Fig. 1-4 illustrate a preferred embodiment of a quick-fit crane assembly according to the present utility model, wherein the quick-fit crane assembly comprises: a main support 10 and a hanging wheel support module 20; the hanging wheel support module 20 includes: a wheel support 22 fixed to an end of the main support 10, a rotating support 24 provided at a bottom of the wheel support 22 and rotatable about a longitudinal axis with respect to the wheel support 22, two pulleys 26 provided on both lateral sides of the rotating support 24, respectively, the rotating support 24 being provided to be rotatable about the longitudinal axis with respect to the wheel support 22 until the two pulleys 26 are retracted at the bottom of the wheel support 22 or extended from both lateral sides of the bottom of the wheel support 22.

Specifically, the hanging wheel support module 20 includes: a hanging wheel support 22, two rotating supports 24, and four pulleys 26. The hanging wheel bracket 22 is provided with two shaft holes 224 for installing the rotary bracket 24; a rotating shaft 242 is provided at the top of the rotating bracket 24, and the rotating shaft 242 is used for riveting and fixing with the shaft hole 224.

The rotating portion 244 is provided on a surface of the rotating bracket 24 opposite to the rotating shaft 242, that is, on a bottom of the rotating bracket 24, and the rotating bracket 24 is rotated about the rotating shaft 242 by an external force acting on the rotating portion 244. In this embodiment, the pulley 26 on two opposite sides of the rotating bracket 24 is driven to rotate by rotating the rotating bracket 24, so that the pulley 26 can rotate to retract at the bottom of the hanging wheel bracket 22 or extend from two lateral sides of the bottom of the hanging wheel bracket 22.

When the pulleys 26 are allowed to rotate to retract to the bottom of the hanging wheel bracket 22, the axial directions of the two pulleys 26 are in parallel relation with the hanging wheel bracket 22; when the pulleys 26 are allowed to rotate to protrude from both lateral sides of the bottom of the hanging-wheel holder 22, the axial directions of the two pulleys 26 and the hanging-wheel holder 22 are in a mutually perpendicular positional relationship.

When the pulley 26 is stored in the bottom of the hanging wheel holder 22, the maximum lateral distance of the whole quick-mounted hanging wheel assembly is relatively small in this state, and this state is set as the hanging wheel mounting state. The pulley 26 of each rotating bracket 24 extends to both sides of the bottom of the hanging wheel bracket 22, and the transverse distance of the whole quick-mounted hanging wheel assembly is the largest, and the state is set as the use state of the quick-mounted hanging wheel assembly.

When the pulley block is ready to be mounted to the door and window rail 40, the pulley 26 is rotated to the mounted state, at which time the maximum lateral distance of the pulley block is smaller than the lateral distance of the opening of the lower end of the door and window rail 40, so that the quick-mounting pulley assembly can be easily put into the inside of the door and window rail 40. After entering the inside of the door and window guide rail 40, the rotating part 244 at the bottom of the rotating bracket 24 is acted by external force, so that the rotating bracket 24 rotates by 90 degrees, and the two pulleys 26 connected with each rotating bracket 24 are driven to vertically open, so that the quick-assembly hanging wheel assembly is in a use state, and at the moment, the two pulleys 26 of each rotating bracket 24 are all arranged in the track of the door and window guide rail 40 and can slide back and forth along the track. If the quick-mount hanger wheel assembly is to be removed from the door and window guide 40, the swivel bracket 24 may be rotated to place the quick-mount hanger wheel assembly in an installed state. Corresponding to the positioning blocks 222, positioning grooves 282 and fixing grooves 284 corresponding to the number of the rotary brackets 24 are formed in the top of the mounting frame 28, when the hanging wheel bracket 22 and the mounting frame 28 are fixedly installed, the positioning blocks 222 are embedded into the positioning grooves 282, the rotary brackets 24 are placed in the fixing grooves 284, and pulleys 26 on two lateral sides of the rotary brackets 24 extend out from two lateral sides of the bottom of the hanging wheel bracket 22.

