Abstract

本实用新型有关于一种铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫,主要包含一铜离子纤维表布层、一吸震层、一支撑层及一抗菌止滑层,且使该铜离子纤维表布层、吸震层、支撑层及抗菌止滑层由上而下依序相叠,以热压结合形成一鞋垫,又于该鞋垫上形成数个支撑区及位于该鞋垫后侧与外侧设有后足跟围墙及其延伸段,以在人体足部于站立及运动等时产生吸震分压等保护支撑功效,另该铜离子纤维表布层与人体足部接触时可发挥长效抗菌除臭效果,且利用底层抗菌止滑层设置以防止鞋垫于鞋内不当滑移情况,增加鞋子穿着舒适性。

铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫
技术领域
本实用新型涉及鞋垫技术领域,尤指一种铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫。
背景技术
请参阅中国台湾公告第I377919号“具有远红外线能量纤维的生物力学医用矫正鞋垫”,为本案申请人申请的专利前案,其主要是由抑菌表布层、发泡层、远红外线光波能量纤维层、聚乙烯层及抑菌布层依序叠合而成,继将叠合的抑菌表布层、发泡层、远红外线光波能量纤维层、聚乙烯层及抑菌布层以模具热压为一体,并于鞋垫的周边区、支撑区及曲面区各施以不同热压温度;据此,以使鞋垫外侧周边区以高温热压牢固结合为一体,并借由符合人体力学、人体工学及契合足体反射的支撑区及曲面区的成型,提供人体足部吸震分压的良好保护与支撑的效果。
该中国台湾公告第I377919号“具有远红外线能量纤维的生物力学医用矫正鞋垫”于使用上虽对人体足部肌肉微血管有促进血液循环功效,然足部被鞋子包覆处于潮湿闷热状态、霉菌大量滋生时,却无法提供有效抗菌灭菌作用,以致附着于足部的菌种随着生活带到寝具、家具、室内鞋具及被单表面等生活环境,而造成人体健康及免疫力下降情形。再者,该中国台湾公告第I377919号“具有远红外线能量纤维的生物力学医用矫正鞋垫”于使用上发现其回弹度略显不足,以致造成吸震分压效果不良,当行走久站时,足部所受反作用力增加,易造成足部肌肉疲乏。另该中国台湾公告第I377919号“具有远红外线能量纤维的生物力学医用矫正鞋垫”其上所设数支撑区的凸块曲度扇形稍显不足,导致足弓曲面整体包覆契合度不佳,存在对足部分压效果不完整的缺陷。
于是,本案申请人有鉴于其先前申请的中国台湾公告第I377919号“具有远红外线能量纤维的生物力学医用矫正鞋垫”于使用实施上仍有上述缺陷,乃借其多年于相关领域的制造及设计经验和知识的辅佐,并经多方巧思研创出本实用新型。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是有关于一种铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫,其主要目的是为了提供一种将鞋垫各层稳固结合为一体,并可提供人体足部良好保护支撑,且具长效性抗菌除臭功效,又可避免于鞋内不当滑移的鞋垫。
为了达到上述实施目的,本实用新型提供如下铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫,包含有一铜离子纤维表布层、一吸震层、一支撑层及一抗菌止滑层,该铜离子纤维表布层、该吸震层、该支撑层及该抗菌止滑层是由上而下依序相叠,并热压结合为一体。
如上所述的铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫,其中,该铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫上成型有数个支撑区,又于该鞋垫后侧成型有一往上凸伸的后足跟围墙,另于该鞋垫外侧设有一与该后足跟围墙相连接的延伸段。
如上所述的铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫,其中,该后足跟围墙的高度是15mm。
如上所述的铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫,其中,数个支撑区是包含有对应人体足部的横弓部、内纵弓部、外纵弓部、跟骨部及横纵弓部设立的一横弓支撑区、一内纵弓支撑区、一外纵弓支撑区、一跟骨支撑区及一横纵支撑区。
