The detecting assembly 15 includes a ring gear mechanism 151 and a wheel speed detecting member 152, and the cooperation of the ring gear mechanism 151 and the wheel speed detecting member 152 can realize the detection of the vehicle speed of the motorcycle 100. For clarity of description of the technical solution of the application, front, rear, left, right, up and down are also defined as shown in fig. 1.
As one implementation, the running assembly 12 includes a rim mechanism 123, with the brake disc 141 and the ring gear mechanism 151 each connected to the rim mechanism 123, with the ring gear mechanism 151 disposed between the brake disc 141 and the rim mechanism 123. In the present embodiment, the brake disc 141 is provided on the outer side of the ring gear mechanism 151 to facilitate the attachment and detachment of the brake disc 141 and the brake mechanism 142, so that the assemblability of the brake disc 141 and the brake mechanism 142 can be improved, which is advantageous in improving the assemblability of the brake assembly 14. Wherein the outer side of the ring gear mechanism 151 refers to the side of the ring gear mechanism 151 away from the rim mechanism 123.
In the present embodiment, the axis of the running gear 12 is defined as the rotation axis, and the rim mechanism 123, the ring gear mechanism 151, and the brake disc 141 all rotate synchronously about the rotation axis, that is, the rotation axis of the brake disc 141, the rotation axis of the ring gear mechanism 151, and the rotation axis of the rim mechanism 123 are substantially identical, the minimum distance between the brake mechanism 142 and the rotation axis of the ring gear mechanism 151 is defined as a first distance D1, the maximum distance between the ring gear mechanism and the rotation axis of the ring gear mechanism 151 is defined as a second distance D2, and the ratio of the first distance D1 to the second distance D2 is greater than 0 and equal to or less than 1. Specifically, the ratio of the first distance D1 to the second distance D2 is 0.2 or more and 0.8 or less. More specifically, the ratio of the first distance D1 to the second distance D2 is greater than 0.4 and equal to or less than 0.6. Through the arrangement, the first distance D1 is smaller than or equal to the second distance D2, so that the detection accuracy of the detection assembly 15 is prevented from being reduced due to the fact that the ratio of the first distance D1 to the second distance D2 is too large, and the detection effect of the detection assembly 15 is improved; it is also possible to avoid the braking effect from being reduced due to the undersize of the braking mechanism 142 caused by the excessively large ratio of the first distance D1 to the second distance D2, thereby being beneficial to improving the braking effect of the braking mechanism 142. That is, by the above arrangement, the ring gear mechanism 151 and the brake mechanism 142 can have a mounting gap to avoid interference between the ring gear mechanism 151 and the brake mechanism 142 during the dismounting process, thereby being beneficial to improving the detection performance of the detection assembly 15 and improving the braking effect of the brake assembly 14. In addition, by the above arrangement, it is also possible to avoid interference with the mounting arrangement of the brake mechanism 142 due to an excessively large size of the ring gear mechanism 151 due to an excessively small ratio of the first distance D1 to the second distance D2, thereby contributing to improvement of the assembling performance of the brake mechanism 142 and the ring gear mechanism 151, and further contributing to improvement of the assembling performance of the motorcycle 100.
As an implementation, the brake mechanism 142 is at least partially disposed on a side of the brake disc 141 remote from the ring gear mechanism 151, the brake mechanism 142 is also at least partially disposed on a side of the brake disc 141 close to the ring gear mechanism 151, the brake mechanism 142 on a side of the brake disc 131 close to the ring gear mechanism 151 is defined as a first portion, the brake mechanism 142 on a side of the brake disc 131 remote from the ring gear mechanism 151 is defined as a second portion, and a minimum distance D3 between the first portion and a rotational axis of the brake disc 141 is greater than a minimum distance D1 between the second portion and a rotational axis of the brake disc 141. On the basis of the arrangement, the gear ring mechanism 151 is further arranged on the same side of the first part of the brake disc 141, so that a certain safety distance can be kept between the gear ring mechanism 151 arranged on the inner side and the brake mechanism 142, and the brake mechanism 123 can be prevented from interfering with the gear ring mechanism 151, thereby being beneficial to improving the working efficiency of the gear ring mechanism 151.

