In some alternative embodiments, the plurality of fastening members are disposed on the first wall 11 of the base 10, and when the pressing cover 20 is covered on the base 10, the first wall 11 is a wall facing away from the pressing cover 20. The base surface to be installed of the wire pressing clamp is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves matched with the clamping pieces. The number of the clamping grooves is the same as that of the clamping pieces, and when the clamping pieces are clamped in the clamping grooves, the base 10 is positioned and fixed on a base surface to be installed of the wire pressing clamp.
As shown in fig. 3, the plurality of fastening members are disposed on the first wall 11 of the base 10, that is, the plurality of fastening members are disposed on the wall of the base 10 contacting the base surface to be mounted of the wire clip, that is, when the wire pressing cover 20 is covered on the base 10, the first wall 11 is a wall facing away from the wire pressing cover 20. The base surface to be installed of the wire clamp is provided with the clamping grooves matched with the clamping pieces, the number of the clamping grooves is the same as that of the clamping pieces, and when the clamping pieces correspond to the clamping grooves respectively, the base 10 is fixed on the base surface to be installed of the wire clamp. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the second wall 12 of the base 10 is provided with a plugging slot 121, and the plugging slot 121 is located at the second end of the base 10. The second wall 12 of the base 10 is the opposite wall of the first wall 11 of the base 10 that contacts the mounting base surface of the wire clip, i.e. the second wall 12 is the wall facing the wire cover 20 when the wire cover 20 is covered on the base 10. Further, when the wire pressing cover 20 is covered on the base 10, the cable passes through the wire pressing space 40 between the wire pressing groove 21 of the wire pressing cover 20 and the base 10, and the second end of the wire pressing cover 20 is inserted into the inserting groove 121, so that the wire pressing cover 20 can be fixed, the wire pressing cover 20 cannot be easily separated from the base 10, and the wire pressing clamp has a good fixing effect on the cable passing through the wire pressing space 40.
In some alternative embodiments, the crimp cap 20 is provided with a first securing hole 22, the first securing hole 22 being located proximate to the first end of the crimp cap 20. The base 10 is provided with a second fixing hole 13, and the second fixing hole 13 is located near the first end of the base 10. When the pressing cover 20 covers the base 10, the first fixing hole 22 corresponds to the second fixing hole 13.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the wire pressing cover 20 and the base 10 are respectively provided with a first fixing hole 22 and a second fixing hole 13, and when the wire pressing cover 20 is covered on the base 10, the first fixing hole 22 corresponds to the second fixing hole 13. Thus, when the wire pressing cover 20 is covered on the base 10, the cable passes through the wire pressing space 40 between the wire pressing groove 21 of the wire pressing cover 20 and the base 10, and after the second end of the wire pressing cover 20 is inserted and fixed in the inserting groove 121, the cable pressing cover 20 and the base 10 are further fixed on the base surface to be installed of the wire pressing clamp by sequentially passing through the first fixing hole 22 and the second fixing hole 13 through the fixing piece and fixing with the preset fixing hole of the base surface to be installed of the wire pressing clamp, so that the wire pressing clamp has better fixing effect on the cable passing through the wire pressing space 40. Alternatively, the fixing member may be a screw. Further, the wire pressing clamp can be stably fixed on the base surface to be installed of the wire pressing clamp only by using one screw to be matched with the clamping piece of the base 10, so that the assembly is simple and high in reliability, and the fixing effect and the assembly efficiency of the cable are improved.
In some alternative embodiments, a plurality of snap-in members are located between the second fixing hole 13 and the insertion groove 121.
The clamping pieces are arranged between the second fixing holes 13 and the inserting grooves 121, so that the clamping pieces and the second fixing holes 13 form a plurality of scattered connection fixing points with the base surface to be installed of the wire clamp, and the fixing effect of the wire clamp and the base surface to be installed is better. As shown in fig. 4, two clamping members, namely, a first clamping member 111 and a second clamping member 112, are provided on the second wall 12 of the base 10. The first clamping piece 111 and the second clamping piece 112 are respectively close to the inserting groove 121 and the second fixing hole 13, so that a plurality of scattered connection fixing points are formed between the first clamping piece 111, the second clamping piece 112 and the second fixing hole 13 and the base surface to be installed of the wire clamp, and the fixing effect of the wire clamp and the base surface to be installed is better.
Here, the shapes of the first engaging member 111 and the second engaging member 112 may be the same or different.
In some alternative embodiments, the crimp clip further includes a connector 30. The first end of the connecting piece 30 is connected to the first end of the base 10, the second end is connected to the first end of the wire pressing cover 20, the wire pressing cover 20 can be covered on the base 10 through the connecting piece 30, and when the wire pressing cover 20 is covered on the base 10 through the connecting piece 30, the first fixing hole 22 corresponds to the second fixing hole 13.
So configured, the crimp clip also includes a connector 30. The first end of the connecting member 30 is connected to the first end of the base 10, and the second end is connected to the first end of the crimp cover 20, so that the crimp cover 20 can be covered on the base 10 through the connecting member 30. And when the wire pressing cover 20 is covered on the base 10 through the connecting piece 30, the first fixing hole 22 corresponds to the second fixing hole 13, so that the fixing piece can sequentially and smoothly pass through the first fixing hole 22 and the second fixing hole 13 to be fixed with a preset fixing hole of a base surface to be installed of the wire pressing clamp, and the wire pressing cover 20 and the base 10 are stably fixed on the base surface to be installed of the wire pressing clamp.
