At present, oral hygiene is increasingly emphasized, and in order to meet the use requirements of consumers on toothbrushes, the comfort, cleaning strength and the like of the toothbrushes are also required to be enhanced. Generally, toothbrushes include a handle and a brush head attached to the end of the handle, the brush head including a brush plate on which a plurality of bundles of bristles are implanted in spaced apart relation. However, when teeth are cleaned using the above toothbrush, it is difficult to clean the gingival margin region effectively, thereby causing gingivitis to occur to the user.
The embodiment of the application provides a toothbrush head and toothbrush, can effectively clean the gingival margin area to avoid the gingivitis to a certain extent to appear by the user.
It should be noted that the toothbrushes provided in the embodiments of the present application include, but are not limited to, electric toothbrushes. In the following description, an electric toothbrush will be described as an example.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a toothbrush head according to an embodiment of the present application, fig. 2 is an enlarged schematic view of a partial structure at a in fig. 1, and fig. 3 is a schematic plan view of a toothbrush head according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a toothbrush head 10 comprising a brush plate 1 and a plurality of bristle bundles arranged on the brush plate 1 at intervals; the bristle bundles comprise a plurality of outer bristle bundles 2 arranged on the outer edge of the brush plate 1 and a plurality of inner bristle bundles 3 arranged on the inner side of the brush plate 1, and the outer bristle bundles 2 encircle the plurality of inner bristle bundles 3; the outer bristle bundle 2 includes side bristle bundles 21 distributed on both sides of the brush head 10 in the width direction of the brush head 10, and at least part of the side bristle bundles 21 located on at least one side of the brush head 10 have a height greater than that of the inner bristle bundle 3. In the toothbrush head 10 provided in this embodiment, the height of the side bristle bundles 21 is greater than the height of the inner bristle bundles 3, and compared with the height of the side bristle bundles 21 which is less than or equal to the height of the inner bristle bundles 3, the side bristle bundles 21 can effectively contact the gingival margin area to effectively clean the gingival margin area, thereby realizing the cleaning of the subareas in the oral cavity, so that the toothbrush head 10 provided in this embodiment has better cleaning effect.
Specifically, the outer bristle bundle 2 further includes end bristle bundles 22 located at both ends of the brush plate 1 in the longitudinal direction of the brush head 10, and the side bristle bundles 21 and the end bristle bundles 22 collectively enclose a region in which the inner bristle bundle 3 is accommodated.
The width direction of the brush head 10 corresponds to the y-y axis direction in fig. 3, and the length direction of the brush head 10 corresponds to the x-x axis direction in fig. 3.
Further, the brush plate 1 includes a bristle plate 11, a plurality of bristle bundles are disposed on the bristle plate 11, and in order to avoid that the bristle plate is directly contacted with teeth when the electric toothbrush brushes teeth, and in order to avoid that the brush filaments of the bristle bundles are inserted into gums deeply due to strong vibration of the electric toothbrush, a structure having a certain buffering and damping effect is required, in some alternative embodiments, an elastic buffer sleeve 12 for covering the bristle plate 11 may be disposed on the outer side of the bristle plate 11, and the elastic buffer sleeve 12 may cover a part of the structure of the bristle plate 11, or may cover more parts of the bristle plate 11, for example, only the bristle plate 11 needs to be exposed out of the pores 111 on the bristle plate 11. Here, the coating area of the bristle plate 11 by the elastic buffer 12 is not particularly limited. The implantation holes 111 are provided corresponding to the number of the plurality of bristle bundles, each bristle bundle is provided in the corresponding implantation hole 111, and the shape of the implantation hole 111 is determined according to the outline shape of the actual bristle bundle, and the shape of the implantation hole 111 is not limited.
In the electric toothbrush, the toothbrush head 10 further includes a brush rod 5 connected to the brush plate 1, and the brush rod 5 is connected to the brush handle. Wherein, the brush plate 1 and the brush rod 5 are integrally formed or fixedly connected together by other forming modes. The manner of connection between the brush plate 1 and the brush bar 5 is not limited here.