Specifically, the mounting portion 1411 may be detachably connected to the rim mechanism 123 by fasteners to fixedly connect the mounting portion 1411 and the brake disc 141, thereby improving the connection stability of the brake disc 141, the mounting portion 1411, and the rim mechanism 123. In addition, the number of the mounting portions 1411 may be set according to actual needs and different usage situations, so that the mounting portions 1411 and the rim mechanism 123 have stable connection strength.
In the present embodiment, the rim mechanism 123 is provided with a plurality of fixing portions 1231, and the mounting portion 1411, the connecting portion 1511, and the fixing portions 1231 are connected by fasteners. Specifically, the number of the fixing portions 1231, the mounting portions 1411, the connecting portions 1511 and the fastening members may be set to be the same, i.e., one fastening member is provided corresponding to one mounting portion 1411, one connecting portion 1511 and one fixing portion 1231, so that the mounting portions 1411, the fixing portions 1231 and the connecting portions 1511 are connected at the same point by the fastening members, and the mounting points of the mounting portions 1411, the connecting portions 1511 are integrated in the fixing portions 1231, i.e., the mounting steps of the connecting portions 1511, the mounting portions 1411 and the fixing portions 1231 are simplified, and additional mounting points are reduced, thereby facilitating the disassembly and assembly between the rim mechanism 123, the brake disc 141 and the ring gear mechanism 151, and facilitating the improvement of the assemblability of the rim mechanism 123, the brake disc 141 and the ring gear mechanism 151. In addition, by the above arrangement, the structure between the rim mechanism 123, the brake disc 141 and the ring gear mechanism 151 is simplified, thereby facilitating improvement of the weight reduction of the rim mechanism 123, the brake disc 141 and the ring gear mechanism 151, and further facilitating improvement of the weight reduction of the motorcycle 100, and facilitating control of the cost of the motorcycle 100.
As one implementation, the gear ring mechanism 151 further includes a gear ring body 1512, where the gear ring body 1512 is substantially a torus, and the connection portion 1511 is disposed at an outer edge of the gear ring body 1512. Specifically, the outer edge of the ring gear mechanism 151 in the present application refers to the outer edge of the ring gear body 1512, the inner edge of the brake disc 141 refers to the inner edge of the disc body 1412, and the diameter of the inner edge of the disc body 1412 is larger than the diameter of the outer edge of the ring gear body 1512, so that no overlapping portion is generated between the mounting portion 1411 and the ring gear body 1512 in the left-right direction of the motorcycle 100, so as to avoid the occurrence of the detection precision of the interference detection assembly 15 by the mounting portion 1411, and further facilitate the improvement of the detection effect of the detection assembly 15. The gear ring body 1512 and the disc body 1412 are connected to each other by the mounting portion 1411 and the connecting portion 1511, and a portion between the gear ring mechanism 151 and the brake disc 141 overlapping each other in the left-right direction of the motorcycle 100 is the mounting portion 1411 and the connecting portion 1511, so that the brake disc 141 does not interfere with the normal operation of the detection unit 15 and the gear ring mechanism 151, and the detection efficiency of the detection unit 15 is improved.
As one implementation, the brake mechanism 142 includes a mounting bracket 1421 and a floating caliper 1422, the floating caliper 1422 being used to brake the brake disc 141, the floating caliper 1422 being connected to the suspension assembly 13 by the mounting bracket 1421. Specifically, in the left-right direction of the motorcycle 100, the floating caliper 1422 is at least partially disposed on the left and right sides of the brake disc 141, the floating caliper 1422 and the brake disc 141 cooperate with each other to realize braking of the motorcycle 100, the floating caliper 1422 is detachably connected to the mounting bracket 1421 by a fastener, and the mounting bracket 1421 is detachably connected to the suspension assembly 13 by a fastener, so that the floating caliper 1422 and the mounting bracket 1421 are detached and mounted, thereby facilitating improvement of the assemblability of the brake mechanism 142, and further facilitating improvement of the assemblability of the motorcycle 100.
