The dual-purpose roller of the workover rig comprises a left bearing seat 1, a right bearing seat 2, a push disc clutch 4, a driving sprocket 7, a brake hub 8, a driving shaft 6 and a roller main body 3 (see figure 1 of the specification).
A roller main body 3 is arranged between the left bearing seat 1 and the right bearing seat 2 which are symmetrically arranged. A push disc clutch 4 is arranged on one side of the right bearing seat 2. The push-disc clutch 4 is an existing device that is outsourced.
The drum body 3 includes an inner drum 9, a rope groove plate 10, a sleeve 11, an end plate 12, a side plate 14, and a coupling plate 13 (see fig. 3 of the specification).
The rope groove plate 10 is attached to the circumferential surface of the inner roller 9 by screws. The drive shaft 6 is connected to the support sleeve 16 by means of a key way 18 and a flat key. So when the transmission shaft 6 rotates, the supporting disc 5 drives the roller main body 3 to synchronously rotate.
A transmission chain wheel 7 is arranged on a transmission shaft 6 between the right bearing seat 2 and the push disc clutch 4 through a bearing; the drive sprocket 7 is connected with the push disc clutch 4.
The dual-purpose roller of the workover rig can drive the driving sprocket 7 to rotate through a chain when the power mechanism of the workover rig works, and the driving sprocket 7 can transmit power to the transmission shaft 6 through the push disc clutch 4 in the rotating process of the driving sprocket 7 and drive the transmission shaft 6 to synchronously rotate. In the rotation process of the transmission shaft 6, the roller main body 3 can be driven to synchronously rotate. The well repair operation can be completed in the rotation process of the roller main body 3. When the pumping operation is required, the rope groove plate 10 is disassembled.