When the elastic buffer sleeve 12 is sleeved on the hair planting plate 11, in order to improve the connection reliability between the hair planting plate 11 and the elastic buffer sleeve 12, a corresponding limiting structure can be arranged between the hair planting plate 11 and the elastic buffer sleeve 12 so as to limit the relative position between the hair planting plate 11 and the elastic buffer sleeve 12, thereby improving the connection reliability between the hair planting plate 11 and the elastic buffer sleeve 12.
With continued reference to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic view of a partial structure of a toothbrush head according to an embodiment of the present application. In some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, a limit groove 112 extending toward the middle of the bristle plate 11 may be formed on the side wall of the bristle plate 11, and correspondingly, a limit protrusion (not shown in the drawings) extending toward the limit groove 112 and located in the limit groove 112 may need to be formed on the elastic buffer sleeve 12. Like this, through the cooperation connection between spacing recess 112 and the spacing arch, can realize planting the reliable connection between hair board 11 and the elastic buffer cover 12 to avoid taking place relative slip between hair board 11 and the elastic buffer cover 12 in the in-process of using the toothbrush to a certain extent, thereby can further promote the performance of toothbrush head 10 that this embodiment provided.
In order to further improve the connection reliability between the bristle plate 11 and the elastic buffer 12, in some embodiments, a plurality of limit grooves 112 may be disposed on both sides of the bristle plate 11 along the width direction of the toothbrush head 10, and the limit grooves 112 may be disposed on each side. Here, the number and specific shape of the limit grooves 112 are not limited.
Since the side bristle bundles 21 need to be in contact with the gum flesh, in order to avoid damage to the gum flesh by the bristle bundles, in some embodiments, the side bristle bundles 21 have a hardness that is less than the hardness of the inner bristle bundles 3. In this way, mechanical friction irritation to the gums can be reduced, and the insertion of the outer bristle bundles 2 into the gum flesh can be effectively avoided.
Typically, there are a plurality of side bristle tufts 21 on the same side of the toothbrush head 10, and in order to effectively clean the gingival margin region with each side bristle tuft 21, the height of each side bristle tuft 21 is greater than the height of the inner bristle tuft 3 in this embodiment. In this way, the height of each of the side bristle bundles 21 located at both sides of the brush head 10 in the width direction is made larger than the height of the inner bristle bundle 3, so that each of the side bristle bundles 21 can clean the gingival margin area effectively.
In order to enhance the cleaning effect of the side bristle bundles 21 on the gingival margin region, it is necessary to appropriately modify the side bristle bundles 21, whereby the height difference between the side bristle bundles 21 and the inner bristle bundle 3 is between 1 mm and 3.5 mm in some embodiments. That is, the height of the bristle bundles for cleaning the gingival margin region is greater than the height of the bristle bundles for cleaning the tooth surface, and since the depth of the gingival margin region itself is greater than the depth of the tooth surface, the cleaning effect of the gingival margin region can be enhanced by restricting the height of the side bristle bundles 21; in addition, the limit of the numerical range of the height difference between the side bristle bundles 21 and the inner bristle bundle 3 enables the side bristle bundles 21 to enter the gingival sulcus for cleaning and can avoid the sharp brush filaments from stimulating gum flesh.
The difference in height between the side bristle bundles 21 and the inner bristle bundles 3 may be 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 2.5 mm, 3.0 mm, etc. In this embodiment, the difference in height between the side bristle bundles 21 and the inner bristle bundles 3 is 2 mm.