More specifically, suspension assembly 13 includes a connection end 133, connection end 133 being configured to connect to traveling assembly 12, connection end 133 being provided with a mounting point 1331, and mounting bracket 1421 being connected to suspension assembly 13 via mounting point 1331. In the present embodiment, the mounting bracket 1421 is detachably connected to the mounting point 1331 by a fastener, so that the mounting bracket 1421 and the connection end 133 are easily detached and mounted, thereby facilitating improvement of the assemblability of the mounting bracket 1421 and the connection end 133, and further facilitating improvement of the assemblability of the motorcycle 100.
As one implementation, the wheel speed detecting member 152 is provided on the connecting end 133, and the ring gear body 1512 is further provided with a detecting hole 1513 provided around the axis of the ring gear body 1512, and the wheel speed detecting member 152 and the detecting hole 1513 at least partially overlap in the left-right direction of the motorcycle 100. Specifically, the number of the detection holes 1513 may be set to be a plurality, the plurality of detection holes 1513 provided around the axis of the ring gear body 1512 are uniformly distributed on the ring gear body 1512, and the distance between the adjacent two detection holes 1513 is the same. Wherein, the wheel speed detecting member 152 is detachably connected to the connecting end 133 by a fastener, so that the maintenance and replacement of the wheel speed detecting member 152 are facilitated, thereby facilitating the improvement of the assemblability of the wheel speed detecting member 152 and the connecting end 133, and further facilitating the improvement of the assemblability of the motorcycle 100. More specifically, the brake disc 141 includes a hollowed-out portion 1413, and the wheel speed detecting member 152 at least partially penetrates through the connecting end 133 and the hollowed-out portion 1413 to cooperate with the gear ring mechanism 151, so that the wheel speed detecting member 152 can realize a detecting function of the detecting hole 1513, that is, the detecting hole 1513 is in a detecting range of the wheel speed detecting member 152, so that the wheel speed detecting member 152 can detect a vehicle speed of the motorcycle 100 through the detecting hole 1513, thereby being beneficial to improving a detecting precision of the wheel speed detecting member 152, and further being beneficial to improving a detecting efficiency of the detecting assembly 15.
As shown in fig. 2, as an implementation, the ring gear body 1512 is substantially disposed in the hollowed out portion 1413 as viewed along the direction of the rotation axis of the ring gear mechanism 151. Further, the outer diameter D4 of the ring gear body 1512 is set to 60mm or more and 72mm or less. With the above arrangement, interference with the mounting arrangement of the brake mechanism 142 due to an excessive outer diameter D4 of the ring gear body 1512 can be avoided, thereby contributing to an improvement in the layout rationality of the brake mechanism 142 and the ring gear mechanism 151, and thus to an improvement in the assemblability of the motorcycle 100; it is also possible to avoid undersize of the ring gear mechanism 151 due to too small outer diameter D4 of the ring gear body 1512, thereby avoiding reduction of detection accuracy of the detection assembly 15 due to too small detection hole 1513 provided on the ring gear mechanism 151, and further facilitating improvement of detection effect of the detection assembly 15.
As one implementation, the ratio of the outer diameter D4 of the ring gear body 1512 and the outer diameter D5 of the disc 1412 is set to 0.33 or more and 0.5 or less. Further, the ratio of the outer diameter D4 of the ring gear body 1512 to the outer diameter D5 of the disk 1412 is set to 0.37 or more and 0.46 or less. Further, the ratio of the outer diameter D4 of the ring gear body 1512 to the outer diameter D5 of the disk 1412 is set to 0.41. With the above arrangement, interference with the mounting arrangement of the brake mechanism 142 due to the fact that the ratio of the outer diameter D4 of the ring gear body 1512 to the outer diameter D5 of the disc body 1412 is excessively large, which results in a smaller assembly space of the brake disc 141, can be avoided, thereby contributing to improvement of the assemblability of the brake mechanism 142 and the ring gear mechanism 151; it is also possible to avoid that the ratio of the outer diameter D4 of the ring gear body 1512 to the outer diameter D5 of the disc 1412 is too small, which results in too small an outer diameter D3 of the ring gear body 1512, so as to avoid that the detection accuracy of the detection assembly 15 is reduced due to too small a detection hole 1513 provided on the ring gear mechanism 151, which is further beneficial to improving the detection capability of the detection assembly 15.
