The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
In addition, the technical features involved in the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
As shown in fig. 1, the cleaning apparatus of the present embodiment includes a housing, a first cleaning region 10, a second cleaning region 20, a first spray structure 30, and a second spray structure 40. Wherein the first washing zone 10 and the second washing zone 20 are located within the housing and the second washing zone 20 is located within the first washing zone 10. The first spraying structure 30 and the second spraying structure 40 are arranged in the shell, the first spraying structure 30 corresponds to the first cleaning area 10, and the second spraying structure 40 corresponds to the second cleaning area 20.
With the technical scheme of the embodiment, when the cleaning device only needs to clean a small amount of tableware, the tableware is placed in the second cleaning area 20, and the second spraying structure 40 is opened simultaneously, so that only the second cleaning area 20 is washed, and the waste of water and electricity is reduced. When the dirt of part of the tableware is serious, the tableware is placed in the second cleaning area 20, and the first spraying structure 30 and the second spraying structure 40 are opened simultaneously, so that the tableware is cleaned by the two spraying structures together, and the cleaning effect is enhanced. When the washing device washes a large quantity of dishes and the dirt is not serious, the dishes are placed in the first washing zone 10 (or the second washing zone 20), and only the first spray structure 30 is activated. Therefore, the structure enables the application mode of the cleaning device to be more various, water and electricity waste can be reduced when a small amount of tableware is cleaned, and the cleaning effect can be enhanced when the tableware dirt is serious. Therefore, the technical scheme of the embodiment solves the defects of water and electricity waste and poor cleaning capability of the dishwasher in the technology.
The second cleaning region 20 is located within the first cleaning region 10, which means that the second cleaning region 20 overlaps with a portion of the first cleaning region 10. As can be seen in connection with fig. 1, a portion of the first cleaning zone 10 is the second cleaning zone 20. Further, the second cleaning region 20 may be partitioned from the first cleaning region 10 by a partition structure such as a baffle, a barrier net, or the like, or may not be partitioned by a partition structure, for example, a user may be notified by a color that a certain portion in the first cleaning region 10 is the second cleaning region 20.
It should be noted that the first spray structure 30 corresponds to the first cleaning region 10, which means that the spray range of the first spray structure 30 is adapted to the first cleaning region 10. Similarly, the second spraying structure 40 corresponds to the second cleaning region 20, which means that the spraying range of the second spraying structure 40 is matched with the second cleaning region 20. Since the second cleaning zone 20 is located within the first cleaning zone 10, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the extent of the second spray pattern 40 is less than that of the first spray pattern 30, and that the first spray pattern 30, when in operation, may also spray into the second cleaning zone 20.
In addition, for the household electrical appliance, it is common to have a housing structure made of plastic or metal, and the housing structure is not shown in this embodiment, and does not affect the understanding of the technical solutions in this embodiment by those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the solution of the present embodiment, the first spraying structure 30 and the second spraying structure 40 are arranged in a staggered manner along the spraying direction. Specifically, since the first and second shower structures 30 and 40 are both rotary shower structures in the present embodiment, in order to prevent the two from interfering with each other when they are rotated, they need to be arranged in a shifted manner in the shower direction. The spraying direction means a direction substantially along which the water flow is sprayed. For example, in the present embodiment, as can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, the water flows of the first spraying structure 30 and the second spraying structure 40 are ejected upward, so that the first spraying structure 30 and the second spraying structure 40 are arranged in a staggered manner in the up-down direction. In some embodiments, not shown, the first spray pattern 30 and the second spray pattern 40 are offset in the horizontal direction if the water flow is emitted in the horizontal direction.
It should be noted that in some embodiments, which are not shown, the first spray structure 30 and the second spray structure 40 may not be arranged in a staggered manner. For example, when the second cleaning region 20 is located in the middle of the first cleaning region, and the first spraying structure 30 and the second spraying structure 40 are both ring-shaped structures, the first spraying structure 30 may be disposed around the second spraying structure 40, and the two spraying structures are not necessarily disposed in a staggered manner. Or, the first spraying structure 30 is a fixed structure, and when the spraying range of the first spraying structure 30 is large, the first spraying structure 30 and the second spraying structure 40 may be arranged side by side, and the arrangement in a staggered manner is not required.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the solution of the present embodiment, the first spraying structure 30 includes a first spraying arm 31, the first spraying arm 31 is rotatably disposed in the housing, and the first spraying arm 31 is provided with a first spraying hole 32. Specifically, the middle portion of the first nozzle arm 31 is rotatably provided (e.g., by a rotating shaft). The first spray holes 32 are spaced apart from each other, and when the first spray arm 31 rotates, the first spray holes 32 can flush the first cleaning region 10. Further, the diameter of the first spray arm 31 is approximately matched with the size of the first cleaning area 10, and considering that the water flow is sprayed and spread outwards, the diameter of the first spray arm 31 is slightly smaller than the size of the first cleaning area 10, but when the first spray arm 31 rotates, most of the inside of the first cleaning area 10 can still be cleaned.
Of course, the first spray structure 30 may take other forms and is not necessarily limited to a rotating spray arm structure. For example, the first spray pattern 30 may be a fixedly disposed linear pattern, a bent or curved pattern, a ring pattern, or the like. Still alternatively, the first spray structure 30 may be a plurality of spray headers arranged in an array, and so on.