In this embodiment, since the height of the side bristle bundles 21 is large, if the number of side bristle bundles 21 is large, the overall rigidity of the bristle bundles contacting the gum flesh is increased, and thus, in order to avoid irritation of the gums by the bristle bundles, in some alternative embodiments, the side bristle bundles 21 include two single bristle bundles having different heights. Wherein the single tuft also comprises a plurality of brush filaments implanted within corresponding implanted pores 111. Therefore, the number of brush filaments of the bristle bundle with larger height can be reduced, the overall rigidity of the bristle bundle contacting with gum flesh is reduced, and the bristle bundle is easier to deform, so that the irritation of the bristle bundle to gum can be reduced.
While the outer portion of the side bristle bundle 21 is easily contacted to the gingival margin region and the inner portion is easily contacted to the facing region. Thus, the higher of the two single bristle bundles is located outside the side bristle bundle 21. In this way, the zone cleaning can be realized to improve the cleaning efficiency of the brush head 10 provided in the present embodiment.
Since the facing is not a plane, the facing is slightly protruded outwardly with respect to the slits between the teeth on both sides, in order to allow the plurality of inner bristle bundles 3 to be fitted to the shape of the facing, it is necessary to limit the shape of the cleaning surface formed on the side of the plurality of inner bristle bundles 3 away from the brush plate 1.
With continued reference to fig. 7, fig. 7 illustrates a process for forming filaments in a toothbrush head according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 7, in order to improve the implantation efficiency of the bristle tufts into the bristle plate 11, as an alternative embodiment, the bristle plate 1 has a plurality of bristle tufts with one-to-one correspondence between the bristle tufts and the bristle holes 111; each bristle bundle further comprises a copper sheet 42 which is distributed in the same implantation hole 111 with the plurality of sub-brush filaments 4, each sub-brush filament positioned in the same implantation hole 111 is divided into two brush filament sections 411 by the copper sheet 42, and the bristle bundles are inserted into the corresponding implantation holes 111 through the copper sheet 42. In this way, compared with the non-copper bristle implantation method, in the present embodiment, the sub-bristles 4 can be implanted into the corresponding implantation holes 111 through the copper sheet 42 without additional fasteners such as fixing rings, so that the implantation efficiency of the bristle bundles in the present embodiment can be improved, and the manufacturing efficiency of the toothbrush head 10 provided in the present embodiment can be further improved.
With continued reference to fig. 5 and 6, fig. 5 is a schematic view of a further perspective structure of a toothbrush head according to an embodiment of the disclosure, and fig. 6 is an enlarged schematic view of a partial structure at B in fig. 5. As shown in figures 5 and 6 of the drawings,
further, in order to make the height of the outer single tuft greater than the height of the inner single tuft in the side bristle tufts 21, the heights of the two filament sections 411 of each sub-filament 4 in the side bristle tufts 21 are different, and the higher filament section 411 is located outside the side bristle tufts 21.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, fig. 8 is a schematic structural view of a body of one sub-filament 4 in the toothbrush head according to the embodiment of the present application, and fig. 9 is a schematic structural view of a body of another sub-filament 4 in the toothbrush head according to the embodiment of the present application. In general, the two ends of the sub-brush filaments 4 may be formed with pointed filaments or round filaments, the pointed filaments may make the bristle bundles contact with the region with a larger depth, and the cleaning force of the round filaments is stronger.
Since the sub-filaments 4 with larger heights in the side bristle bundles 21 need to contact the gum flesh, and the sub-filaments 4 with smaller heights may contact the tooth surface, in this embodiment, the higher one of the two filament sections 411 is a tip filament, and the other is a round filament. Thus, even if the user subconsciously reduces the force applied to the toothbrush during use of the toothbrush, the side bristle bundles 21 can effectively clean the gingival margin region having a large depth, and the portion of the side bristle bundles 21 in contact with the tooth surface can effectively clean the tooth surface. Wherein the brush filaments 4 may be referred to the brush filaments 4 shown in fig. 8.
In one embodiment, the side bristle bundles 21 include a plurality of sub-brush filaments 4, and the plurality of sub-brush filaments 4 includes two brush filament segments 411, wherein one brush filament segment 411 is a pointed filament and the other brush filament segment 411 is a rounded filament. The pointed wire can effectively clean gingival sulcus and gingival margin, the round wire can effectively clean tooth surface of teeth, and through using pointed wire and round wire to mix the collocation, can realize the pertinence and brush teeth, improve clean effect.
