The application provides a toothbrush head and toothbrush when adopting the toothbrush that this application provided to clean the oral cavity, can enough effectively clean the face of tooth, can effectively clean the great gum line area of degree of depth or gingival sulcus area again to avoid the gingivitis to appear in the user to a certain extent. The specific technical scheme is as follows:
in a first aspect, the present application provides a toothbrush head comprising a brush plate and a plurality of spaced apart bundles of bristles disposed on the brush plate; the partial bristle bundles comprise first brush filaments, the partial bristle bundles comprise second brush filaments, one end, far away from the brush plate, of each first brush filament is formed into a round filament, and one end, far away from the brush plate, of each second brush filament is formed into a sharp filament.
In some alternative embodiments, the first filaments have a hardness that is greater than the hardness of the second filaments. Therefore, the hardness of the first brush wires forming the round wires is higher than that of the second brush wires forming the pointed wires, the softness of the second brush wires can be increased to a certain extent, and the pointed wires of the second brush wires are prevented from being pricked into gum flesh.
In some alternative embodiments, the height of the second filaments is greater than the height of the first filaments. In this way, the second brush wires can extend to the gingival margin area or gingival sulcus area so as to effectively clean the gingival margin area or gingival sulcus area.
In some alternative embodiments, at least a portion of the bristle bundles include first and second bristles. In this way, some bristle bundles that are capable of contacting both the tooth surface and the gingival margin or gingival sulcus area can be cleaned better.
In some alternative embodiments, the second filaments of the same bristle bundle are higher than the first filaments. Therefore, the second brush wires can extend into the gingival margin or gingival sulcus area with larger depth, so that the first brush wires can be in contact with the tooth surface with shallower depth, and the cleaning effect of the toothbrush head provided by the embodiment is further improved.
In some alternative embodiments, the first brush filaments and the second brush filaments of the same bristle bundle are two sections formed by bending a base brush filament, one end of the base brush filament is in a round filament shape, and the other end of the base brush filament is in a pointed filament shape. Thus, the number of the base brush wires can be reduced, so that the cost is reduced to a certain extent.
In some alternative embodiments, the base brush filaments are bent and secured to the brush plate by copper sheets. Like this, compare with copper-free mode of planting hair, in this application, can implant the brush hair bundle in the pore of planting that corresponds through the copper sheet, and need not additionally be fastener such as solid fixed ring, from this, can promote the implantation efficiency of brush hair bundle in this application, and then can promote the manufacturing efficiency of toothbrush head that this application provided.
In some alternative embodiments, the plurality of bristle tufts include a plurality of outer bristle tufts disposed on an outer periphery of the brush plate and a plurality of inner bristle tufts disposed on an inner side of the brush plate, the plurality of outer bristle tufts encircle the plurality of inner bristle tufts, and the outer bristle tufts include side bristle tufts distributed on both sides of the brush head in a width direction of the brush head; the inner bristle bundle comprises a plurality of first brush filaments, and the side bristle bundle comprises a plurality of second brush filaments. In this way, the end, far away from the brush plate, of the brush filaments contained in the inner bristle bundle is a round filament, and the end, far away from the brush plate, of the brush filaments contained in the side bristle bundle is a sharp filament; so that the brush filaments that clean the gingival margin area are tipped with filaments that can reach a greater depth. Therefore, the toothbrush head can realize the regional cleaning between the tooth surface and the gingival margin area, and the brush filaments corresponding to each area are more suitable, so that the cleaning effect of the toothbrush head can be improved.
In some alternative embodiments, the side Fang Shuamao bundles further comprise a plurality of first brush filaments, and the second brush filaments have a height that is greater than the height of the first brush filaments. In this way, the second brush wires are mainly used for cleaning the gingival margin area and the interdental area with larger depth, wherein dental plaque can be attached to the gingival margin area, and the first brush wires can possibly clean the area of the tooth surface with smaller depth, so that the cleaning effect of the side brush hair bundles is better while the partition cleaning is further realized.
