In each floor, the flue 1 is provided with at least a first installation-overhaul port 12 and a second installation-overhaul port 13, wherein the first installation-overhaul port 12 and the second installation-overhaul port 13 are square orifices on the flue 1; the first and second installation-service openings 12, 13 are detachably and interchangeably provided with a fire-protection check valve 2 and a screening deck 4, respectively.
Specifically, in each floor, the first installation-access opening 12 is located at an upper position of the tunnel 1, and the second installation-access opening 13 is located at a lower position of the tunnel 1.

Further, the building flue system provided in this embodiment further includes a hood 3 disposed at the top end of the flue 1 to prevent rain, snow and garbage from entering the flue 1 from the top end.

5. The building flue system of claim 4, wherein: the mounting flange comprises two sections of first flange components which are parallel to each other and are opposite to each other, and two sections of second flange components which are parallel to each other and are opposite to each other;
two sections of the first flange members are respectively abutted against the top and the bottom of the first installation-overhaul hole and/or the second installation-overhaul hole, and two sections of the second flange members are respectively abutted against the left and the right of the first installation-overhaul hole and/or the second installation-overhaul hole;
the first flange member can be inserted into and fixed with the second flange member.
