In an embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and 6, a plurality of cutouts 121 are formed on the side edge of the stationary blade 120; the filling member 400 is provided with a plurality of comb teeth 410 corresponding to the plurality of shear cuts 121, and comb gaps 420 are formed between adjacent comb teeth 410, and each comb gap 420 is opposite to at least one shear cut 121.
In this embodiment, one combing gap 420 is opposite to at least one shear cut 121, and the width of the combing gap 420 may be made larger than the width of the shear cut 121. Taking the beard as the object to be sheared, the beard can be dispersed into a plurality of strands by the comb teeth 410 of the filling member 400 before the beard is sheared, so that the beard entering each shearing opening 121 of the fixed cutter 120 is more uniform, the beard is prevented from being sheared by partial shearing teeth, and the shearing difficulty of the other shearing teeth is higher. Claims (12)
1. A blade assembly for a hair trimmer, the blade assembly comprising:
the movable cutter can reciprocate along a preset direction and is provided with a shearing blade;
the fixed knife is provided with a shearing opening, and the shearing opening is used for enabling an object to be sheared to extend into and be matched with the shearing blade so as to cut the object to be sheared;
the fixed knife support comprises a plastic piece and a support frame which are connected with each other, and the fixed knife is fixedly connected with the support frame; and
the elastic pre-pressing part is positioned between the movable cutter and the plastic piece, can be connected with the plastic piece in a reciprocating manner along a preset direction, and is used for elastically pre-pressing the movable cutter to be attached to the fixed cutter.
2. The blade assembly of claim 1, wherein the resilient pre-load portion is a resilient cantilever extending obliquely downward from and away from the connecting portion; the plastic piece is positioned below the movable knife, and the lower end of the elastic cantilever is slidably connected with the plastic piece along a preset direction.
3. The blade assembly of claim 2, wherein the lower end of the resilient cantilever is formed with an arcuate pushing surface extending in a curved manner along the predetermined direction, the arcuate pushing surface abutting the top surface of the plastic member.
4. A blade assembly according to claim 3, wherein the connecting portion has at least one of the elastic cantilevers connected to each of both ends thereof in the predetermined direction; the two ends of the support frame in the preset direction are fixedly connected with one plastic piece respectively; the connecting part is fixedly connected to the middle part of the movable knife in the preset direction; the arc pushing surface of the elastic cantilever is correspondingly abutted to the top surface of the plastic piece.
5. The blade assembly of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the support frame is of a metallic material and the plastic member is welded to the support frame.
6. The blade assembly of claim 5, wherein the support frame comprises two oppositely disposed side plates and a cantilever beam connecting the bottoms of the two side plates, the side plates extending in the predetermined direction; the plastic piece comprises a sliding connection main body and a first hot melting column connected to the bottom wall of the sliding connection main body; the cantilever beam is provided with a via hole corresponding to the first hot-melt column, and the first hot-melt column is adaptively welded in the via hole so as to fixedly connect the plastic piece and the support frame; the support spring piece is slidably connected with the sliding connection main body.
7. The blade assembly of claim 6, further comprising a decorative piece fixedly connected to two ends of the fixed blade along a preset direction, wherein a positioning column is arranged on the decorative piece, and a positioning hole matched with the positioning column is formed in the sliding main body.
8. A hair trimmer cutter head comprising a cutting unit, a blade assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 7 and a housing, said housing having a mounting opening, said blade assembly and said cutting unit being mounted at said mounting opening.
9. A hair trimmer cutter head according to claim 8 wherein said hair trimmer cutter head further comprises a filler member mounted at said mounting opening and circumferentially disposed about said blade assembly to fill a gap between said blade assembly and a periphery of said mounting opening; the plastic part of the blade assembly at least partially extends out of the supporting frame of the blade assembly to be fixedly connected with the filling part.
10. A hair trimmer cutter head according to claim 9 wherein said plastic member has a second heat stake on a bottom wall thereof, said filler member having heat stake holes corresponding to said second heat stake, said second heat stake extending out of said support frame for fitting within said heat stake holes.
11. A hair trimmer cutter head according to claim 9 or claim 10 wherein a plurality of cutouts are provided in the side edges of the stationary blade of the blade assembly; the filling piece is provided with a plurality of comb teeth corresponding to the plurality of shear cuts, a carding gap is formed between every two adjacent comb teeth, and each carding gap is opposite to at least one shear cut.
12. A hair trimmer according to any one of claims 8-11 comprising a drive mechanism and a hair trimmer head, the drive shaft of said drive mechanism being drivingly connected to the cutting unit and the movable blade of said blade assembly.
