Double-end-face machinery and atmosphere-side integrated shaft sealing structure, which comprises a sealing box and a shaft seal and is characterized in that: an integrated shaft sleeve is sleeved on the pump main shaft, and the shaft is hermetically arranged on the integrated shaft sleeve; the integrated shaft sleeve comprises a shaft sleeve part and a movable ring mounting part, wherein the shaft sleeve part is made of metal, and the movable ring mounting part is made of nonmetal; the integrated shaft sleeve is an embedded integrated shaft sleeve or an outsourced integrated shaft sleeve;
the embedded integrated shaft sleeve is formed by hot melt die casting and/or injection molding of the shaft sleeve part and the movable ring mounting part, and the movable ring of the mechanical seal is embedded in the movable ring mounting part; the outer-wrapping type integrated shaft sleeve is formed by hot-melting, die-casting and/or injection molding of the shaft sleeve part and the movable ring mounting part, the movable ring of the mechanical seal is sleeve-shaped, and the movable ring is sheathed on the periphery of the movable ring mounting part;
the shaft seal is a mechanical seal and an atmosphere side seal; the rear channel of the integrated shaft sleeve is provided with an atmosphere side seal, and the front channel of the integrated shaft sleeve is provided with a mechanical seal; the mechanical seal comprises a moving ring and a static ring, and the moving ring is arranged on the moving ring installation part;
a cooling water inlet and a cooling water outlet are formed; the cooling water inlet and the cooling water outlet form a sealing cavity with a sealing box, an integrated shaft sleeve and a shaft seal, so that a cooling water flow channel is formed.

The double-ended machine and atmospheric integrated shaft seal structure of claim 1, wherein: the atmosphere side seal adopts a K-shaped rubber ring and a ceramic sleeve; the K-shaped rubber ring is sleeved with an integrated shaft sleeve; the ceramic sleeve is arranged on the periphery of the integrated shaft sleeve and is tightly sealed with the lip of the K-shaped rubber ring.
3. The double-ended machine and atmospheric integrated shaft seal structure of claim 1, wherein: the atmosphere side seal adopts a horn-shaped flexible sealing ring and a plane sealing ring; the horn-shaped flexible sealing ring is made of flexible materials.

The double-ended machine and atmospheric integrated shaft seal structure of claim 1, wherein: the embedded integrated shaft sleeve is characterized in that the movable ring mounting part is provided with a turned-over edge which turns outwards, a concave part for accommodating the movable ring is formed between the turned-over edge and the movable ring mounting part body, the periphery of the movable ring is smaller than that of the movable ring mounting part, and the end part of the movable ring is embedded in the concave part.
5. The double-ended machine and atmospheric integrated shaft seal structure of claim 4 wherein: the outside of the movable ring installation part is also wrapped with a layer of wear-proof sleeve which is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene.

The double-ended machine and atmospheric integrated shaft seal structure of claim 4 wherein: the scarf joint type integrated shaft sleeve, when the shaft sleeve part and the movable ring installation part are formed integrally through hot melting and die casting: the shaft sleeve part is fixedly connected with the movable ring mounting part through a solid.
7. The double-ended machine and atmospheric integrated shaft seal structure of claim 6 wherein: the solid is a casting material; the casting type material includes a mixture of resin and mineral, liquid rubber, cast nylon and resin.

The double-ended machine and atmospheric integrated shaft seal structure of claim 6 wherein: one end part of the shaft sleeve part is in missing part, the movable ring mounting part is arranged outside the end part with the missing part on the shaft sleeve part, and an inner bushing made of ceramic is arranged between the end part with the missing part on the shaft sleeve part and the movable ring mounting part; the ceramic inner bushing, the missing end part of the shaft sleeve part and the movable ring mounting part form a closed cavity, and a solid body is arranged in the closed cavity.

The double-ended machine and air-side integrated shaft seal structure according to claim 4, wherein when the scarf joint type integrated shaft sleeve, the shaft sleeve part and the movable ring mounting part are integrally formed by hot melt die casting or injection molding: one end of the scarf joint type integrated shaft sleeve is a shaft sleeve part made of metal, the other end of the scarf joint type integrated shaft sleeve is connected with a movable ring installation part made of nonmetal, and the contact parts of the shaft sleeve part and the movable ring installation part are fixedly connected with each other.
10. The double-ended machine and atmospheric integrated shaft seal structure of claim 4 wherein: the embedded integrated shaft sleeve, the movable ring installation part is fixedly connected with the movable ring in a coupling way.
11. The dual-end-face mechanical and atmospheric integrated shaft seal structure of claim 10, wherein: the movable ring installation part is fixedly connected with the movable ring through anti-rotation concave-convex coupling.
12. The dual-end-face mechanical and atmospheric integrated shaft seal structure of claim 11, wherein: the anti-rotation concave-convex is arranged on the joint surface of the movable ring end part and the movable ring installation part.
13. The double-end-face machine and air-side integrated shaft sealing structure according to claim 1, wherein the outer-cover type integrated shaft sleeve and the sleeve-shaped movable ring are internally provided with a cavity, and the movable ring mounting part is positioned in the cavity.
