A fastener exposure reducing housing assembly according to claim 3 wherein the first side panel is spaced apart from the third side panel in a front-to-rear direction, the second side panel and the fourth side panel are spaced apart in a lateral direction, the tops of the second side panel, the third side panel and the fourth side panel are flush, the tops of the first side panel being lower than the tops of the second side panel, the third side panel and the fourth side panel and flush with the upper side of the mounting rib such that a mounting gap is formed above the first side panel in communication with the opening, each mounting hole being provided in an elongated configuration extending in a front-to-rear direction, each mounting post slidably engaging each mounting hole in a front-to-rear direction such that the cover has a sliding travel from the mounting gap back to fit into position with the body.

The fastener exposure reducing housing assembly according to claim 4, wherein each of the mounting posts includes a connecting post connected to a lower side of the cover and a snap post provided at a lower end of the connecting post, the snap post having a larger size in a lateral direction than the connecting post, the plurality of mounting holes including a plurality of first mounting holes spaced along upper sides of the first side plate and the second side plate, and a plurality of second mounting holes spaced along upper sides of the third side plate and the fourth side plate, each of the first mounting holes being provided in a notch groove open at a front side, the notch groove having a larger size in a lateral direction than the connecting post and smaller than the snap post, each of the second mounting holes having a front hole section and a rear hole section spaced in a sequential direction, the front hole section having a larger size in a lateral direction than the snap post, the rear hole section having a larger size in a lateral direction than the connecting post and smaller than the snap post.

The fastener exposure reducing housing assembly of claim 4, wherein the front side of the first side plate is flush with the front side of the cover, and the first side plate is perforated in a front-to-rear direction with electrically controlled access holes, heat exchanger core access holes, and screen access holes.
7. The fastener exposure reduction housing assembly of claim 6, further comprising an access cover openably and closably covering the front sides of the cover and the first side plate, the access cover comprising a first access cover covering the front of the electrically controlled access aperture, and a second access cover covering the heat exchange core access aperture and the screen access aperture, the first access cover being rotatably connected to the fourth side plate on one side in a lateral direction, the second access cover being removably snap-fit to the first side plate.
8. The fastener exposure reducing housing assembly of any one of claims 4 to 7, wherein the cover comprises:
the front side of the first cover plate is provided with a front installation plate in a protruding mode, a reinforcing hole is formed in the front installation plate in a penetrating mode in the front-rear direction, and the front installation plate is connected to the front side of the first side plate in a threaded mode through a bolt penetrating through the reinforcing hole;
the second cover plate is assembled on the lower side of the first cover plate, a cavity is formed between the first cover plate and the second cover plate, and a plurality of mounting columns are convexly arranged on the lower side of the second cover plate; the method comprises the steps of,
the handle group is concavely arranged on the upper side of the first cover plate and is at least partially accommodated in the cavity.
9. The fastener exposure reducing housing assembly according to any one of claims 3 to 7, wherein the bottom panel, the first side panel, the second side panel, the third side panel, and the fourth side panel are welded to one another to form the body.
