Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous technical effects to be solved by the present utility model more apparent, the present utility model will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and a plurality of exemplary embodiments. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples are intended for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the utility model. It should be noted that directional terms used in the description refer to the normal use state of the image pickup apparatus for convenience of description, and are not to be construed as absolute limitations on the corresponding features.
Fig. 1 schematically shows a perspective view of a hob system 1 according to one embodiment of the present utility model. As shown in fig. 1, the hob system 1 comprises at least an image pick-up device 10 and a hob 20 with a cooking function. The camera 10 is mounted above the cooktop 20 to capture at least a partial area of the cooktop 20 from above, so that the cooktop system 1 is able to determine the state of the food material from the images of the food material within the cooktop captured by the camera 10 and adjust the operation of the burner 20 based on the determined state of the food material. The cooktop system 1 may also include a range hood (not shown) and the camera device 10 may be mounted on the housing of the range hood, for example on a fume hood.
Fig. 2 and 3 show the image pickup apparatus 10 according to the embodiment of the present utility model in a perspective view and a sectional view, respectively. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the image pickup apparatus 10 includes a housing 11, the housing 11 having a front wall 12, a rear wall (not labeled in the drawings), and a side wall 13 fixedly connected to the front wall 12 and the rear wall, an internal space of the housing 11 being formed between the front wall 12, the rear wall, and the side wall 13. The image pickup apparatus 10 further includes a camera 100, an airflow generating device 200, and an air duct 300 located in the inner space of the housing 11.
As shown in fig. 3, an opening 121 is formed in the front wall 12, and a protective layer 122 formed of a transparent material may be mounted on the opening 121, and the camera 100 is mounted at the front wall 12 in such a manner that a front object is photographed through the opening 121 of the front wall 12. The "front" here, i.e. along the shooting direction of the camera 100, i.e. the front of the camera 100 coincides with the normal direction of the front wall 12 facing away from the main plane of the housing 11, and the camera device 10 is mounted in the hob system 1 with the outer surface of the front wall 12 facing the shooting area. The camera 100 may be housed in a dedicated camera compartment or may be mounted at the front wall 12 by a specific mount or bracket, only one example of which is schematically shown in fig. 3, the specific manner of mounting being not limited.
The airflow generating device 200 is installed near the rear wall inside the housing 11. The airflow generating device 200 is a suitable fan adapted to generate an airflow, which may be, for example, a fan, alternatively an axial fan or a centrifugal fan. The air duct 300 has an air inlet (not shown) formed in the rear wall and/or the side walls 13 and an air outlet 301 formed in the front wall 12. When the image pickup apparatus 10 is operated, the air flow generating apparatus 200 operates and sucks air through the air inlet of the air duct 300 and discharges the air through the air outlet 301, thereby forming an air flow flowing through the air duct 300, as schematically shown by the hollow arrows in fig. 3. Preferably, the air inlet of the air duct 300 is provided with a filtering device to filter out the foreign matters such as oil smoke which may exist in the air, so as to avoid negative influence, such as pollution and/or damage, to the camera 100 and the airflow generating device 200 from the inside as the air is sucked into the casing 11, and further pollute the camera 100 through the air outlet 301. The clean air flow is discharged to the front of the camera head 100 through the air outlet 301 and forms an intersecting air curtain C in front of the camera head 100.
The air outlet 301 is formed on the front wall 12 around the opening 121, i.e. around the camera head 100. Further, the air outlet 301 is formed to be inclined or curved toward the axis of the camera 100 as approaching the front of the camera 100, so that the air outlet 301 can guide the air flow toward the front center of the camera, thereby forming an alternating air curtain C in front of the camera. Preferably, the air outlet 301 is formed as a continuous annular air outlet on the front wall 12, so that the annular continuous air outlet 301 continuously guides the air flow towards the front center of the camera 100, so that an annular cross air curtain C for wrapping the camera 100 in all directions in front of the camera 100 can be formed, and thus, foreign matters such as oil smoke can be more comprehensively blocked outside the air curtain, and pollution to the camera 100 can be avoided.
In a preferred embodiment, the air outlet 301 is also formed such that the opening degree decreases as approaching the front of the camera 100. For example, in the cross section shown in fig. 3, the air outlet 301 is formed in a rectangular shape whose opening degree is constant, however, the air outlet 301 may also be formed in a tapered shape whose opening degree is tapered toward the front of the camera 100, or in other tapered curved shapes. By such a configuration of the opening degree reduction of the air outlet 301, it is possible to further gather the air flow, accelerate the flow velocity of the air flow, and enhance the directivity of the air flow, thereby forming an air curtain having a stronger strength against the oil smoke or the like without increasing the operation power of the air flow generating device 200, enhancing the blocking effect against the oil smoke or the like, and further ensuring that the camera 100 is not contaminated.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, an inlet section of the inner surface of the front wall 12 adjacent to the inlet of the air outlet 301 is formed perpendicular to the flow guiding direction of the air outlet 301. Additionally or alternatively, the outlet section of the outer surface of the front wall 12 adjoining the outlet of the air outlet 301 is formed perpendicular to the direction of flow of the air outlet 301. By such a construction of the front wall 12, disturbance to the air flow can be reduced, and the stability and directivity of the air flow can be further improved, thereby more advantageously forming an air curtain, enhancing the blocking effect against soot and the like.
The above describes a cooktop system and an image capture device for a cooktop system according to an embodiment of the utility model. According to the embodiment of the utility model, the camera shooting device for the kitchen range system can generate the cross air curtain for protecting the camera during working, preferably can generate the annular cross air curtain for completely wrapping the camera, and can prevent steam, oil smoke and the like generated during cooking from being blocked outside, so that the camera is prevented from being polluted to influence the definition of shot images, the operation of the kitchen range system can be accurately controlled based on clearer food images, the cooking effect of the kitchen range system is improved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
The utility model also relates to a range hood, which comprises the camera device for the kitchen range system.
Although specific embodiments have been described above, these embodiments are not intended to limit the scope of the disclosure, even where only a single embodiment is described with respect to a particular feature. The characteristic examples provided in the present disclosure are intended to be illustrative, not limiting, unless stated differently. In a specific implementation, the features may be combined with one another where technically feasible according to the actual requirements. Various substitutions, alterations, and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the utility model.
