2. The pillow of claim 1 wherein the plurality of plant fillers are juniper beads, lavender, eucalyptus, peppermint leaf, vanilla or mixtures thereof.
3. A pillow having a plant filler, the pillow being a pillow comprising:
a pillow inner sleeve made of breathable cloth, the pillow inner sleeve having a containing space; and

4. A pillow according to claim 3, wherein the plurality of plant fillers are juniper beads, lavender, eucalyptus, peppermint leaf, vanilla or mixtures thereof.
5. A pillow having a plant filler, the pillow being a pillow comprising:
a pillow inner sleeve made of breathable cloth, the pillow inner sleeve having a containing space; and
