A joint for a shade product for rotationally coupling a first rod and a second rod, the joint comprising a body and a metal reinforcing sheet coupled to the body, the first rod and the body being coupled by a first pivot, the second rod and the body being coupled by a second pivot; the metal reinforcing sheet is provided with at least two end parts, wherein one end part is provided with a first pivot hole for the first pivot to pass through, and the other end part is provided with a second pivot hole for the second pivot to pass through.
2. The joint of claim 1 wherein the body and third rod are connected by a fastener, the at least two ends including a third end having a connecting hole formed therethrough for the fastener.
3. The joint of claim 2, wherein the centers of the first pivot hole, the second pivot hole, and the connecting hole are not on the same straight line.
4. A joint according to claim 3, wherein the metal reinforcing sheet is generally L-shaped.
5. A joint according to claim 3, wherein the centre line of the first rod and the centre line of the third rod coincide or are parallel to each other after deployment of the masking product, the first pivot hole being located above the centre line of the first rod and the second pivot hole being located below the centre line of the first rod.
6. The joint of claim 2, wherein the body has a plug portion inserted into an end of the third rod, the plug portion and the third rod being connected by a fastener.
7. The joint according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the body has a receiving groove in which an end of the first lever is received after the shade product is unfolded; the upper portion of the receiving groove is opened to allow the first lever to be turned upward.
8. A joint for a shelter product for pivotally connecting at least two bars, the joint comprising a body and a metal reinforcing sheet connected to the body, one bar being connected to the body by a fastener and the other bar being connected to the body by a pivot; the metal reinforcing sheet is provided with at least two end parts, wherein one end part is provided with a connecting hole for the fastener to pass through, and the other end part is provided with a pivot hole for the pivot to pass through.
9. A stand for a shelter product comprising a joint as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. The stand of claim 9, wherein the shade product comprises a beach umbrella, the stand comprising top frame units that are relatively extendable and collapsible to support a cloth cover of the beach umbrella, each top frame unit being rotatably connected to a first lever, each top frame unit comprising a second lever and a third lever, respectively, an outer end of the first lever being connected to the body by a first pivot, an inner end of the second lever being connected to the body by a second pivot, an outer end of the third lever being connected to the body by a fastener.