In some alternative embodiments, the portion of the second filament above the first filament in the side bristle bundles is formed as a tip. Like this, when polishing the point silk, the concrete position that forms the point silk that can be better is to promote the efficiency of polishing to the point silk, thereby promote the implantation efficiency of side brush hair bundle, and then promote the manufacturing efficiency of the toothbrush head that this application provided.
In some alternative embodiments, the second bristles are located outside of the first bristles in the side bristle bundles. In this way, when the toothbrush is used for brushing teeth in the up-down direction, the second brush wires can be positioned on the outer side of the first brush wires, that is, the relative positions of the first brush wires and the second brush wires are consistent with the relative positions of the tooth surface and the gingival margin area, so that the subarea cleaning of the tooth surface and the gingival margin area is realized.
In some alternative embodiments, the inner bristle tuft comprises a plurality of first bristle tufts, each first bristle tuft being comprised of a plurality of first bristles. Like this, through setting up the circle silk in the inboard, then can promote and read the holistic supporting property of a bundle of bristles to avoid sharp silk to insert in the gum meat to a certain extent, thereby can further promote the performance of the toothbrush head that this application provided.
In some alternative embodiments, the inner bristle bundle further comprises a plurality of second inner bristle bundles; the first inner bristle bundles form a plurality of connected concave arc-shaped areas in the length direction of the toothbrush head, and the second inner bristle bundles correspond to the vertexes of the concave arc-shaped areas or areas close to the vertexes in the length direction of the toothbrush head. Like this, can form the arc cleaning surface that laminates with the facing between second brush hair bundle and tip brush hair bundle to the cleaning surface that a plurality of first brush hair bundles formed more adapts to with the flank of tooth, with the cleaning effect of promotion toothbrush head to the facing that this application provided.
In some alternative embodiments, the second bristle tuft is adjacent to the side bristle tuft; the second bristle bundle includes a plurality of second brush filaments, and the second brush filaments have a height greater than the first brush filaments in the first bristle bundle adjacent to the second bristle bundle. Thus, the second bristle bundle is positioned between the two middle bristle areas, and the end parts of the second brush filaments of the second bristle bundle are positioned at the highest point, so that the second bristle bundle can effectively clean the tooth gaps between the two teeth, and the cleaning effect of the toothbrush head provided by the application is further improved.
In some alternative embodiments, the number of first filaments is greater than the number of second filaments. Therefore, the plurality of bristle bundles have certain structural strength, and the plurality of bristle bundles are prevented from being too soft, so that the plurality of bristle bundles have better cleaning effect.
In some alternative embodiments, each tuft is comprised of a plurality of first bristles and a plurality of second bristles; the first brush filaments and the second brush filaments in the same bristle bundle have the same height. Therefore, each brush wire in the same bristle bundle can be effectively contacted with the tooth surface, so that the toothbrush head provided by the application has a good cleaning effect on the tooth surface.

The technical solutions in the present application will be clearly and thoroughly described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Wherein, in the description of the present application, "/" means or, unless otherwise indicated, for example, a/B may represent a or B: the text "and/or" is merely an association relation describing the associated object, and indicates that three relations may exist, for example, a and/or B may indicate: the three cases where a exists alone, a and B exist together, and B exists alone, and in addition, in the description of the present application, "plural" means two or more than two.
The terms "first," "second," and the like, are used below for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as implying or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defining "a first" or "a second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more such feature.
At present, oral hygiene is increasingly emphasized, and in order to meet the use requirements of consumers on toothbrushes, the comfort, cleaning strength and the like of the toothbrushes are also required to be enhanced. Generally, toothbrushes include a handle and a brush plate disposed at the end of the handle, with a plurality of spaced apart bundles of bristles being implanted in the brush plate, each bundle of bristles including a plurality of spaced apart filaments. However, in the above toothbrush, the cleaning force of the toothbrush against the tooth surface is poor or it is difficult for the toothbrush to clean the gum line area or the gingival sulcus area having a large depth due to the limitation of the kind of the brush wire, thereby making gingivitis more likely to occur to the user.
