Description
本实用新型属于作业中的磨削抛光工具。
目前用作磨削抛光的磨光轮有普通硬质砂轮和软质抛光轮。硬质砂轮磨削时振动大，磨料易脱落，砂轮易钝；软质抛光轮由多层涂有磨粒的布或呢绒重叠构成，质地柔软，较难操作，施力不均容易打滑，影响抛光效果。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型磨光轮，以适应作业需要。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样的：它由一个薄片基体（1）和粘压在基体上的磨料层（2）构成。
所述的基体最好由多层棉纸粘合压结而成。
本实用新型厚度薄，磨料粘结牢固，磨削锐性好，基体有较好的韧性和弹性，适用范围广，能加工各种材质工件，对工作表面适应性强，特别是适合加工各种薄材工件和工件的狭窄表面。
