The fixed blade comprises an upper fixed blade and a lower fixed blade, a slot is formed between the two fixed blades, and the movable blade is inserted into the slot and driven by a driving mechanism to reciprocate along the slot to form shearing with the fixed blade. In order to achieve a better cutting effect by cutting shorter hairs, a supporting structure (a fixed blade seat) used in cooperation with a fixed blade needs to be arranged to increase the strength of the fixed blade, so that the phenomenon that the moving blade shakes or jumps when the moving blade is used due to the fact that the fixed blade bends and deforms in the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the moving blade is avoided.