In the related art, the first case is that the plurality of filaments on the toothbrush head are all round filaments, and the second case is that the plurality of filaments on the toothbrush head are all pointed filaments. It will be appreciated that the tip is capable of cleaning plaque in the gum line and gingival sulcus, but has poor cleaning of the tooth surfaces; the round wire has strong cleaning power to the tooth surface, but is not easy to clean dental plaque of the gum line and the gum groove. Therefore, it is difficult for the toothbrush heads of the related art to effectively clean the entire area of the inside of the mouth.
From this, this application embodiment provides a toothbrush head and toothbrush, can all carry out effective cleanness to the gum line region that tooth face and degree of depth are great and gingival sulcus region to avoid the gingivitis to a certain extent to the user to appear.
It should be noted that the toothbrushes provided in the embodiments of the present application include, but are not limited to, electric toothbrushes. In the following description, an electric toothbrush will be described as an example.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a toothbrush head according to an embodiment of the present application, fig. 2 is an enlarged schematic view of a partial structure at a position a in fig. 1, fig. 3 is a schematic view of a brush filament in a toothbrush head according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 4 is a schematic view of a brush filament in a toothbrush head according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present application provides a toothbrush head 10 comprising a brush plate 1 and a plurality of bristle bundles arranged on the brush plate 1 at intervals; the partial bristle bundles comprise first brush filaments, the partial bristle bundles comprise second brush filaments, namely, for each bristle bundle, pure round filaments, pure pointed filaments or mixed with the round filaments, and the case of the mixed situation of the pointed filaments and the round filaments is only required to ensure that the whole bristle bundles are formed by the whole bristle bundles, specifically, one end, far away from the brush plate 1, of the first brush filaments is formed into the round filaments, and one end, far away from the brush plate 1, of the second brush filaments is formed into the pointed filaments. The round wire is formed by rounding the end part of the brush wire, the tip wire is formed by grinding the end part of the brush wire, so that a tip is formed at the end part of the brush wire, which is far away from the brush plate 1, and the round wire has stronger cleaning force on the tooth surface, and the tip wire has stronger cleaning force on the gum line area and the gingival sulcus area with larger depth. In the toothbrush head 10 provided in this embodiment, by arranging the brush filaments including the tip filaments and the round filaments, the toothbrush head provided in this embodiment not only can effectively clean the tooth surface, but also can effectively clean the gum line area and the gum groove area with larger depth, so that the toothbrush head 10 provided in this embodiment has better cleaning effect; in addition, through the combination form of sharp silk and round silk for the holistic hardness of brush hair bundle is comparatively moderate, when realizing effective clean, can also avoid gum meat to be damaged by brush silk 2.
Wherein, brush board 1 includes and plants the hair board 11, a plurality of brush hair bundles set up on planting the hair board 11, and in order to avoid when electric toothbrush brushes teeth, the direct contact of hard planting the hair board and in order to avoid electric toothbrush stronger vibrations to lead to the brush silk 2 of brush hair bundles to insert the gum deeply, therefore need set up the structure that has certain buffering shock attenuation effect, in some optional embodiments, can set up the elasticity buffer 12 that carries out cladding to planting the hair board 11 in the outside of planting the hair board 11, elasticity buffer 12 can cladding plant the partial structure of hair board 11, also can carry out cladding to planting more parts of hair board 11, for example only need make planting the hair board 11 expose planting pore 111 on the hair board 11 can. Here, the coating area of the bristle plate 11 by the elastic buffer 12 is not particularly limited. The implantation holes 111 are provided corresponding to the number of the plurality of bristle bundles, each bristle bundle is provided in the corresponding implantation hole 111, and the shape of the implantation hole 111 is determined according to the outline shape of the actual bristle bundle, and the shape of the implantation hole 111 is not limited.