如上所述的铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫,其中,该铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫的底面成型有一纵向跨越该横弓支撑区、内纵弓支撑区及跟骨支撑区的纵向支撑曲面,以及一横向跨越该内纵弓支撑区及横纵支撑区的横向支撑曲面。
如上所述的铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫,其中,该纵向支撑曲面的曲面半径是160mm~320mm。
如上所述的铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫,其中,该纵向支撑曲面的曲面角度是135°。
如上所述的铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫,其中,该横向支撑曲面的曲面半径是60mm~120mm。
如上所述的铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫,其中,该横向支撑曲面的曲面角度是125°。
如上所述的铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫,其中,该后足跟围墙的后倾角度是100°。
据此,本实用新型的铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫在鞋垫上层设有铜离子纤维表布层,其所释放的铜离子可改变细菌与霉菌等的电荷状态,以破坏细菌及霉菌等的细胞壁,达到长效性抗菌消臭功效,依此,以避免霉、细菌附着于足部,被带到生活环境中,而对人体健康造成严重危害;铜离子纤维表布层、吸震层、支撑层及抗菌止滑层等数层体以高温热压牢固结合为一体,借此,以确保长期正常使用后,鞋垫边缘不易剥离裂开损坏,另其铜离子纤维表布层及抗菌止滑层等表层表布具备良好抗磨损功效,以利提高本实用新型的鞋垫的使用寿命;本实用新型的铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫于鞋垫底层设有抗菌止滑层,以增加与鞋子接触稳定性,防止鞋垫于鞋内不当滑移,以更增加鞋子穿着舒适性,并借铜离子纤维表布层的抗菌功能以于鞋内抑制足部霉菌滋生,而进一步提高防止鞋内滋生细菌效果。
此外,本实用新型的铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫:于其后侧设有后跟围墙,并将该后足跟围墙加高并设有适当后倾角度,借此以增加对足跟、足踝支撑的稳定度,以防止足部外翻内旋,并可提升久站、久走的持续力,另鞋垫外侧所设延伸段则可使足部于运动过程中,用于支撑足部外纵弓的受力部位,以利将其受力分压、分散至各足弓部位,而达到良好保护支撑功效;于底面设有纵向支撑曲面及横向支撑曲面,以构成一立体足弓支撑曲面,借此支撑曲面设计即可增加鞋垫的回弹度、吸震分压功效及提高对地面反作用力的分散效果,并可于久站、久走过程中防止足部出现外翻内旋的情形;于其上成型有横弓支撑区、内纵弓支撑区、外纵弓支撑区、跟骨支撑区及横纵支撑区等数支撑区,以分别提供人体足底的横弓部跖骨、内纵弓部、外纵弓部、跟骨部及横纵弓部等部位良好支撑,具有能够适应人体足底骨骼排列归位矫正并提供支撑平衡角度等良好稳定效益。

首先,请参阅图1至图3所示,为本实用新型的铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫,主要包含一铜离子纤维表布层1、一吸震层2、一支撑层3及一抗菌止滑层4,该吸震层2是医用发泡材,该支撑层3是高密度聚乙烯材,另该抗菌止滑层4是混合有抗菌物质的止滑不织布,并使该铜离子纤维表布层1、吸震层2、支撑层3及抗菌止滑层4由上而下依序相互叠合,以于一计算好横纵足弓几何曲面的鞋垫模具中进行热压,而将该铜离子纤维表布层1、吸震层2、支撑层3及抗菌止滑层4热压结合为一体,以形成一具高度契合性的鞋垫5。
请一并参阅图4至图7所示,该鞋垫5成型有数个支撑区51,并于该鞋垫5后侧成型有一往上凸伸的后足跟围墙52,又于该鞋垫5外侧设有一与该后足跟围墙52相连接的延伸段53,数个支撑区51包含有一横弓支撑区511、一内纵弓支撑区512、一外纵弓支撑区513、一跟骨支撑区514及一横纵支撑区515,分别对应人体足部的横弓部、内纵弓部、外纵弓部、跟骨部及横纵弓部设立,其中,该支撑区51的横弓支撑区511、内纵弓支撑区512、外纵弓支撑区513及跟骨支撑区514的热压温度约为70℃,又该横纵支撑区515的热压温度约为100℃,另该后足跟围墙52及延伸段53的热压温度约为165℃,又该后足跟围墙52及延伸段53的高度约为15mm,并使该后足跟围墙52略往后倾,其后倾角度θ1约为100°,另使该鞋垫5底面成型一纵向跨越该横弓支撑区511、内纵弓支撑区512及跟骨支撑区514的纵向支撑曲面54及一横向跨越该内纵弓支撑区512及横纵支撑区515的横向支撑曲面55,该纵向支撑曲面54的曲面角度θ2约为135°,另该纵向支撑曲面54的曲面半径r1约为160mm~320mm,又该横向支撑曲面55的曲面角度θ3约为125°,另该横向支撑曲面55的曲面半径r2约为60mm~120mm。
