The elastic member 3 is arranged between the conveying part 2 and the supporting frame 1. One side of the elastic member 3 abuts against the top surface of the support frame 1, and the other side abuts against the bottom surface of the conveying section 2, so that the impact force applied to the carrier roller holder 21 is absorbed by elastic deformation of the elastic member itself.
The elastic piece 3 is arranged between the conveying part 2 and the supporting frame 1, wherein the conveying part 2 is used for conveying objects, when the objects are conveyed on the conveying part 2, impact force generated after the objects fall on the conveying part 2 is downwards transmitted through the carrier roller support 21 in contact with the objects, the impact force is transmitted to the elastic piece 3, the elastic piece 3 absorbs the impact force through self deformation allowance, and meanwhile, the elastic piece returns to the original state after the objects are conveyed through self deformation, the carrier roller support 21 is prevented from being separated due to self rigid elastic force, the damage to the device caused by the impact force is effectively avoided, and the stability of the whole device in the working process is improved.
Based on the above elastic buffer conveying device, the present application provides examples of some specific embodiments, and on the premise of not contradicting each other, each example may be arbitrarily combined to form a new elastic buffer conveying device, and it should be understood that, for a new handle box formed by combining any examples, all the examples should fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In some embodiments, the elastic elements 3 are provided with a plurality of groups, the plurality of groups of elastic elements 3 are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the plurality of groups of carrier roller brackets 21, each group of elastic elements 3 is respectively in one-to-one correspondence with each group of carrier roller brackets 21, and when an object passes through each carrier roller bracket 21, buffering is respectively carried out through different elastic elements 3, so that the buffering effect on the carrier roller brackets 21 in the whole process is effectively improved.

In this embodiment, when two sets of support frames 1 are provided, each set of elastic members 3 may be provided with two sets of elastic members 3, the two sets of elastic members 3 are respectively provided at the bottoms of the two sets of support frames 1, and the two sets of support frames 1 are on the same horizontal plane, so that the support frames 21 at corresponding positions are buffered by each set of elastic members 3.

In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the idler cradle 21 comprises: the roller frame 211 comprises a plurality of vertically arranged supporting rods 212, and the supporting rods 212 are arranged at intervals; the number of the carrier roller pieces 214 is set to be plural, the plural carrier roller pieces 214 are respectively set between two adjacent support rods 212 in a rotating manner, wherein the number of the support rods 212 is determined according to the number of the carrier roller pieces 214, when each group of carrier roller support 21 comprises one carrier roller piece 214, the support rods 212 can be set to be two, the carrier roller pieces 214 span between the two support rods 212, when each group of carrier roller support 21 comprises plural carrier roller pieces 214, the number of the support rods 212 is one more, the carrier roller pieces 214 are respectively set between the two adjacent support rods 212 in a rotating manner, for example, in the embodiment, the carrier roller pieces 214 are set to be three, the support rods 212 are set to be four, wherein the two carrier roller pieces 214 on two sides are set in an inclined rotation manner, one end, close to each other, of the two carrier roller pieces 214 on two sides are set in a downward inclination, and the other carrier roller piece 214 is set between the two sides in a horizontal rotation manner, so that the carrier roller support 21 which is concave downwards is formed, and objects to be prevented from sliding to two sides are avoided.
