Typically, both the outer cartridge 100 and the inner cartridge 200 are vertically placed, and the third filter material does not escape from the open end of the superfinishing cartridge 230 under the force of gravity, but the installation posture of the outer cartridge 100 and the inner cartridge 200 is limited. In certain circumstances, the outer cartridge 100 and the inner cartridge 200 need to be disposed obliquely, so that the cover plate 240 can effectively avoid the escape of the third filter material.