In particular, in the electric toothbrush, the toothbrush head 10 further comprises a brush bar 3 connected to the brush plate 1, the brush bar 3 being adapted to be connected to a brush handle. Wherein, the brush plate 1 and the brush rod 3 are integrally formed or fixedly connected together by other forming modes. The manner of connection between the brush plate 1 and the brush bar 3 is not limited here.
The brush filaments 2 shown in fig. 3 are in the shape of a brush filament with a round filament at one end and a sharp filament at the other end, and the brush filaments 2 shown in fig. 4 are formed of a brush filament with both ends of a round filament. In this embodiment, two types of brush filaments 2 are used, as will be further described below.
Because round filaments are primarily used to clean the tooth surface and pointed filaments are primarily used to clean the gingival margin or gingival sulcus area where the depth is greater, in order to avoid the penetration of the second filaments forming the pointed filaments into the gum flesh, in some embodiments, the hardness of the first filaments is greater than the hardness of the second filaments. Therefore, the hardness of the first brush wires forming the round wires is higher than that of the second brush wires forming the pointed wires, the softness of the second brush wires can be increased to a certain extent, and the pointed wires of the second brush wires are prevented from being pricked into gum flesh.
Further, since the second bristles, which form the filaments, are primarily used to clean the gingival margin region or gingival sulcus region where the depth is greater, in order for the second bristles to effectively clean the gingival sulcus region and gingival margin region, in some embodiments, the height of the second bristles is greater than the height of the first bristles. In this way, the second brush wires can extend to the gingival margin area or gingival sulcus area so as to effectively clean the gingival margin area or gingival sulcus area.
While for some bristle tufts, it may be that they are in contact with both the facing and the gingival margin or gingival sulcus regions, so that to ensure cleaning performance of such bristle tufts, in some alternative embodiments, at least a portion of the bristle tufts include first and second bristles. Illustratively, when the plurality of bristle bundles includes a first bristle bundle, a second bristle bundle, and a third bristle bundle, the types of bristles of the second bristle bundle and the third bristle bundle may be either the first bristles or the second bristles, or a combination of the first bristles and the second bristles, when the first bristle bundle is composed of the first bristles and the second bristles.
Further, since the second brush filaments are brush filaments for cleaning the gingival margin region and gingival sulcus region having a large depth in the same bristle bundle, the first brush filaments are brush filaments for cleaning the tooth surface, in order to make different kinds of brush filaments correspond to different cleaning regions, in some embodiments, the second brush filaments of the same bristle bundle are higher than the first brush filaments. Therefore, the second brush wires can extend into the gingival margin or gingival sulcus area with larger depth, so that the first brush wires can be in contact with the tooth surface with shallower depth, and the cleaning effect of the toothbrush head provided by the embodiment is further improved.
When the same bristle bundle is formed by combining the first brush wires and the second brush wires, the first brush wires and the second brush wires of the same bristle bundle are two sections formed by bending a basic brush wire, one end of the basic brush wire is in a circular wire shape, and the other end of the basic brush wire is in a pointed wire shape. That is, a pointed wire shape and a rounded wire shape are formed at both ends of one base brush wire in the direction in which the brush wire extends. Thus, the number of the base brush wires can be reduced, so that the cost is reduced to a certain extent.
The implantation mode of the foundation brush filaments after bending is a copper implantation mode, and the foundation brush filaments after bending are fixed on the bristle plate 11 through the copper sheet 7. In this way, it is possible to facilitate fixing of the base brush filaments to the bristle plate 11 while reducing costs.
In the following description, the manner in which the copper is planted will be further described.
