When the counting gear 61 is in the initial state, the counting positioning part 613 is opposite to the second gear 552, and the counting gear 61 rotates for the first time under the driving of the second gear 552, and then the counting positioning part 613 stops rotating after rotating for the first angle, so that the time delay function of the counting assembly 60 can be realized by rotating the design.
