Abstract

In a first aspect, embodiments of the present application provide a deburring apparatus comprising a frame, a carrier, a clamp, and a sparging member. Examples
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a deburring apparatus 2, which includes a deburring device 1 and a control module 21, wherein the control module 21 is used for controlling the deburring device 1 to start and stop deburring operation.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the present embodiment further provides a deburring device 1, which includes a frame 11, a carrying member 12, a clamping member 13 and a spraying member 14. The carrier 12 is rotatably connected to the frame 11, the carrier 12 being adapted to receive a product 17. The clamping member 13 is movably provided to the frame 11 and is movable to a position opposite the carrier member 12 along the first direction 16 for clamping the product 17. The ejection member 14 is arranged towards the carrier member 12 for deburring the product 17.
According to the deburring device 1 provided by the embodiment, the spraying piece 14 is used for spraying dry ice or spraying sand on the surface of the product 17 to perform deburring operation, the carrier 12 drives the product 17 to rotate, so that the spraying piece 14 can perform deburring operation on the peripheral surface of the product 17, the clamping piece 13 moves towards the carrier 12 to clamp the product 17 along the first direction 16, two sides of the product 17 are fixed to limit the product 17, and therefore, when the product 17 is impacted by the spraying piece 14 and the torque force of the rotation of the carrier 12, the shape and the position of the product 17 are kept between the clamping piece 13 and the carrier 12, relative displacement between the stress of the product 17 and the spraying piece 14 in the operation process is avoided, and therefore, the position accuracy between the product 17 and the spraying piece 14 is improved, so that burrs on the surface of the product 17 are uniformly removed.

In one possible embodiment, the clamping member 13 includes a telescopic cylinder 134, a telescopic rod 131, a screw 135, a swing link 132, and a clamping block 133.
The telescopic rod 131 is vertically arranged on the frame 11, the telescopic rod 131 is arranged on one side of the bearing piece 12, one end of the swing rod 132 is rotatably connected with the telescopic rod 131, and the other end extends towards the bearing piece 12.
One end of the telescopic rod 131, which is close to the swing rod 132, is connected with a screw rod 135, the screw rod 135 is rotatably connected with the swing rod 132, and the screw rod 135 is connected with the swing rod 132 and is used for driving the swing rod 132 to rotate relative to the telescopic rod 131.
The telescopic rod 131 extends along the first direction 16 and is movably provided to the frame 11 along the first direction 16. The telescopic rod 131 is telescopically coupled to a telescopic cylinder 134 along the first direction 16, the telescopic cylinder 134 being fixed to the frame 11.

The telescopic rod 131 is moved away from the carrier 12 in the first direction 16 to release the product 17 and the swing lever 132 is rotated away from the carrier 12 to facilitate removal of the product 17 from the carrier 12.
Optionally, a bump 136 is disposed below the telescopic cylinder 134, the bump 136 is connected to the frame 11 and protrudes from the frame 11 by a height, the telescopic cylinder 134 is disposed on the bump 136, and the bump 136 is used for raising the height of the telescopic cylinder 134 relative to the frame 11, so that the telescopic cylinder 134 is beneficial to raising the swing rod 132 to clamp the product 17.
In one possible embodiment, a clamping block 133 is rotatably connected to an end of the swing link 132 near the carrier 12, the clamping block 133 being adapted to clamp the product 17 in the first direction 16.
In this embodiment, the clamping block 133 may use a bearing, an outer circumferential surface of which is fitted to the product 17 and rotates together with the product 17, an inner circumferential surface of which is connected to the swing link 132, and the swing link 132 is used to rotate the clamping block 133 close to the carrier 12 to clamp the product 17 or away from the carrier 12 to release the product 17. The clamping block 133 can rotate relative to the swing rod 132 when the swing rod 132 presses the product 17, so that the clamping block 133 can clamp the product 17 and rotate along with the product 17, and the clamping piece 13 is beneficial to stabilizing the product 17 in a low clamping mode, so that burrs on the surface of the product 17 are removed uniformly.
In other embodiments, the clamping block 133 may use balls, which are rollably disposed on the swing rod 132, and the balls are in point contact with the product 17, so as to facilitate the product 17 to rotate stably. The present embodiment is not limited thereto.
In one possible embodiment, the deburring device 1 further comprises a driving member 15, the driving member 15 being connected to the ejection member 14 for moving the ejection member 14.
In the present embodiment, the driving member 15 drives the ejection member 14 to move up and down along the first direction 16, so that the ejection member 14 uniformly deburrs the surface of the product 17 from top to bottom or from bottom to top.
In one possible embodiment, the driving member 15 includes a supporting block 154, a lifting cylinder 151, a lifting rod 152 and a connection block 153, one end of the lifting rod 152 is movably connected to the lifting cylinder 151 along the first direction 16, the other end is connected to the connection block 153, and the connection block 153 is fixedly connected to the ejection member 14.
In the present embodiment, the supporting block 154 extends along the first direction 16, the supporting block 154 is connected to the lifting cylinder 151 for supporting the lifting cylinder 151 to a proper height, and the supporting block 154 is fixed to the frame 11.
In one possible embodiment, the carrier 12 includes a fixing plate 121 and a rotating motor 122, the rotating motor 122 is disposed on the fixing plate 121, the fixing plate 121 is connected to the frame 11, and the rotating motor 122 is used to drive the product 17 to rotate. The rotary motor 122 may employ a servo motor.
In one possible embodiment, the control module 21 is electrically connected to the carrier 12, the clamping element 13 and the ejection element 14, respectively, for controlling the operation of the deburring device 1.
In the present embodiment, the control module 21 includes a control box 211, a start button 212, an emergency stop button 213, and a touch screen 214. In use, the spray member 14 motion pattern is provided on the touch screen 214, the spray member 14 motion pattern including top-down movement and bottom-up movement. The product 17 to be deburred is placed on the carrier 12, the peripheral surface of the product 17 is aligned with the ejection member 14, and the lifting cylinder 151 is adjusted so that the ejection member 14 is in place. When the start button 212 is pressed, the control box 211 controls the swing rod 132 to rotate above the product 17 and the telescopic rod 131 presses down the product 17, and then the rotating motor 122 drives the product 17 to rotate at a low speed according to a set program, and the spraying piece 14 performs deburring operation on the product 17. After the operation procedure is completed, the product 17 is taken out and the next cycle is performed. When the job needs to be interrupted in the program running, the scram button 213 is pressed to stop the job.
In summary, the deburring device 1 and the deburring apparatus 2 provided in this embodiment control the driving member 15 to move the spraying member 14 up and down through the control box 211, so that the spraying member 14 moves at a constant speed to uniformly perform deburring operation on the product 17, the control box 211 controls the rotating motor 122 to drive the product 17 to rotate, so that the spraying member 14 can perform deburring operation on the peripheral surface of the product 17, the control box 211 controls the swinging rod 132 to rotate and the telescopic rod 131 to move towards the carrier 12 to clamp the product 17 along the first direction 16, so that both sides of the product 17 are fixed to limit the product 17, and therefore, when the product 17 is subjected to the impact force of the spraying member 14 and the torsion force of the rotation of the carrier 12, the shape and the position of the product 17 are kept between the clamping member 13 and the carrier 12, so that the relative displacement between the stress of the product 17 and the spraying member 14 in the operation process is avoided, and the position accuracy between the product 17 and the spraying member 14 is improved, and burrs on the surface of the product 17 are uniformly removed.