据此,当将本实用新型的鞋垫5置于鞋子内部,于使用者穿着鞋子时,请一并参阅图8所示,本实用新型的鞋垫5上所成型的横弓支撑区511、内纵弓支撑区512、外纵弓支撑区513、跟骨支撑区514及横纵支撑区515,可分别提供人体足底的横弓部跖骨、内纵弓部、外纵弓部、跟骨部及横纵弓部等部位良好支撑,及因应人体足底骨骼排列角度产生良好的矫正、平衡与稳定功效,又本实用新型的鞋垫5后足跟围墙52加高至15mm,相较其先前申请的中国台湾公告第I377919号的“具有远红外线能量纤维的生物力学医用矫正鞋垫”的后足跟围墙多增加7mm,且使其后倾角度设为100°,借此以增加对足跟、足踝支撑的稳定度,防止足部外翻内旋,并可提升久站、久走的持续力,另设于鞋垫5外侧的延伸段53则可使足部于运动过程中,用于支撑足部外纵弓的受力部位,以利将其受力分压、分散至各足弓部位。又本实用新型的鞋垫5底面设有纵向支撑曲面54及横向支撑曲面55,以构成一立体足弓支撑曲面,借此支撑曲面设计即可增加鞋垫5的回弹度、吸震分压功效及提高对地面反作用力的分散效果,并可于久站、久走过程中防止足部出现外翻内旋的情形。
另本实用新型的鞋垫5于上层设有铜离子纤维表布层1,以与人体足部相接触,该铜离子纤维表布层1所释放的铜离子可改变细菌与霉菌等的电荷状态,以破坏细菌及霉菌等的细胞壁,达到长效性抗菌消臭的功效。
又本实用新型的鞋垫5于底层设有抗菌止滑层4,除可增加与鞋子接触稳定性,防止使用者于站立、行走等时,鞋垫5于鞋内不当滑动情况,以提高鞋子穿着舒适性,且该抗菌止滑层4是内含抗菌物质,可更进一步提高防止鞋内滋生细菌的效果。再者,由于本实用新型的鞋垫5是将铜离子纤维表布层1、吸震层2、支撑层3及抗菌止滑层4借由热压高度契合在一起,故于行走、快走及长时间久站等使用过程中受到压力扭动作用时,其各层是可紧密结合,长期使用下来其边缘也不致发生剥离情况,且其纤维表布层1及抗菌止滑层4等表层表布亦具良好抗磨损功效,以利提高本实用新型的鞋垫5的使用寿命。
前述实施例或图式并非限定本实用新型的铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫实施态样,凡所属技术领域技术人员所为的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本实用新型的专利范畴。

1.一种铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫,其特征在于,包含有一铜离子纤维表布层、一吸震层、一支撑层及一抗菌止滑层,该铜离子纤维表布层、该吸震层、该支撑层及该抗菌止滑层是由上而下依序相叠,并热压结合为一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫,其特征在于,该铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫上成型有数个支撑区,又于该鞋垫后侧成型有一往上凸伸的后足跟围墙,另于该鞋垫外侧设有一与该后足跟围墙相连接的延伸段。
3.根据权利要求2所述的铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫,其特征在于,该后足跟围墙的高度是15mm。
4.根据权利要求2所述的铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫,其特征在于,数个支撑区是包含有对应人体足部的横弓部、内纵弓部、外纵弓部、跟骨部及横纵弓部设立的一横弓支撑区、一内纵弓支撑区、一外纵弓支撑区、一跟骨支撑区及一横纵支撑区。
5.根据权利要求4所述的铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫,其特征在于,该铜离子纤维抗菌矫正鞋垫的底面成型有一纵向跨越该横弓支撑区、内纵弓支撑区及跟骨支撑区的纵向支撑曲面,以及一横向跨越该内纵弓支撑区及横纵支撑区的横向支撑曲面。
