ends of the movable sleeve 400; if the annular ridge 450 is located at one end of the movable sleeve 400, the radial dimension of the movable sleeve 400 gradually decreases from the annular ridge 450 toward the other end of the movable sleeve 400. By setting the radial dimension of the movable sleeve 400 to gradually decrease from the annular ridge 450, the distance between the movable sleeve 400 and the annular shroud 221 gradually changes during the swinging of the massage head 800 compared with the casing 220, so that it is ensured that the movable sleeve 400 does not interfere with (press against) the annular shroud 221, and the movable gap 850 can be reduced or covered as much as possible during the swinging of the movable sleeve 400. It should be noted that, the radial dimension of the movable sleeve 400 may be changed in many ways, such as an inclined plane, an arc surface, and the like, and the outer side wall of the movable sleeve 400 is set as an arc surface. When the massage head 800 swings, the movable sleeve 400 swings in an arc shape along with the swinging path of the massage head 800, and the outer side wall is in an arc shape, so that the outer side wall surface of the movable sleeve 400 is matched with the movement path, the outer side wall of the movable sleeve 400 is further close to the annular coaming 221, the distance between the outer side wall of the movable sleeve 400 and the annular coaming 221 is reduced, and interference between the outer side wall of the movable sleeve 400 and the annular coaming 221 is avoided.
There may be many locations where the viewing gap 830 is formed, for example, the viewing gap 830 is formed between the annular ridge 450 and the annular shroud 221. In this embodiment, the observation gap 830 is disposed between the annular bulge 450 and the annular coaming 221, so that when the size of the observation gap 830 is designed, only the annular bulge 450 needs to be considered as a reference, which greatly reduces the design difficulty, is beneficial to setting the required observation gap 830 more accurately, and neither causes that foreign matters easily enter the housing 220 due to the excessively large observation gap 830, nor causes that the operator is inconvenient to observe due to the excessively small observation gap 830.
There are many forms in which the activity cover 400 reduces or covers the activity gap 850, as will be illustrated below.
In some embodiments, annular ridge 450 is located within the area enclosed by annular shroud 221, with annular ridge 450 serving to reduce clearance 850. In this embodiment, the annular bulge 450 is disposed in the area surrounded by the annular shroud 221, so that the annular bulge 450 does not need to occupy additional space, which reduces the space occupied by the movable sleeve 400, and improves the space utilization.
In some embodiments, portions of the activity cover 400 are located within the area enclosed by the annular shroud 221, the annular ridge 450 is located outside the area enclosed by the annular shroud 221, the radial dimension of the annular ridge 450 is greater than the dimension of the area enclosed by the annular shroud 221, and the annular ridge 450 is used to cover the activity gap 850. In the present embodiment, by disposing the annular ridge 450 outside the area surrounded by the annular shroud 221 and setting the radial dimension of the annular ridge 450 to be larger than the dimension of the area surrounded by the annular shroud 221, the annular ridge 450 can cover the movable gap 850. In this way, the annular ridge 450 may cover the clearance 850 more, and foreign objects may be prevented from entering the housing 220 from the clearance 850 as much as possible.
In some embodiments, annular ridge 450 is nested outside of annular shroud 221, with annular ridge 450 serving to cover clearance 850. In this embodiment, the radial dimension of the annular bulge 450 is greater than the radial dimension of the annular shroud 221, and the annular bulge 450 is sleeved outside the annular shroud 221, so that the annular bulge 450 can cover the movable gap 850 as much as possible, and foreign matters are prevented from entering the housing 220 from the movable gap 850 as much as possible. Meanwhile, when the annular coaming 221 extends into the annular bulge 450, the movable sleeve 400 can share a part of space with the annular coaming 221, so that the space utilization rate is improved, and the compactness of the structure is improved.
The width of the viewing gap 830 is not too large or too small, and the viewing gap 830 is too small to facilitate the operator's viewing, and the viewing gap 830 is too large, resulting in the easy entry of foreign matter from the viewing gap 830. Taking the maximum width of the viewing gap 830 as 1mm-10mm for example, in other embodiments, it may be 1mm-9mm, 2mm-8mm, 3mm-7mm, and 4mm-6mm, etc.
To further illustrate viewing gap 830, a few specific examples are described below as to the possible cases of viewing gap 830.
In some embodiments, the massage head 800 is biased by the drive assembly such that when the massage head 800 is biased to a maximum angle, a viewing gap 830 is formed between the end of the movable sleeve 400 remote from the body 810 and the annular shroud 221. When the massage head 800 performs the deflection movement, more than one position of the massage head 800 can deflect to the maximum angle, and the position can be determined according to the specific deflection condition. As a specific example, when the massage head 800 rotates and swings, the rotation area of the massage head 800 may be the position of the maximum deflection angle. When the massage head 800 is deflected to the maximum position, the movable sleeve 400 is inclined with respect to the annular enclosure, and the portion of the annular bulge 450 has moved out of the annular shroud 221, and at this time, the observation gap 830 is formed between one side of the end of the movable sleeve 400 and the annular shroud 221, so that the observation gap 830 can reach a larger value, which is convenient for the operator to observe.
