Electric toothbrushes and tooth rinsers are appliances that people use primarily to clean their teeth. The electric toothbrush is driven by the motor to vibrate the brush head, so as to clean teeth. The tooth flusher sprays water flow through the spray head to flush teeth. Although toothbrushes and tooth rinsers have different working principles, both of them are tooth cleaning appliances for cleaning teeth, and the functions are overlapped, and devices in which tooth rinsers and electric toothbrushes are integrated are also available on the market. For example, the handle and the brush head of the electric toothbrush are added to the device of the household tooth-rinsing device, namely, the electric toothbrush is assembled on the tooth-rinsing device. The product has larger integral volume, is not convenient to carry, is more suitable for household scenes, and occupies larger space.
With the increasing demand for portability, portable electric toothbrushes and tooth rinsers have become popular. According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a tooth-cleaning device comprising:
the main body comprises a head, a working body and a storage body, wherein the head is positioned at the top end of the working body, and the storage body is arranged on one side of the working body;

According to one embodiment of the invention, the head is provided with at least one mounting channel to which the spray head and one end of the brush head are detachably mounted, respectively, wherein the mounting channel communicates downwardly with the working body.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the spray head includes a nozzle tube and a mounting portion formed at one end of the nozzle tube, the spray head being provided therein with a spray passage extending through the nozzle tube and the mounting portion, wherein the mounting portion is detachably mounted to the mounting passage.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the brush head comprises a brush rod and a conducting part, and the conducting part is detachably arranged in the mounting channel to form a toothbrush shape.
According to one embodiment of the invention, at least one first electrical contact is arranged in the mounting channel, the electrical contact is connected to the working body, and the first electrical contact and the conducting part are conductively connected.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the brush bar includes a housing, a driving rod and a motor, the motor is installed inside the driving rod, the driving rod is installed inside the housing, and kinetic energy generated by vibration of the motor is transmitted to the housing through the driving rod, so that the housing vibrates.