Optionally, the connector 30 comprises a hinge shaft. One end of the hinge shaft is connected to the first end of the base 10, and the other end is connected to the first end of the wire pressing cover 20. The wire pressing cover 20 can be covered on the base 10 by rotating the hinge shaft, so that a wire pressing space 40 is formed between the wire pressing groove 21 of the wire pressing cover 20 and the base 10. Thus, the wire pressing cover 20 and the base 10 of the wire pressing clamp can be two parts and then are movably connected through the hinge shaft.
Optionally, the connecting piece 30 includes a bendable structure, one end of the bendable structure is connected to the first end of the base 10, and the other end is connected to the first end of the wire pressing cover 20. The wire pressing cover 20 can be covered on the base 10 through a bending structure, so that a wire pressing space 40 is formed between the wire pressing groove 21 of the wire pressing cover 20 and the base 10. Thus, the wire pressing cover 20 and the base 10 of the wire pressing clamp can be two parts, and then the wire pressing cover 20, the bendable structure and the base 10 of the wire pressing clamp can be movably connected through the bendable structure, so that the wire pressing clamp can be integrally formed.
In some alternative embodiments, the inner wall of the wire groove 21 is provided with reinforcing ribs 211 along the length direction of the wire pressing cover 20.
The reinforcing ribs 211 are arranged on the inner wall of the wire pressing groove 21 along the length direction of the wire pressing cover 20, so that the strength of the wire pressing cover 20 can be enhanced, and the service life of the wire pressing clamp can be prolonged. This arrangement also increases the contact area of the wire chase 21 with the wire passing through the wire chase space 40, thereby providing a better securing effect for the wire passing through the wire chase space 40.
In some alternative embodiments, the second wall 12 of the base 10 is provided with a wire pressing rib 122 along the length direction of the base 10, and the wire pressing rib 122 is disposed opposite to the wire pressing groove 21.
The second wall 12 surface of the base 10 is provided with the wire pressing rib 122 along the length direction of the base 10, and the wire pressing rib 122 is arranged opposite to the wire pressing groove 21, so that the strength of the base 10 can be enhanced by the wire pressing rib 122, and the service life of the wire pressing clamp can be prolonged. This arrangement also increases the contact area of the base 10 with the cable passing through the crimping space 40, thereby forming a better fixing effect for the cable passing through the crimping space 40.
In some alternative embodiments, the base 10 and the wire pressing cover 20 are integrally formed.
The base 10 and the wire pressing cover 20 are arranged to be of an integrated structure, so that the overall strength of the wire pressing clamp is higher, and the service life of the wire pressing clamp is prolonged. Further, the base 10 and the wire pressing cover 20 are arranged to be of an integrated structure, so that the wire pressing clamp can be installed more conveniently, and more installation time is saved.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides an air conditioner. The air conditioner comprises the wire pressing clamp.

Claims (10)

1. A crimping clip, comprising:
the base is used for being fixed on a base surface to be installed of the wire pressing clamp;
the first end of the wire pressing cover is movably connected with the base, the wire pressing cover is provided with a wire pressing groove, and when the wire pressing cover is covered on the base, a wire pressing space is formed between the wire pressing groove and the base,
the base is provided with a plurality of clamping pieces, and the base is fixed on a base surface to be installed of the wire pressing clamp by the plurality of clamping pieces.
2. The wire clamp of claim 1, wherein the wire clamp comprises a wire clamp,
the plurality of clamping pieces are arranged along the length direction of the base, and the distance between the two clamping pieces which are farthest apart along the length direction of the base is more than or equal to one third of the length of the base; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the plurality of clamping pieces are arranged along the width direction of the base, and the distance between the two clamping pieces which are farthest along the width direction of the base is greater than or equal to one third of the width of the base.
3. The wire clamp of claim 1, wherein the wire clamp comprises a wire clamp,
the clamping pieces are arranged on the first wall surface of the base, and when the wire pressing cover is covered on the base, the first wall surface is a wall surface back to the wire pressing cover;
the base surface to be installed of the wire pressing clamp is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves matched with a plurality of clamping pieces,
the number of the clamping grooves is the same as that of the clamping pieces, and when the clamping pieces are clamped in the clamping grooves, the base is positioned and fixed on a base surface to be installed of the wire pressing clamp.
4. The wire clamp of claim 3, wherein the wire clamp comprises a wire clamp,
the second wall of base is provided with the jack-in groove, and the jack-in groove is located the second end of base, and when the line ball lid was covered in the base, the second wall was towards the wall of line ball lid, and the second end grafting of line ball lid was fixed in the jack-in groove.
5. The wire clamp of claim 4, wherein the wire clamp comprises a wire clamp,
the wire pressing cover is provided with a first fixing hole, and the first fixing hole is positioned close to the first end of the wire pressing cover;
the base is provided with a second fixing hole which is positioned near the first end of the base,
when the wire pressing cover is covered on the base, the first fixing hole corresponds to the second fixing hole.
6. The wire clamp of claim 5, wherein the wire clamp comprises a wire clamp,
the clamping pieces are positioned between the second fixing holes and the inserting grooves.
7. The wire clamp of claim 5, further comprising:
the first end of the connecting piece is connected to the first end of the base, the second end of the connecting piece is connected to the first end of the line pressing cover, the line pressing cover can be covered on the base through the connecting piece, and when the line pressing cover is covered on the base through the connecting piece, the first fixing hole corresponds to the second fixing hole.
8. The wire clamp according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that,
the inner wall of the wire pressing groove is provided with reinforcing ribs along the length direction of the wire pressing cover; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the second wall surface of base is provided with the line ball rib along the length direction of base, and the line ball rib sets up with the line ball groove relatively.
9. The wire clamp according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that,
the base and the line pressing cover are of an integrated structure.
10. An air conditioner comprising the wire clip of any one of claims 1 to 9.