In other embodiments, the number of the massage heads 800 is two, the number of the mounting ports 222 is two, and the two massage heads 800 are respectively arranged corresponding to the mounting ports 222; the two massage heads 800 perform a deflection movement under the action of the driving assembly, and when the distance between the two massage heads 800 is the farthest, a viewing gap 830 is formed between the end of the movable sleeve 400 away from the body 810 and the annular coaming 221. Specifically, in the present embodiment, when the two massage heads 800 are deflected to the farthest distance, the observation gaps 830 formed by the movable sleeves 400 of the two massage heads 800 are located between the two massage heads 800, and at this time, a larger observation space is provided between the two massage heads 800, thus providing a larger observation space for an operator to view the observation gaps 830, which is beneficial to the operation of the operator.
In some embodiments, the massage device may further include a carrying body 100, a drive shaft 300, and a limit cap 500. The bearing body 100 is used for bearing parts of the massage device 1000, the driving device 200 is mounted on the bearing body 100, the driving shaft 300 is used for being in transmission connection with the driving device 200, the movable sleeve 400 is sleeved on the driving shaft 300, and the limit cover 500 is connected with the driving shaft 300 and limits the movable sleeve 400 from falling off from the driving shaft 300. It should be noted that the carrying body 100 in this embodiment may be the wearing body 10 in the above embodiment, and in some embodiments, the wearing body 10 may also be a part of the carrying body 100.
Specifically, the carrying body 100 is used as a carrying structure of the massage device 1000, the carrying body 100 has various shapes, the carrying body 100 can be set to have different structures according to the use of the massage device 1000, for example, the massage device 1000 can be a neck massage device 1, a leg massage device, a waist massage device, a head massage device, etc., the carrying body 100 can be set to have shapes according to different parts of a human body which are massaged by the massage device 1000, for example, when the massage device 1000 is the neck massage device 1, the structural shape can be set in a semi-arc structure, and cotton pads are laid on the semi-arc concave surface so that the semi-arc concave surface of the carrying body 100 can be matched with the neck of the human body after the user wears the carrying body; for example, when the massage device 1000 is a leg massage device, the massage device may be configured in two parallel elongated structures, so that the legs of the user can be placed between the two elongated structures.
The driving device 200 is mounted on the carrier body 100, and there are various mounting manners of the driving device 200 on the carrier body 100, and the driving device 200 may be mounted on the carrier body 100 by a detachable mounting manner, for example, a detachable mounting manner such as locking with a screw 900, clamping, etc.; the driving device 200 may also be mounted to the carrier body 100 by a non-detachable mounting method, for example, by bonding, welding, etc., and the specific mounting method of the driving device 200 to the carrier body 100 is not limited herein.
The output end of the driving device 200 is connected with the driving shaft 300, and at this time, the output end of the driving device 200 can drive the driving shaft 300 to perform rotational movement, and the output end of the driving device 200 can also drive the driving shaft 300 to perform swinging movement.
At this time, the driving device 200 may include a driving motor, and an output end of the driving motor is directly connected to the driving shaft 300, so that the driving motor works to rotate the driving shaft 300; the driving device 200 may further comprise a driving motor, a reduction gearbox and an output shaft 210, wherein the output end of the driving motor is connected with the input end of the reduction gearbox, the output end of the reduction gearbox is connected with the output shaft 210, the output shaft 210 is connected with the driving shaft 300, and the reduction gearbox is used for reducing the speed, so that the rotation torque of the output shaft 210 can be increased, the rotation torque of the driving shaft 300 is increased, the rotation force transmitted to the movable sleeve 400 is increased, and the phenomenon that the swing force is insufficient when the movable sleeve 400 drives the massage head 800 to massage a human body, so that the massage effect is poor is avoided.
Referring to fig. 10 to 12, the driving shaft 300 includes a first transmission section 310 and a second transmission section 320, wherein an axis of the first transmission section 310 and an axis of the second transmission section 320 are disposed at an included angle, one end of the first transmission section 310, which faces away from the second transmission section 320, is connected to an output end of the driving device 200, so that the driving device 200 can drive the driving shaft 300 to rotate, at this moment, the first transmission section 310 can rotate under the driving of the driving device 200, and the second transmission section 320 can rotate around a rotation axis of the first transmission section 310 under the driving of the first transmission section 310, and it is noted that, since the axis of the first transmission section 310 and the axis of the second transmission section 320 are disposed at an included angle, at this moment, the end surface of the second transmission section 320, which faces away from the first transmission section 310, is rotating around a rotation axis of the first transmission section 310.
The movable sleeve 400 is sleeved outside the second transmission section 320, so that the movement of the movable sleeve 400 towards the periphery thereof is limited by the second transmission section 320.
Further, the mounting end 420 of the movable sleeve 400 is used for mounting the massage head 800 of the massage device 1000, the shape of the massage head 800 can be set according to the massage of different parts of the human body by the massage device 1000, and the specific shape of the massage head 800 is not limited herein.