Detailed Description
The following description is presented to disclose the invention so as to enable any person skilled in the art to practice the invention. The preferred embodiments in the following description are given by way of example only, and other obvious variations will occur to those skilled in the art. The embodiments of the invention described below and illustrated in the drawings are intended to be illustrative only and not limiting of the invention. Any variations or modifications may be made to the embodiments of the invention without departing from the principles described.
Referring to the drawings of the present specification and FIGS. 1 to 7, a tooth-cleaning device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is disclosed and illustrated in the following description.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the tooth-cleaning device includes a body 10, at least one spray head 20, and at least one brush head 30, the spray head 20 and the brush head 30 being detachably mounted to the body 10, respectively. The spray head 20 is mounted to the body 10 to form a tooth irrigator shape. The head 30 is mounted to the body 10 to form a toothbrush configuration. Thus, the tooth cleaning device has two configurations.
The main body 10 includes a working body 11, and the working body 11 has two working modes, one is a dental irrigator working mode, and when the spray head 20 is assembled to the main body 10, the working body 11 is switched to the dental irrigator working mode. When the brush head 30 is mounted to the main body 10, the operating body 11 is switched to a toothbrush operating mode.
The main body 10 further comprises a head 12, the head 12 being located at the top end of the working body 11. The head 12 is formed with a mounting channel 120, the mounting channel 120 being adapted to receive the spray head 20 and the brush head 30.
The mounting channel 120 extends from the upper surface of the head 12 and communicates with the working body 11.
The spray head 20 comprises a spray tube 21 and a mounting portion 22, the mounting portion 22 being located at one end of the spray tube 21. The spray head 20 has a spray passage 200 therein, and the spray passage 200 penetrates the handle 22 and the nozzle 21.
The mounting portion 22 is mounted to the mounting channel 120 such that the spray head 20 is fixed to the body 10, forming a dental irrigator configuration.
The working body 11 further includes a pump assembly (not shown) connected to the drain tube, and a drain tube (not shown) connected to the storage body 12, the storage body 12 storing therein a fluid required for tooth irrigation, the pump assembly drawing the fluid from the storage body 12 through the drain tube to be ejected through the ejection head 20.
The spray head 20 is communicated with the working body 11, the working body 11 is communicated with the storage cavity 12, the working body 11 extracts liquid from the storage cavity 12, and the liquid is sprayed to the oral cavity through the spray head 20, so that the tooth cleaning function is realized. The tooth cleaning device operates in a tooth rinsing mode of operation.
The shape of the mounting passage 120 is adapted to the shape of the mounting portion 22 of the head 20 and the shape of the conducting portion 32 of the brush head 30.
Referring to fig. 5, at least one first electrical contact 121 is disposed in the mounting channel 120, the first electrical contact 121 is located on an inner wall of the mounting channel 120, and the first electrical contact 121 is conductively connected to the brush head 30. After the first electrical contact 121 is conductively connected to the brush head 30, the tooth cleaning device switches to a brushing mode of operation.
A fixing member 122 is disposed in the mounting passage 120, and the fixing member 122 fixes the mounting portion 22 to the mounting passage 120. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the detachable fastening means may be any known fastening means in the art of tooth irrigators, and for example, the fastening means 122 may be a resilient sliding latch.
Referring to fig. 4, the brush head 30 includes a brush bar 31 and a conduction part 32, and the conduction part 32 is located at a lower end of the brush bar 31. The conduction part 32 is attached to the attachment passage 120. The conduction part 32 is provided with at least one second electrical contact 321, one end of the second electrical contact 321 is located on the outer surface of the conduction part 32, and the first electrical contact 121 and the second electrical contact 321 are conductively connected.
The conducting portion 32 may be implemented as the same as or similar to the mounting portion 22 of the showerhead 20
The brush bar 31 includes a housing 311, a driving rod 312, and a motor 313, the motor 313 is installed in the driving rod 312, the driving rod 312 is installed inside the housing 311, the motor 313 vibrates, and kinetic energy is transmitted to the housing 311 through the driving rod 312, so that the housing 311 is driven to vibrate.
The motor 313 is connected to at least one lead-through 314, the lead-through 314 being connected to the second electrical contact 321.
At least one controller (not shown) is arranged in the working body 11, the first electric contact 121 is connected to the controller in a conductive manner, and the controller is communicated with the motor 313 through the conductive connection of the first electric contact 121 and the second electric contact 321. At least one power supply is arranged in the working body 11, and the power supply is connected to the motor 313 through the conductive connection between the first point 121 and the second electric contact 321 to supply electric energy to the motor 313. The motor 313 converts electrical energy into kinetic energy to drive the brush head 30 to vibrate and the tooth cleaning device operates in a brushing mode.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the storage body 13 has at least one storage cavity 1300, and the storage cavity 1300 can be filled with fluid.
Further, the storage chamber 1300 is configured to receive the spray head 20 and the brush head 30. The peripheral wall of the storage body 13 is opened with at least one liquid injection port 1301, the liquid injection port 1301 is communicated with the storage chamber 1300, and liquid is injected into the storage chamber 1300 through the liquid injection port 1301. The storage body 13 is further opened with at least one receiving opening 1302, and the receiving opening 1302 can be opened and closed. The spray head 20 and the brush head 30 are put into the storage chamber 1300 through the receiving opening 1302 to be received.
In one example of the present invention, the storage chamber 1300 is provided with a partition inner wall 131, and the partition inner wall 131 divides the storage chamber 1300 into two spaces. The two spaces may be in communication with each other or may be completely separated. The spray head 20 and the brush head 30 are received in two spaces of the storage chamber 1300, respectively. The number and positions of the receiving openings 1302 can correspond to two spaces for taking and placing the spray head 20 and the brush head 30 respectively. The number of the receiving openings 1302 may be one, and the receiving openings communicate with both spaces. The nozzle 20 and the brush head 30 can be respectively put into two spaces through the receiving opening 1302.
When the two spaces are completely separated, the liquid injection port 1301 is communicated with the space where the spray head 20 is placed, the spray head 20 is taken out, and the spray head 20 is mounted on the head part 12 to form a tooth-rinsing device shape. The liquid is injected into the space in which the head 20 is placed in the storage chamber 1300 through the liquid injection port 1301. The spacer walls 131 block the flow of liquid into the space in which the brush head 30 is placed, and the brush head 30 can remain placed in the storage chamber 1300.
When the two spaces are partially partitioned and the bottoms of the two spaces are set to communicate with each other, the liquid can exist in the two spaces after the liquid is injected through the liquid injection port 1301.
The liquid inlet 1301 and the receiving inlet 1302 may be the same opening, or may be provided in the peripheral wall of the storage body 13.
The controller controls the tooth cleaning device to switch between a tooth rinsing mode of operation and a tooth brushing mode of operation. When the brush head 30 is mounted to the body 10, the first electrical contact 121 and the second electrical contact 321 are conductively connected, and the controller controls the tooth cleaning device to be in a brushing mode. On the contrary, when the spray head 20 is mounted to the main body 10, the spray head 20 communicates with the working body 11, and the working body 11 draws the liquid from the storage chamber 1300 in the tooth-washing operation mode and sprays the liquid from the spray head 20 to wash teeth. The conductive connection of the first electrical contact 121 and the second electrical contact 122, the controller is in conductive connection with the brush head 30, such that a brushing mode of operation is initiated to control the vibration of the brush head 30. When there is no conductive connection between the first electrical contact 121 and the second electrical contact 122, the brushing mode is not activated and the tooth cleaning device is operated in the rinsing mode by default.

It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the components and arrangements included in the working body may be referenced to existing dental irrigator working assemblies and arrangements thereof, including but not limited to one or more of the components required for operation of the dental irrigator, a pump assembly, a gear assembly, a hose, a power supply, a circuit board assembly, a motor, etc.

Claims (10)

1. A tooth-cleaning device, comprising:
the main body comprises a head, a working body and a storage body, wherein the head is positioned at the top end of the working body, and the storage body is arranged on one side of the working body;

2. The tooth-cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said head portion is provided with at least one mounting passage to which said head and one end of said brush head are detachably mounted, respectively, wherein said mounting passage communicates downward with said working body.

The tooth-cleaning device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the spray head includes a nozzle tube and a mounting portion formed at one end thereof, the spray head being provided therein with at least one spray passage extending through the nozzle tube and the mounting portion, wherein the mounting portion is detachably mounted to the mounting passage.
4. The tooth cleaning device of claim 2 wherein the head includes a stem and an attachment portion, the attachment portion being removably mounted to the mounting channel to form a toothbrush configuration.
5. A tooth-cleaning device as claimed in claim 4, in which at least a first electrical contact is provided in the mounting channel, said electrical contact being connected to the working body, said first electrical contact and said conducting portion being conductively connected.

The tooth-cleaning device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the brush bar includes a housing, a driving rod and a motor, the motor is installed inside the driving rod, the driving rod is installed inside the housing, and the kinetic energy generated by the vibration of the motor is transmitted to the housing through the driving rod, so that the housing vibrates.
