The junction box 3 isolates the strong-current wiring area and the weak-current wiring area of the wiring board 31 for connecting strong current, so that when the indoor unit of the air outlet panel is installed, the weak-current wiring area and the weak-current wiring area of a control circuit can be placed inside the weak-current cavity and packaged in the weak-current cavity, cold air and cold radiation can be prevented from directly invading, and condensation water is prevented from being generated on the wiring seat.
More specifically, referring to fig. 11, in order to facilitate the installation operation and the assembly of strong and weak currents, the junction box 3 further includes a cover 33, the cover 33 is formed with two installation grooves 3a disposed at intervals, one of the installation grooves 3a is set as a weak current installation groove 3a, the other is set as a strong current installation groove 3a, the base 32 is covered on a side of the base 32 facing away from the main housing 10, so as to form the two cavities together with the base 32, and the junction plate 31 is disposed in one of the two cavities. In this way, when the mount 21 is used for mounting on the roof 200, the base 32 can be mounted on the mount 21, and the wire holder is mounted on the lower side of the base 32; the cover 33 is mounted on the base 32 in a covering manner, and covers the periphery of the wire holder. In this way, when the junction box 3 needs to be installed, the base 32 may be directly installed on the installation seat 21 on the roof 200, and after the junction of the junction seat is completed, the cover 33 may be fastened and installed on the base 32, so that the junction seat may be accommodated in two cavities formed by enclosing the cover 33 and the base 32.
Further, referring to fig. 11 to 14, in the present embodiment, a slot wall of the installation slot 3a is provided with a wire passing notch 3b; the junction box 3 further comprises a cover plate 34, and the cover plate 34 is detachably covered on the wire passing notch 3b. Specifically, the wire passing notch 3b is disposed in the mounting groove 3a corresponding to weak current, so, when the mounting is performed, the base 32 is mounted and fixed on the mounting seat 21 upwards, then the wire connection power supply connection of the indoor power supply wire and the complete machine power supply wire is completed, the cover 33 of the junction box 3 is covered, the air outlet panel is mounted and fixed on the mounting seat 21 to cover the whole indoor air inlet a and the indoor air outlet b upwards, then the weak current butt wires are completely butted, the butt joint terminal is placed in the weak current cavity of the cover 33, the weak current cavity is packaged, the whole wire connection installation is completed by installing the air inlet grille, after the strong current wire connection is completed, the cover 33 is covered on the wire connection seat and is fixed, at the moment, the weak current connection wire such as the signal wire connected with the air conditioner 100 is inserted, the butt joint terminal and the redundant weak current wire body are placed in the weak current cavity of the cover 33, then the board 34 is covered on the outer portion of the cover 33, and the wire passing notch is packaged.
Further, in order to facilitate the installation and closing of the wire body to the cover 33, referring to fig. 11, in the present embodiment, the cover 33 is provided with a wire passing opening 3e. The size of the wire passing opening 3e can be set according to the thickness of the field wire body so as to ensure the tightness of the inner cavity of the junction box 3. The wire passing openings 3e may be set according to actual requirements, in this embodiment, the wire passing openings 3e are provided in a plurality, one end of the cover 33 is provided with one wire passing opening 3e through which an indoor power supply wire passes, the other end opposite to the wire passing opening is provided with another wire passing opening 3e through which a power supply wire of the air conditioner 100 passes, and a side wall surface of the weak electric cavity far away from the strong electric cavity is provided with another wire passing opening 3e through which a power supply wire of the air conditioner 100 opposite to the wire passing opening 3e of the power supply wire of the air conditioner 100 on the strong electric cavity passes, and one wire passing opening 3e through which parallel power supply wires of the weak electric cavity pass.
It should be noted that, the wire passing notch 3b is disposed on a side of the cover 33, which is close to the corresponding indoor air inlet a, so that after the air outlet panel is connected to a weak current connection wire such as a signal wire of the air conditioner 100, when the opposite plug terminal and the redundant weak current wire body are placed in the weak current cavity, the weak current wire body can be plugged into the wire passing notch 3b to provide a space for giving way, so that the operation is convenient.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the cover plate 34 is detachably mounted on the cover body 33, and when maintenance is required, the cover plate 34 is detached, and after maintenance is completed, the cover plate 34 is fastened.

