Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of optical cement, in particular to OCA optical cement.
Background
OCA (Optically Clear Adhesive) the special adhesive for cementing transparent optical elements (such as lenses/liquid crystal display screens, etc.) is required to be colorless and transparent, has light transmittance of more than 90%, good cementing strength, can be cured under UV light, and has the characteristics of small curing shrinkage, etc. OCA optical adhesive is one of the important touch screen raw materials, and is a double-sided adhesive tape without a matrix material, wherein optical acrylic adhesive is made into a base material-free material, and then a release film is respectively attached to the upper and lower bottom layers.
However, when the OCA optical adhesive is overflowed from the roll, the OCA optical adhesive is extruded to cause that the edge of the OCA optical adhesive is easy to overflow the adhesive, namely, the adhesive overflows, and the appearance defect of the OCA optical adhesive can be caused by the adhesive overflow.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to reduce the glue overflow condition of the OCA optical adhesive coiled material, the application provides OCA optical adhesive.
The technical aim of the application is achieved through the following technical scheme:
the OCA optical adhesive comprises a light release film, an optical adhesive film and a heavy release film which are sequentially bonded and connected and are arranged from top to bottom, wherein a protective film which can be torn off is bonded on the upper surface of the light release film, and sealing layers are arranged on two sides of the light release film, the optical adhesive film and the heavy release film; the upper surface of the sealing layer is opposite to the upper surface of the protective film, and the bottom surface of the sealing layer is aligned with the bottom surface of the heavy release film.
Through adopting above-mentioned scheme, paste the protection film at the back of light from the type membrane, light from the type membrane face that deviates from the protection film paste the optics glued membrane, the optics glued membrane is heavy from the type membrane on the face that deviates from light from the type membrane, and the closing layer bonds in protection film, light from type membrane, optics glued membrane and heavy both sides from the type membrane. When the OCA optical adhesive coiled material is extruded, part of the adhesive is extruded to the edge of the OCA optical adhesive, the adhesive overflowed between the protective film and the light release film is blocked by the sealing layer so as to avoid the overflow of the adhesive, the adhesive overflowed between the light release film and the optical adhesive film is blocked by the sealing layer so as to avoid the overflow of the adhesive, and the adhesive overflowed between the optical adhesive film and the heavy release film is blocked by the sealing layer so as to avoid the overflow of the adhesive.
Preferably, the sealing layer is mutually attached to and adhered to the protective film, the light release film, the optical adhesive film and the heavy release film.
By adopting the scheme, after the sealing layer protection film, the light release film, the optical adhesive film and the heavy release film are attached, a tighter sealing is formed, and the sealing effect of the sealing layer on the adhesive is improved.
Preferably, the thickness of the blocking layer is 55 μm to 75 μm.
Preferably, the sealing layer is made of PET material.
Preferably, the antistatic agent is sprayed on the sealing layer.
By adopting the scheme, the classical resistance of the OCA optical adhesive is improved, and the condition that the OCA optical adhesive influences the adhesion performance because of electrostatic attraction of fine dust is reduced.
Preferably, the antistatic agent is sprayed on the end surface of the sealing layer, which is far away from the optical adhesive film and is parallel to the optical adhesive film.
By adopting the scheme, the influence of the antistatic agent on the adhesiveness of the optical adhesive film is reduced.
Preferably, the antistatic agent is an antistatic agent composed of 12% of purified water, 2% -6% of polyoxyethylene ether and 86% -90% of fatty alcohol ester component.
In summary, the present application has the following technical effects:
1. by the arrangement of the sealing layer, the overflowing adhesive between the protective film and the light release film is sealed by the sealing layer to avoid overflowing of the adhesive, the overflowing adhesive between the light release film and the optical adhesive film is sealed by the sealing layer to avoid overflowing of the adhesive, and the overflowing adhesive between the optical adhesive film and the heavy release film is sealed by the sealing layer to avoid overflowing of the adhesive; the glue overflow condition of the OCA optical glue coiled material is reduced;
2. the antistatic agent is sprayed, so that the antistatic capability of the OCA optical adhesive is improved, and the condition that the OCA optical adhesive influences the adhesion performance because of the attraction of fine dust by static electricity is reduced.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of an OCA optical adhesive in this embodiment.
In the figure, 1, a protective film; 2. a light release film; 3. an optical adhesive film; 4. heavy release film; 5. a sealing layer; 6. antistatic agents.
Detailed Description
The present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, the OCA optical adhesive provided by the application comprises a protective film 1, a light release film 2, an optical adhesive film 3 and a heavy release film 4 which are sequentially bonded from top to bottom. When OCA optical adhesive coiled materials are used, the protective film 1 isolates the light release film 2 from the heavy release film 4 so as to avoid the light release film 2 from being adhered to the heavy release film 4, and when OCA optical adhesive is required to be adhered, the heavy release film 4 is adhered to an adhered object, and then the protective film 1 is torn off from the light release film 2; the light release film is used for adhering the adhered object to be adhered on the OCA optical adhesive.
The sealing layer 5 is arranged on two sides of the protective film 1, the light release film 2, the optical adhesive film 3 and the heavy release film 4, the upper surface of the sealing layer 5 is aligned with the upper surface of the protective film 1, and the bottom surface of the sealing layer 5 is aligned with the bottom surface of the heavy release film 4; the material of the sealing layer 5 may be one of PET, PVC, PC, PE, PP, and in this embodiment, PET is preferably used as the material of the sealing layer 5.
Further, the thickness of the protective film 1 is 3 to 5 μm. The thickness of the light release film 2 is 30-70 mu m, the thickness of the optical adhesive film 3 is 30-70 mu m, and the thickness of the heavy release film 43 is 30-120 mu m; the thickness of the blocking layer 5 is 10 μm to 20 μm.
Furthermore, a layer of antistatic agent 6 is sprayed on the end surface of the sealing layer 5, which is far away from the optical adhesive film 3 and is parallel to the optical adhesive film 3, so that the antistatic capability of the OCA optical adhesive is improved, and the condition that the sticking performance of the OCA optical adhesive is affected due to the fact that fine dust is attracted by static electricity is reduced. And the antistatic agent 6 is composed of 4-12% of purified water, 2-6% of polyoxyethylene ether and 86-90% of fatty alcohol ester.
To sum up, in the embodiment of the application, when the OCA optical adhesive is extruded to the OCA optical adhesive roll, part of the adhesive is extruded to the edge of the OCA optical adhesive, the adhesive overflowing between the protective film 1 and the light release film 2 is blocked by the blocking layer 5 to avoid the overflow of the adhesive, the adhesive overflowing between the light release film 2 and the optical adhesive film 3 is blocked by the blocking layer 5 to avoid the overflow of the adhesive, and the adhesive overflowing between the optical adhesive film 3 and the heavy release film 4 is blocked by the blocking layer 5 to avoid the overflow of the adhesive.
The present embodiment is merely illustrative of the present application and is not intended to be limiting, and those skilled in the art, after having read the present specification, may make modifications to the present embodiment without creative contribution as required, but is protected by patent laws within the scope of the claims of the present application.
