Compared with the prior art, the integrated structure of the lamp cap and the lamp tube is beneficial to simplifying the assembly process and facilitating the positioning of the driving plate and the light-emitting element in the lamp housing.
The first cap 110 and the second cap 210 may enclose a driving installation chamber 300, and the driving plate 310 is fixed to the driving installation chamber 300. The driving plate 310 may be fixed in various ways, such as bonding, welding, plugging, riveting, etc. In some embodiments, the inner walls of the first lamp head 110 and the second lamp head 210 where they correspond to the driving plate 310 are of a smooth structure, and the driving installation chamber 300 has a height and a width just fixing the driving plate 310 so that the driving plate 310 is clamped and fixed between the first lamp head 110 and the second lamp head 210.

The light emitting element may be of any shape that can be positioned inside the lamp housing, and referring to fig. 2, preferably, the light emitting element may be a U-shaped LED strip 410, which is shape-matched and fixed in the light emitting element mounting chamber 400, the U-shaped LED strip 410 may include a turning portion 411 and an extending portion 412 connected to both ends of the turning portion and arranged side by side, the extending portion 412 extends away from the turning portion 411 and forms an opening portion 413, and in an assembled state, the U-shaped opening portion 413 faces the lamp head direction and may be closed by the first lamp head 110 or the second lamp head 210. Compared with the traditional LED lamp, the U-shaped lamp strip design can enable the LED lamp to emit light from the tail part of one side of the lamp cap, so that a larger light-emitting area is provided.
The LED lamp may be either single-sided or multi-sided. In some embodiments, the plane where the U-shaped structure of the LED strip is located is taken as a reference plane, the lamp housing has opposite light emitting sides and backlight sides along the direction perpendicular to the reference plane, and the light emitting areas of the LED strip 410 are located on the light emitting sides and distributed at the turning parts 411 and the extension parts 412 of the U-shape, so that the LED lamp emits light only facing the light emitting sides.
Referring to fig. 3, a reserved opening 500 is further formed on a side of the driving installation chamber 300 facing away from the light emitting element installation chamber 400, and the pin board 510 is embedded and fixed in the reserved opening 500. The pin plate 510 is provided with pins 511 electrically connected to the driving plate 310. The relative positions of the driving plate 310 and the pins 511 can be fixed by fixing the driving plate 310 to the driving installation chamber 300 surrounded by the first lamp cap 110 and the second lamp cap 210, and fixing the pin plate 510 to the reserved opening 500.
The pin board 510 can be fixed to the reserved opening 500 in various manners such as fastening, bonding, sleeving, etc., preferably, a first step 520 can be provided at the inner edge of the reserved opening 500, and the pin board 510 is positioned and inlaid in the first step 520, thereby accurately positioning the pin board 510.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in order to facilitate the alignment of the first lamp housing 100 and the second lamp housing 200, a second step 230 having a complementary shape may be provided at the junction between the two, and the first lamp housing 100 and the second lamp housing 200 are positioned in cooperation with each other through the second step 230.
In order to enhance the combination of the lamp cap and the lamp tube, it is preferable that the reinforcing structure 240 is provided at the joint portion of the first lamp cap 110 and the first lamp tube 120 and the joint portion of the second lamp cap 210 and the second lamp tube 220. The reinforcing structure shape, material and structure are not limited, and in some embodiments, at least a portion of the tube walls of each tube 120, 220 further extends into drive mounting chamber 300 to form an extension that is secured to the interior wall of drive mounting chamber 300 to form reinforcing structure 240.
The first lamp housing 100 and the second lamp housing 200 may be fixed by welding, bonding, screws, etc., and preferably, ultrasonic welding is used for fixing.

the lamp body comprises a first lamp body and a second lamp body which are respectively integrally formed and mutually buckled and fixed, the first lamp body comprises a first lamp cap and a first lamp tube, the second lamp body comprises a second lamp cap and a second lamp tube, the first lamp tube and the second lamp tube are of U-shaped structures and enclose a luminous element installation chamber, the first lamp cap and the second lamp cap enclose a driving installation chamber, and one side of the driving installation chamber, which is away from the luminous element installation chamber, is provided with a reserved opening;
the driving plate is fixed in the driving installation chamber;
a light emitting element connected to the drive board circuit and fixed to the light emitting element mounting chamber;
the pin board is embedded and fixed in the reserved opening, and pins connected with the drive board through a circuit are arranged on the pin board.
2. The LED lamp convenient to assemble according to claim 1, wherein the first lamp cap and the second lamp cap are provided with a first step at the inner edge part of the reserved opening, and the pin inserting plate is positioned and embedded in the first step.

7. The LED lamp of claim 1, wherein the first and second lamp housings are provided with complementary second steps at the interface of the first and second lamp housings, and the second lamp housing and the first lamp housing are positioned by the second steps.
8. The assembled LED lamp of claim 1, wherein the first lamp cap and the first lamp tube are joined together and the second lamp cap and the second lamp tube are joined together with a reinforcing structure.
9. The LED lamp of claim 8, wherein at least a portion of the tube wall of each tube extends further into the drive mounting chamber, and the extension is fixed to the inner wall of the drive mounting chamber and forms the reinforcing structure.
10. The LED lamp of claim 1, wherein the first lamp housing and the second lamp housing are fixed by ultrasonic welding.
