Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present utility model will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings so that the advantages and features of the present utility model can be more easily understood by those skilled in the art, thereby making clear and defining the scope of the present utility model.
The terms "comprising" and "having" and any variations thereof herein are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion. Reference herein to "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment may be included in at least one embodiment of the present application. The appearances of such phrases in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments. Those of skill in the art will explicitly and implicitly appreciate that the embodiments described herein may be combined with other embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, the present utility model mainly relates to: a capsule endoscope device comprises a capsule endoscope and a connecting member 3 connected to the capsule endoscope. In this embodiment, the capsule endoscope is orally administered to the patient to a designated area in the digestive tract or in the vicinity of a lesion. One end of the connecting part 3 is connected with the capsule endoscope, the other end of the connecting part 3 extends to the direction deviating from the capsule endoscope, and in the sampling process, the other end of the connecting part 3 is arranged outside the body.
The capsule endoscope includes a housing 1, and a pump 2 provided in the housing 1. An inner cavity 10 is formed in the housing 1, and the pump 2 is disposed in the inner cavity 10. The shell 1 is made of biocompatible materials, cannot be corroded by digestive juice, can be directly exposed to internal organs of a human body for use, and ensures healthy use of a patient.
Preferably, the pump 2 is provided as a micro pump to reduce the installation space of the pump 2.
The housing 1 is provided with a sampling port communicating the inside and outside of the housing 1, and the pump 2 includes a pump inlet 21 and a pump outlet 22 in fluid communication with the sampling port. When the pump 2 is in operation, fluid is in communication between the pump outlet 22 and the pump inlet 21. When the capsule endoscope is operated in the digestive tract of a human body, the medium may be a liquid located in the digestive tract. When the pump 2 is in operation, the pump 2 generates a negative pressure, and a medium located outside the capsule endoscope enters the interior of the pump 2 through the sampling port and the pump inlet 21 under the effect of the pressure.
The connection member 3 includes a fixing portion fixedly connected to the housing 1 and a connection pipe 32 extending from the fixing portion in a direction away from the housing 1. The connecting tube 32 is elongate so that the end of the connecting tube 32 facing away from the fixing portion is arranged outside the body during sampling, and the collected liquid is transported outside the body.
The connection pipe 32 has a liquid outlet passage 321 communicating the pump outlet 22 with the outside of the connection pipe 32. When the medium enters the pump 2, the pump 2 generates positive pressure, and the medium in the pump 2 reaches the outside of the body through the pump outlet 22 and the liquid outlet channel 321 under the action of the pressure, so as to realize the purposes of directly collecting the liquid from the inside of the body and conveying the collected liquid to the outside of the body through the connecting part 3.
Preferably, the outer diameter of the capsule endoscope is less than 11.6mm, and the length of the capsule endoscope in the axial direction thereof is less than 33mm.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the fixing portion is a sleeve 31 that is sleeved outside one end of the housing 1 along the axial direction of the housing 1. The connecting tube 32 is arranged on the side of the sleeve 31 facing away from the capsule endoscope. The sleeve 31 is fixedly connected with the connecting pipe 32, or is formed by integrally forming the sleeve and the connecting pipe. Further, the sleeve 31 and the housing 1 are fixed to each other by interference fit. When the capsule endoscope is extruded into the sleeve 31, the sleeve 31 and the capsule endoscope are in sealing connection through friction force, and the external positive and negative pressure device is utilized to extract the gas of the accommodating cavity 311 through the liquid outlet channel 321, so that negative pressure is formed between the sleeve 31 and the capsule endoscope, and the connection strength between the sleeve 31 and the capsule endoscope is increased. When the capsule endoscope is required to be separated from the sleeve 31, the gas is injected into the accommodating cavity 311 through the liquid outlet channel 321, the injected gas plays a role in increasing the gas pressure between the sleeve 31 and the capsule endoscope, and when the positive pressure between the sleeve 31 and the capsule endoscope is larger than the friction force between the sleeve 31 and the capsule endoscope, the capsule endoscope is released.
Further, the sleeve 31 and the housing 1 may be adhered together by UV glue, or the sleeve 31 may be fixed to the housing 1 by screwing.
Further, the capsule endoscope device further comprises a connecting seat which is arranged in the sleeve 31 and magnetically adsorbs the capsule endoscope, wherein the connecting seat is fixed in the sleeve 31 and is adsorbed with the capsule endoscope through magnetic attraction, so that the capsule endoscope is limited to deviate in the sleeve 31 along the axial direction of the capsule endoscope. Not only the air pressure generated by negative pressure is arranged between the sleeve 31 and the capsule endoscope, but also magnetic adsorption force is arranged between the sleeve 31 and the capsule endoscope, and the double acting force enables the connection strength between the sleeve 31 and the capsule endoscope to be larger.
