Further, the fan 11 further comprises an impeller arranged in the fan housing and a motor 13 for driving the impeller to rotate, and the motor 13 is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the fan housing.
Alternatively, the fan 11 in the present embodiment is a centrifugal fan.
According to an embodiment of the present utility model, in another aspect, the present utility model further provides a wall-mounted boiler 20, including a casing 21, a combustion chamber 22 disposed in the casing 21, and the fan assembly 10 of any of the foregoing embodiments; wherein, the air inlet of the fan 11 is communicated with the smoke outlet of the combustion chamber 22, and the air outlet 110 of the fan 11 is communicated with the smoke discharging structure 23 on the casing 21.
Optionally, the smoke discharging structure 23 includes a smoke outlet formed on the casing 21 and a smoke pipe connector mounted and fixed on the smoke outlet, and the air outlet 110 of the fan 11 is connected with the smoke pipe connector. The air inlet of the fan 11 is assembled and connected with the combustion chamber 22, and the air outlet 110 is assembled and connected with the smoke pipe joint.
In some embodiments, a sealed chamber isolated from the environment space outside the casing 21 is formed in the casing 21, and the combustion chamber 22 and the fan assembly 10 are both disposed in the sealed chamber, and the combustion chamber 22 and the fan 11 are both communicated with the sealed chamber, so that continuous operation of the combustion chamber 22 is realized by continuously supplementing fresh air into the sealed chamber and extracting flue gas in the sealed chamber.
In some embodiments, the venturi 121 of the venturi assembly 12 is disposed vertically with the air inlet of the venturi 121 facing downward.
In the above embodiment, the venturi tube 121 is to be ensured to be vertical in the installation in the complete machine, and the air inlet is downward, so design ensures that the air inlet insect prevention piece 122 and the air outlet insect prevention piece 123 can be opened when the fan 11 is opened, and the air inlet insect prevention piece 122 and the air outlet insect prevention piece 123 can automatically fall down to be reset to the closed air inlet and air outlet under the action of gravity when the fan 11 is closed, so that the problem that the air inlet insect prevention piece 122 and the air outlet insect prevention piece 123 are difficult to reset due to insufficient elastic force is avoided.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the intake air insect prevention piece 122 further includes a support limit 1223. The supporting and limiting part 1223 is arranged below the first blocking part 1222 of the air inlet insect prevention member 122 and is suitable for supporting and limiting the position of the air inlet insect prevention member 122, and the air inlet insect prevention member 122 can be kept at the position of the closed air inlet when not acted by external force through the arranged supporting and limiting part 1223, so that the insect prevention effect of the air inlet insect prevention member 122 is not influenced due to excessive downward reset.
Alternatively, the supporting and limiting portion 1223 is a boss or a bump integrally formed on the first mounting portion 1221.
In some embodiments, the wall-mounted boiler 20 further includes a wind pressure detection switch 24, the wind pressure detection switch 24 is disposed in the casing 21 and is used for detecting wind pressure of the fan 11, and the wind pressure detection switch 24 has a positive pressure detection port and a negative pressure detection port; wherein the positive pressure detection port is adapted to communicate with the positive pressure detection tube 1212 of the venturi 121 and the negative pressure detection port is adapted to communicate with the negative pressure detection tube 1213 of the venturi 121.

When the device works, firstly, the fan 11 is started, the air inlet insect prevention piece 122 and the air outlet insect prevention piece 123 are simultaneously blown open under the action of wind force, the wind pressure detected by the Venturi tube 121 and the wind pressure detection switch 24 is larger than a preset wind pressure starting value, and the device is ignited to run. When the equipment does not work, the fan 11 is firstly turned off and then turned off, after the fan 11 is stopped, the air inlet insect prevention piece 122 and the air outlet insect prevention piece 123 are reset to the closing state of the air inlet and the air outlet of the closed venturi tube 121 under the action of gravity and/or elasticity, so that the phenomenon that mosquitoes and spiders climb into the venturi tube 121 to cause blockage to influence the wind pressure detection value when the equipment does not work is avoided, the normal use of a unit is ensured, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
The venturi tube assembly 12 provided in this embodiment is provided with the air inlet insect prevention member 122 and the air outlet insect prevention member 123, which are similar to the air doors, the fan 11 blows air to overcome the resistance of the two air doors, the air speed can be reduced according to the formula of the calculated flow Q of the venturi tube, the flow is reduced, and the air pressure difference (P1-P2) is reduced. 6. The venturi assembly according to claim 4, wherein the blocking piece comprises at least two flaps, the at least two flaps are respectively connected with the mounting portion, and the at least two flaps are adapted to cooperate with each other to open or close the air duct.
7. The venturi assembly of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the insect prevention member is an elastic member.
8. The venturi assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the venturi (121) comprises:
a venturi body (1211), the venturi body (1211) comprising an air inlet section (12111), a reduced diameter section (12112), a throat (12113), and an air outlet section (12114) arranged in sequence along the direction of air flow;
a positive pressure detection tube (1212) and a negative pressure detection tube (1213), wherein the positive pressure detection tube (1212) is in communication with the air inlet section (12111), and the negative pressure detection tube (1213) is in communication with the throat (12113).
9. A fan assembly characterized by comprising a fan (11) and a venturi assembly (12) according to any of the preceding claims 1 to 8;
the fan (11) comprises a fan shell, an air inlet and an air outlet (110) are formed in the fan shell, and the venturi tube assembly (12) is installed at the position, close to the air outlet (110), of the fan shell.
10. A wall-mounted boiler characterized by comprising a casing (21), a combustion chamber (22) arranged in the casing (21) and the fan assembly (10) of the above claim 9;
the air inlet of the fan (11) is communicated with the smoke outlet of the combustion chamber (22), and the air outlet (110) of the fan (11) is communicated with the smoke discharging structure (23) on the shell (21).
11. The wall-mounted boiler according to claim 10, wherein the venturi (121) of the venturi assembly (12) is arranged vertically, and the air inlet of the venturi (121) is directed downwards.
