Thus, the wiring operation of the user can be facilitated. With such arrangement, the structure of the junction box 10 is simplified, and the use by a user is further facilitated.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, which includes the junction box 10 described above.
By using the air conditioner outdoor unit provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the junction box 10 adopts the form that the sealing ribs 220 are matched with the sealing grooves 102, so that the waterproof sealing effect of the junction box 10 can be improved; the sealing rib 220 and the box cover 200 are made of the same material, so that the sealing rib is not easy to fail due to aging; in addition, the matching of the sealing rib 220 and the sealing groove 102 is also beneficial to the installation and positioning of the box cover 200.
Optionally, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner includes a box body, the box body is provided with a wiring window 101, the box body 100 of the junction box 10 includes an inner box body, the inner box body defines a containing space and is configured with a mounting window communicating with the containing space, and the mounting window of the inner box body corresponds to the wiring window 101 of the box body.
A part of the casing of the outdoor unit serves as an outer casing of the casing 100. In this case, the connection window 101 is opened in the outer case or the box. The inner case constructs a space accommodating the connection terminal 300, and the inner case is constructed with a mounting window corresponding to the connection window 101, the mounting window of the inner case corresponding to the connection window 101. That is, the inner box body is buckled with the wiring window 101, and the mounting window corresponds to the wiring window 101. With such arrangement, the junction box 10 and the outdoor unit have a more neat appearance and have higher structural strength.

Claims (10)

1. A junction box for an air conditioner outdoor unit, comprising:
the box body is provided with a wiring window, and a sealing groove is formed in the box body along the circumferential direction of the wiring window;
the box cover is arranged on the wiring window in an openable and closable manner, the box cover is provided with sealing ribs, and the sealing ribs of the box cover are inserted into the sealing grooves of the box body.
2. The junction box according to claim 1, characterized in that,
the height of the sealing ribs extending from the box cover is larger than the depth of the sealing groove, and the tail ends of the sealing ribs are abutted to the bottom of the sealing groove; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the sealing ribs are in interference fit with the sealing grooves.
3. The junction box according to claim 1, characterized in that,
the box cover is provided with shielding edges along the circumferential extension of the wiring window, and the shielding edges are attached to the box body.
4. A junction box according to claim 3, characterized in that,
the box body is inwards sunken to form a sink, the wiring window is arranged in the sink, the sealing groove is formed in the sink, and the shielding edge of the box cover is attached to the bottom of the sink.
5. The junction box according to claim 4, wherein,
a hanging hole is formed in the bottom of the sinking groove;
the box cover is provided with hanging lugs which are matched with the hanging holes so as to fix the box cover on the box body.
6. The junction box according to claim 5, characterized in that,
the shielding edge is provided with a first bolt hole, and the bottom of the sinking groove is provided with a second bolt hole corresponding to the first bolt hole.
7. The junction box according to claim 6, characterized in that,
the hangers set up in lid one end, first bolt hole is seted up in the other end of lid.
8. The junction box according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that,
one side of the box cover is provided with a corrugated skirt edge to form a plurality of wire passing holes.
9. The junction box according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that said box body comprises:
the outer box body is provided with the wiring window;
the inner box body is provided with a containing space and an installation window communicated with the containing space, the inner box body is fixed on the outer box body, and the installation window corresponds to the wiring window.
10. An air conditioner outdoor unit is characterized in that,
comprising a junction box according to any of claims 1 to 9.