In addition, the mounting bracket 28 is further provided with at least two protruding portions 286, in a preferred embodiment, the positioning groove 282 is formed between the two protruding portions 286, and the two protruding portions 286 are each longitudinally provided with a first mounting hole 2862, the hanging wheel support 22 is provided with a second mounting hole 226 corresponding to the first mounting hole 2862, and the mounting bracket 28 and the hanging wheel support 22 are mounted and fixed by passing through the first mounting hole 2862 and the second mounting hole 226 respectively through screws.

Before use, the fast-assembling hanging wheel assembly comprising the mounting frame 28 is usually assembled and fixed by screws with the hanging wheel bracket 22, the rotating bracket 24 and the mounting frame 28, the rotating bracket 24 is accommodated in the fixing groove 284 of the mounting frame 28, and two pulleys 26 on the side of the rotating bracket 24 extend from two lateral sides of the bottom of the hanging wheel bracket 22. When the quick-mounting type hanging wheel assembly is required to be mounted in the door and window guide rail 40, the mounting frame 28 is firstly removed, then the rotating bracket 24 is rotated by using a tool, the pulley 26 is rotated to the bottom of the hanging wheel bracket 22, namely, the mounting state, after the quick-mounting type hanging wheel assembly is placed in the door and window guide rail 40, the pulley 26 is rotated to the use state, and then the mounting frame 28 is fixedly mounted with the hanging wheel bracket 22 and the rotating bracket 24 through screws and the mounting holes. When the mounting frame 28 is mounted and fixed, the rotating bracket 24 is fixed in the fixing slot 284 and cannot be rotated, so that the pulley 26 can be ensured to stably slide back and forth in the track of the door and window guide 40. And when the quick-mounting hanging wheel assembly is to be taken out from the door and window guide rail, the reverse operation is performed.

Further preferably, both sides of the connection block 228 are formed with a lateral step portion 2282 and a longitudinal step portion 2284 engaged with the lateral step portion 2282; the bottom of the side wall 14 is disposed on the lateral step portion 2282, and the longitudinal end of the side wall 14 is disposed on the longitudinal step portion 2284, so that the side wall is positioned and supported by the two step portions, thereby aligning the two portions quickly and conveniently, and improving the assembly efficiency.

2. The quick-fit hanging wheel assembly of claim 1, further comprising a mounting bracket mounted to a bottom of the hanging wheel bracket, the mounting bracket clamping the swivel bracket between the hanging wheel bracket and the mounting bracket.

3. The quick-mounting hanging wheel assembly as claimed in claim 2, wherein the hanging wheel bracket has a protruding locating block at the bottom.

The quick-mounting hanging wheel assembly according to claim 2, wherein a fixing groove is further formed in the top of the mounting frame, the rotating support is placed in the fixing groove when the mounting frame is mounted on the bottom of the hanging wheel support, and pulleys on two lateral sides of the rotating support extend out of two lateral sides of the bottom of the hanging wheel support.

5. The quick-fit hanging wheel assembly as claimed in claim 2, wherein the mounting bracket and hanging wheel bracket are fixedly connected by means of screws.

6. The quick-mounting hanging wheel assembly according to claim 3, wherein the top of the mounting frame is provided with a positioning groove, and the positioning block is embedded into the positioning groove when the hanging wheel support and the mounting frame are fixedly mounted.

The quick-mounting hanging wheel assembly according to claim 6, wherein the mounting frame is further provided with at least two protruding portions, the positioning groove is formed between the two protruding portions, the two protruding portions are respectively provided with a first mounting hole in the longitudinal direction, the hanging wheel support is provided with a second mounting hole corresponding to the first mounting hole, and the hanging wheel support are mounted and fixed through the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole respectively by means of screws.
