The online cleaning system of an air preheater according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning mechanism comprises a cleaning base block (2), a cleaning nozzle seat (3) and a high-pressure cleaning nozzle (4), the cleaning base block (2) is slidably arranged at one end of the mounting base frame (1) close to the air preheater, the cleaning nozzle seat (3) is provided with a plurality of cleaning nozzle seats (3) which are arranged at the upper part of the cleaning base block (2) at intervals side by side and fixedly connected with the cleaning base block (2), the high-pressure cleaning nozzle (4) is provided with a plurality of cleaning nozzle seats (3) corresponding to the plurality of cleaning nozzle seats (3), the plurality of high-pressure cleaning nozzles (4) are respectively arranged at the upper parts of the plurality of cleaning nozzle seats (3) and fixedly connected with the corresponding cleaning nozzle seats (3), and the cleaning nozzle seats (3) and the high-pressure cleaning nozzles (4) are vertically and upwardly arranged.

An on-line cleaning system for an air preheater according to claim 2, further comprising a mounting extension tube (5), said mounting extension tube (5) being arranged inside said mounting base frame (1) and being slidably connected to said mounting base frame (1) by a limiting mechanism, said mounting extension tube (5) being arranged horizontally, said cleaning base block (2) being fitted at an end of said mounting extension tube (5) adjacent to the air preheater, said cleaning base block (2) being in communication with an external water source through a water tube, said water tube being arranged inside said mounting extension tube (5), said cleaning nozzle holder (3) and said high pressure cleaning nozzle (4) being in communication with an external water source through said cleaning base block (2) and water tube.

An air preheater on-line cleaning system as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the driving mechanism comprises a gear box (6), a driving speed reducer (7) and a driving motor (8), the gear box (6) is arranged on one side of the mounting base frame (1) corresponding to the mounting extension tube (5) and is fixedly connected with the mounting base frame (1), the output end of the gear box (6) is in transmission connection with the mounting extension tube (5) through a transmission component, the driving speed reducer (7) is arranged at one end, far away from the mounting base frame (1), of the gear box (6) and is fixedly connected with the gear box (6), the output end of the driving speed reducer (7) is connected with the input end of the gear box (6), the driving motor (8) is arranged at one end, far away from the gear box (6), of the driving speed reducer (7) and is fixedly connected with the output end of the driving motor (8) and is connected with the input end of the driving speed reducer (7).

An air preheater on-line cleaning system as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a mounting base plate (9), wherein the mounting base plate (9) is disposed at a lower portion of one side of the mounting base frame (1) corresponding to the gear case (6) and fixedly connected with the mounting base frame (1), and the gear case (6) is fixedly assembled at a side portion of the mounting base frame (1) through the mounting base plate (9).

An on-line cleaning system for air preheaters as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the transmission assembly comprises a transmission gear (10) and a transmission rack (11), the transmission gear (10) is arranged at the output end of the gear box (6) and fixedly connected with the output end of the gear box (6), the transmission rack (11) is arranged at one side of the installation extension pipe (5) close to the transmission gear (10) and fixedly connected with the installation extension pipe (5), and the transmission rack (11) is meshed and connected with the transmission gear (10).

The online cleaning system of an air preheater according to claim 6, wherein the limiting mechanism comprises two limiting shafts (12) and limiting rollers (13), the two limiting shafts (12) are arranged at two groups, the two groups of limiting shafts (12) are arranged at the inner side of the installation base frame (1) at intervals in parallel and fixedly connected with the installation base frame (1) through bolts, the two groups of limiting rollers (13) are arranged at two groups corresponding to the two groups of limiting shafts (12), the two groups of limiting rollers (13) are respectively arranged at the middle parts of the two groups of limiting shafts (12) and are rotationally connected with the corresponding limiting shafts (12), the two groups of limiting rollers (13) are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the installation extension tube (5) and are attached to the installation extension tube (5), the installation extension tube (5) is slidably assembled at the inner side of the installation base frame (1) through the limiting rollers (13), the limiting mechanisms are arranged at a plurality of groups, and the limiting mechanisms are arranged at intervals at the inner side of the installation base frame (1).

An on-line cleaning system for air preheaters according to claim 7, characterized in that the limit roller (13) is composed of a cylindrical portion and disc portions symmetrically arranged at both ends of the cylindrical portion, the diameter of the disc portions is larger than that of the cylindrical portion, and the cylindrical portion and the disc portions are respectively fitted to the corresponding side portions of the installation extension pipe (5).

An on-line cleaning system for air preheaters as claimed in claim 8, further comprising mounting feet (14), wherein the mounting feet (14) are provided with two groups, each group of the mounting feet (14) is composed of two symmetrically arranged blocks, the two groups of the mounting feet (14) are respectively arranged at the lower parts of two ends of the mounting base frame (1) and fixedly connected with the mounting base frame (1), the mounting base frame (1) is arranged in the side wall of the boiler through the mounting feet (14), and the side wall of the boiler is provided with an opening corresponding to the mounting base frame (1).

An on-line cleaning system for air preheater as set forth in claim 9, wherein said mounting base frame (1) is composed of a plurality of sets of square steel pipes and steel pipe supports which are vertically arranged, the joints of each square steel pipe and steel pipe support are welded to form a base frame structure, said mounting base frame (1) is horizontally arranged and has a height lower than that of the air preheater.
