Toothbrush with a channel for a tooth cleaning medium according to claim 8, characterized in that the pump device is further provided with an air suction opening, the liquid suction opening is provided with a first electrically operated valve, the air suction opening is in communication with the outside and is provided with a second electrically operated valve, both the first electrically operated valve and the second electrically operated valve are electrically connected to the electric control plate, the first electrically operated valve is closed and the second electrically operated valve is opened to blow out the liquid or foam in the hollow shaft (6), the first channel (11), the second electrically operated valve is closed and the first electrically operated valve is opened to deliver the tooth cleaning medium to the bristles (2).