While in order to ensure the overall cleaning ability of the toothbrush head 10, in some alternative embodiments, the number of the first brush filaments is greater than the number of the second brush filaments, that is, the number of the brush filaments 2 formed with round filaments is greater than the number of the brush filaments 2 formed with pointed filaments, specifically, in the plurality of bristle bundles, the sum of the number of the first brush filaments is greater than the sum of the number of the second brush filaments, and, for example, if the plurality of bristle bundles consist of the first bristle bundles and the second bristle bundles, the number of the second bristle bundles is a pure round filament, then the number of the brush filaments constituting the first bristle bundles is smaller than the number of the brush filaments constituting the second bristle bundles; if the first bristle bundle is a pure round filament and the second bristle bundle is a pure sharp filament, the number of the brush filaments forming the first bristle bundle is larger than that of the brush filaments forming the second bristle bundle; if the first bristle bundle and the second bristle bundle are each formed by mixing round filaments and pointed filaments, the sum of the number of the brush filaments of the first bristle bundle which are pointed filaments and the number of the brush filaments of the second bristle bundle which are pointed filaments is smaller than the sum of the number of the brush filaments of the first bristle bundle which are round filaments and the number of the brush filaments of the second bristle bundle which are round filaments. Here, there is no particular limitation. Therefore, the plurality of bristle bundles have certain structural strength, and the plurality of bristle bundles are prevented from being too soft, so that the plurality of bristle bundles have better cleaning effect.
In some embodiments, each tuft is comprised of a plurality of first bristles and a plurality of second bristles, that is, for either tuft, it is a mixture of filaments and filaments; for example, when the plurality of bristle bundles are composed of a first bristle bundle and a second bristle bundle, the first bristle bundle is composed of a plurality of first brush filaments and a plurality of second brush filaments, and the second bristle bundle is also composed of a plurality of first brush filaments and a plurality of second brush filaments. In order to enable the brush filaments in each bristle bundle to be in effective contact with the tooth surface, the first brush filaments and the second brush filaments in the same bristle bundle can be made to be the same in height. In this way, each brush wire in the same bristle bundle can be effectively contacted with the tooth surface, so that the toothbrush head 10 provided by the embodiment has a better cleaning effect on the tooth surface.
While in order to facilitate implantation of the bristle tufts into the corresponding implantation holes 111, in some alternative embodiments, each bristle tuft is comprised of a plurality of first bristles or a plurality of second bristles. That is, the kinds of the brush filaments 2 constituting the same bristle bundle are made uniform, for example, when a plurality of bristle bundles are composed of a first bristle bundle composed of a plurality of first brush filaments and a second bristle bundle composed of a plurality of second brush filaments; or, the first bristle bundle is composed of a plurality of second bristle filaments, and the second bristle bundle is composed of a plurality of first bristle filaments. Like this, through restricting the brush silk kind that every bundle of brush hair contains, then it is comparatively convenient to make the bundle of brush hair implant in the pore 111 of planting that corresponds to can promote and plant the hair efficiency, and then can promote the manufacturing efficiency of toothbrush head 10 that this embodiment provided.
To further enhance the ease of bristle placement, in some embodiments, one of the plurality of bristle bundles may be comprised of a plurality of first bristles and a plurality of second bristles; and the number of the first brush filaments is the same as the number of the second brush filaments, and illustratively, when the plurality of bristle bundles are composed of the first bristle bundles and the second bristle bundles, if the first bristle bundles are composed of the first brush filaments and the second brush filaments, the second bristle bundles are composed of the first brush filaments or the second brush filaments; if the second bristle bundle is composed of the first brush filaments and the second brush filaments, the first bristle bundle is composed of the first brush filaments or the second brush filaments. That is, the first and second bristles in one of the plurality of bristle bundles are uniformly mixed, so that the bristle bundles can be more conveniently implanted into the implantation holes 111, and the cleaning force of the tooth surface is equivalent to that of the deeper gum line area or gingival sulcus area, so that the use performance of the toothbrush head 10 provided by the embodiment is better.
