and an upper cover (202), wherein the upper cover (202) is arranged on the fixed box main body (201), and the upper cover (202) can be opened or closed relative to the fixed box main body (201).

the washing area is corresponding to the bottom wall surface of the fixed box main body (201) and is provided with a plurality of first water passing portions (3), and the washing area is communicated with the water outlet (104) through the first water passing portions (3).