In the side bristle bundles 21, one main brush wire is bent to form two sections of sub brush wires, and both ends of the main brush wire are formed into round wires and pointed wires, respectively. The two sections of sub-brush wires are formed by bending one main brush wire, materials can be reduced, the lengths of the plurality of main brush wires are consistent, the end parts are aligned simply, round wires and sharp wires are formed at the two ends of the same brush wire, the proportion of the round wires and the sharp wires is easy to control, the proportion of the round wires and the sharp wires is easy to obtain, the tooth brushing efficiency and the comfort are improved, and the production process is simpler.
In this embodiment, the two filament segments 411 in each filament of the inner bristle bundle 3 are round filaments, since the inner bristle bundle 3 only needs to contact the tooth surface. In this way, the inner bristle bundle 3 can be ensured to clean the tooth surface effectively. The brush filaments 4 can be referred to as brush filaments 4 shown in fig. 9.
Since the outer bristle bundle 2 will be in contact with the gum flesh, it is desirable to make the bristles in the outer bristle bundle 2 softer, whereby, in some alternative embodiments, the diameter of each bristle in the inner bristle bundle 3 is greater than the diameter of each bristle in the side bristle bundles 21. In this way, the flexibility of the sub-filaments 4 in the side bristle bundles 21 can be ensured to reduce the rigidity of the sub-filaments 4 in the side bristle bundles 21, and further reduce the rigidity of the filaments in the outer bristle bundles 2, so as to improve the usability of the toothbrush head 10 provided in this embodiment.
In some alternative embodiments, the diameter of each sub-filament 4 in the side bristle bundle 21 is less than or equal to 0.3 millimeters, i.e., the diameter of each sub-filament 4 in the side bristle bundle 21 is less than or equal to 0.3 millimeters. For example, the diameter of each sub-filament 4 in the side bristle bundle 21 may be 0.3 mm, 0.25 mm, 0.2 mm, or the like.
In normal use, after a certain period of time of use of the toothbrush head 10, the toothbrush head 10 needs to be replaced, in order to remind the user to replace the toothbrush head 10 on time, in this embodiment, the bristle bundles have free ends far away from the brush plate 1; the bristle bundles are formed with discolored parts extending from the free ends toward the brush plate 1. That is, the end portions of the brush filaments may be dyed, for example, orange, blue, etc., and the specific color of the discolored part is not limited.
In this embodiment, since the height of the side bristle bundle 21 is large, dyeing is only required at the free ends of the side bristle bundle 21.
The toothbrush head provided by the embodiment comprises a brush plate and a plurality of bristle bundles which are arranged on the brush plate and are distributed at intervals; the bristle bundles comprise a plurality of outer bristle bundles arranged on the outer edge of the brush plate and a plurality of inner bristle bundles arranged on the inner side of the brush plate, and the outer bristle bundles encircle the inner bristle bundles; the outer bristle bundles comprise side bristle bundles distributed on two sides of the toothbrush head along the width direction of the toothbrush head, and at least part of the side bristle bundles located on at least one side of the toothbrush head are higher than the inner bristle bundles. In the toothbrush head provided by the embodiment, the height of the side bristle bundles is larger than that of the inner bristle bundles, compared with the height of the side bristle bundles which is smaller than or equal to that of the inner bristle bundles, the side bristle bundles can effectively contact the gingival margin region to effectively clean the gingival margin region, so that partition cleaning in an oral cavity can be realized, and the toothbrush head provided by the embodiment is good in cleaning effect.
In another aspect, the present application provides a toothbrush comprising a handle and a toothbrush head 10 as described above; the toothbrush head 10 is connected to the handle. The structure of the toothbrush head 10 has been described in the above embodiments, and will not be described here.