In some embodiments, the plurality of bristle tufts include a plurality of outer bristle tufts 4 disposed at the outer periphery of the brush plate 1 and a plurality of inner bristle tufts 5 disposed inside the brush plate 1, the plurality of outer bristle tufts 4 surrounding the plurality of inner bristle tufts 5, and the outer bristle tufts 4 including side bristle tufts 41 distributed on both sides of the brush head 10 in the width direction of the brush head 10; the inner bristle bundle 5 includes a plurality of first brush filaments, and the side bristle bundle 41 includes a plurality of second brush filaments. In this way, the end, far away from the brush plate 1, of the brush filaments contained in the inner bristle bundle 5 is round, and the end, far away from the brush plate 1, of the brush filaments contained in the side bristle bundle 41 is sharp, and the inner bristle bundle 5 is mainly used for cleaning the tooth surface, and the side bristle bundle 41 is mainly used for cleaning the gingival margin area, so that the end of the brush filaments for cleaning the tooth surface is round, and the cleaning force is strong; so that the brush filaments that clean the gingival margin area are tipped with filaments that can reach a greater depth. Therefore, the cleaning of the tooth surface and the gingival margin area can be realized in a partitioning manner, and the brush filaments 2 corresponding to each area are more suitable, so that the cleaning effect of the toothbrush head 10 provided by the embodiment can be improved.
Further, the outer bristle bundle 4 should further include end bristle bundles 42 distributed at both ends of the inner bristle bundle 5 in the length direction of the brush head 10.
With continued reference to fig. 5 and 6, fig. 5 is another schematic perspective view of a toothbrush head according to an embodiment of the disclosure, and fig. 6 is an enlarged schematic view of a portion of fig. 5 at B. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in order to further enhance the cleaning effect of the side bristle bundles 41, in some embodiments, the side bristle bundles 41 further include a plurality of first bristles, and the second bristles have a height greater than that of the first bristles. In this way, the second brush filaments are mainly used for cleaning the gingival margin area and the interdental area with larger depth, wherein plaque is attached to the gingival margin area, and the first brush filaments are likely to clean the tooth surface area with smaller depth, so that the cleaning effect of the side bristle bundles 41 is better while the zonal cleaning is further realized.
While in order to form the tips of the brush filaments 2 included in the side bristle bundles 41, in some embodiments, the portions of the side bristle bundles 41 where the second brush filaments are higher than the first brush filaments are formed as tips. Thus, when the tip is polished, the specific position where the tip is formed can be better determined, so that the polishing efficiency of the tip is improved, the implantation efficiency of the side bristle bundles 41 is improved, and the manufacturing efficiency of the toothbrush head 10 provided in this embodiment is improved.
Since the tooth surface is positioned inside the gingival margin region when brushing teeth in the up-down direction using the toothbrush, the second bristles are positioned outside the first bristles in the side bristle bundles 41 in order to clean the gingival margin region by the bristles in the side bristle bundles 41 and to clean the tooth surface by the round bristles in the side bristle bundles 41.
In order to secure the cleaning ability of the toothbrush head 10 to the tooth surface provided by the present embodiment, the inner bristle bundles 5 include a plurality of first inner bristle bundles 51, each of the first inner bristle bundles 51 being composed of a plurality of first filaments. Thus, by providing the round filaments on the inner side, the overall supporting performance of the bristle bundle can be improved, so that the insertion of the filaments into gum flesh can be avoided to a certain extent, and the usability of the toothbrush head 10 provided by the embodiment can be further improved.
With continued reference to fig. 7 to 10, fig. 7 is a schematic plan view of a toothbrush head according to an embodiment of the present application, fig. 8 is a schematic perspective view of a partial structure of the toothbrush head according to an embodiment of the present application shown in fig. 7, fig. 9 is a schematic plan view of fig. 8, and fig. 10 is an enlarged schematic partial structure at C in fig. 9.