The heat preservation is preferably heat preservation sponge, so, the heat preservation sponge has been pasted at the outer top of the several figures of terminal box 3, and lid 33 with the surface of closing cap board 34 has also all covered the heat preservation sponge, and then stops strong current and weak current short circuit, avoids electrical safety accident.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the material of the junction box 3 is a metal material. More specifically, the base 32 is made of metal; and/or, the cover 33 is made of metal; and/or, the material of the cover plate 34 is metal. Further, a sealing portion 22 is further disposed on the mounting base 21, and the sealing portion 22 is used for being arranged between the mounting base 21 and the vehicle roof 200 in a cushioning manner. The sealing portion 22 includes a sponge disposed at the lower end of the first side end of the main housing 10, so that when the mounting seat 21 abuts against the first side end of the main housing 10, a gap between the spacing portion 211 and the roof 200 is sealed, so as to ensure that no air leakage occurs in the peripheral circles of the indoor air inlet a and the indoor air outlet b.

1. An air conditioner for use in a vehicle, the air conditioner comprising:

the air outlet assembly comprises an installation seat and an air outlet panel which are arranged at intervals along the direction far away from the main shell, the installation seat is connected to the first side of the main shell, an indoor air inlet and an indoor air outlet are arranged on the air outlet panel, and the indoor air channel is communicated with the indoor air inlet and the indoor air outlet; the method comprises the steps of,

The air conditioner of claim 3, wherein the junction box comprises a base arranged at the mounting opening, the base comprises a bottom and two side plates respectively arranged at two ends of the bottom, the ends of the two side plates are provided with turnover edges which are far away from each other and are turned outwards, and the turnover edges are fixedly connected with the periphery of one end of the mounting opening, which is far away from the main shell.
5. The air conditioner as set forth in claim 4, wherein said mounting base is provided with a slot, at least part of said turnover edge being inserted into said slot; and/or the number of the groups of groups,

The air conditioner of claim 4, wherein a wiring board is provided on the base, the wiring board includes a conductive part, one end of the conductive part is provided with a first fixing structure for fixing a power supply line, and the other end is provided with a second fixing structure for fixing an air conditioner power supply line; or,
the wiring board comprises a male terminal and a female terminal, wherein one of the male terminal and the female terminal is used for being connected with a power supply line, and the other of the male terminal and the female terminal is used for being connected with an air conditioner power supply line.

The air conditioner of any one of claims 4 to 7, wherein the junction box further comprises a cover body, wherein the cover body is provided with two mounting grooves which are arranged at intervals, and the cover body is covered on one side of the base, which is away from the main shell, so as to form two cavities together with the base; one of the cavities is used for accommodating the strong electric wire body, and the other cavity is used for accommodating the weak electric wire body.
9. The air conditioner as set forth in claim 8, wherein a slot wall of one of said mounting slots is provided with a wire passing notch therethrough, said junction box further comprising a cover plate detachably covering said wire passing notch;
the junction box is provided with a wire passing port communicated with the two cavities.
10. The air conditioner as set forth in claim 9, wherein one of said cover body and said cover plate is provided with a limit groove, and the other is provided with a plug-in portion which is plug-in fitted with said limit groove; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
one of the cover body and the cover plate is provided with a fixing hole, and the other is provided with a positioning buckle buckled with the fixing hole.
11. The air conditioner of claim 1, wherein the mounting base is provided with an adjusting connector, the adjusting connector connects the mounting base with the first side end of the main housing, and enables the distance between the mounting base and the first side end of the main housing to be set in an adjustable manner.
12. A vehicle comprising an air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 11.
13. The vehicle of claim 12, wherein the housing includes a roof having a windward side abutting the main housing and an air-out side, the roof being provided with an air-passing passage through the windward side and the air-out side, the air-out assembly being provided in the air-passing passage, the main housing being provided in the windward side of the roof, and the mount being provided in the air-out side of the roof.