As shown in fig. 1, in the solution of the present embodiment, a first nozzle hole 33 is formed in the first nozzle arm 31, and a direction of a central axis of the first nozzle hole 33 and an extending direction of the first nozzle arm 31 have a predetermined angle on a rotation plane of the first nozzle arm 31. Specifically, the first spray arm 31 has a hollow structure, and the first spray hole 32 and the first driving nozzle 33 are both communicated with the hollow portion. When water is injected into the first spray arm 31, the water can be sprayed from the first spray holes 32 and the first driving spray holes 33 by pressure. Further, the center line of the first driving nozzle hole 33 extends in a vertical direction, thereby allowing the water current to wash the dishes upward. The central axis of the first driving nozzle hole 33 forms an angle with the vertical direction and forms an angle with the extending direction of the first nozzle arm 31. Therefore, when the water is sprayed from the first driving nozzle 33, a driving force in a radial direction is provided to the first spray arm 31, so that the first spray arm 31 rotates. The predetermined angle is preferably 90 degrees, but other angles may be used. Preferably, the first nozzle arm 31 is provided with first driving nozzle holes 33 at both ends thereof, and the two first driving nozzle holes 33 are opened in opposite directions.
Of course, the first nozzle arm 31 may be rotated in other manners, such as by a motor, and therefore, in some embodiments not shown, the first nozzle arm 31 may not be provided with the first driving nozzle 33.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the solution of the present embodiment, the second spraying structure 40 includes a second spraying arm 41, the second spraying arm 41 is rotatably disposed in the housing, and the second spraying arm 41 is provided with a second spraying hole 42. The second spray arm 41 is provided with a second driving nozzle hole 43, and on a rotation plane of the second spray arm 41, a central axis direction of the second driving nozzle hole 43 and an extension direction of the second spray arm 41 have a preset angle. Specifically, the structure and the operation principle of the second spray arm 41 are the same as those of the first spray arm 31, and thus, the description thereof is omitted.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the length of the second spray arm 41 is smaller than the length of the first spray arm 31. Specifically, as described above, since the second cleaning region 20 is located within the first cleaning region 10, it is apparent that the second cleaning region 20 is smaller than the first cleaning region 10. The second spray arm 41 is used for rinsing the second cleaning region 20 and is therefore smaller in size than the first spray arm 31. When the dishes are small, the dishes may be placed in the second washing zone 20, and only the second spray arm 41 is activated. Compared with the prior art that only one large spray arm is arranged, the cleaning mode is more energy-saving and environment-friendly.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the second spray arm 41 is located below the first spray arm 31. Specifically, since both the spray arms are of a rotary structure, the first spray arm 31 and the second spray arm 41 are arranged to be displaced in the vertical direction in order to prevent interference between the spray arms during operation. Further preferably, the rotation axis of the first spray arm 31 is offset from the rotation axis of the second spray arm 41. The above structure prevents the second spray arm 41 from interfering with the rotation axis of the first spray arm 31 when rotating.
As shown in fig. 2, in the technical solution of this embodiment, the cleaning device further includes a water inlet pipe, the water inlet pipe includes a first water inlet branch pipe 50 and a second water inlet branch pipe 60, the first water inlet branch pipe 50 is communicated with the first spray arm 31, the second water inlet branch pipe 60 is communicated with the second spray arm 41, wherein the first water inlet branch pipe 50 and the second water inlet branch pipe 60 are provided with a switch structure 70. Specifically, the first water inlet branch pipe 50 and the second water inlet branch pipe 60 can be simultaneously supplied with water by controlling the opening and closing states of the two opening and closing structures 70; or the first water inlet branch pipe 50 is enabled to be filled with water, and the second water inlet branch pipe 60 is not filled with water; or the first water inlet branch pipe 50 does not feed water, and the second water inlet branch pipe 60 feeds water. According to the state, the first spray arm 31 and the second spray arm 41 can be controlled to work simultaneously; or the first spray arm 31 works, and the second spray arm 41 does not work; or the first spray arm 31 is not operated and the second spray arm 41 is operated. Of course, it is also possible to provide the switch structure 70 only on the first and second water inlet branch pipes 50 and 60. Preferably, the switch structure 70 is a straight-through valve.
According to the above configuration, the operation mode of the cleaning apparatus in the present embodiment includes:
first, general cleaning mode:
placing the dishes in the first and second washing zones 10 and 20 (or in the first washing zone 10 only) allows only the first spray arm 31 to operate. The mode is suitable for the condition that tableware is more.
Secondly, a local cleaning mode:
the dishes are placed in the second washing zone 20 with only the second spray arm 41 being operated and the second spray arm 41 only rinsing the second washing zone 20. The mode is suitable for the condition that tableware is few, and has the characteristic of saving water and electricity.
Thirdly, a powerful cleaning mode:
the tableware is placed in the second cleaning area 20, the first spray arm 31 and the second spray arm 41 work simultaneously, and the two water flows of the two spray arms simultaneously wash the second cleaning area 20, so that the impact force is large. This mode is suitable for some cases where the tableware is heavily soiled.
As shown in fig. 3, in the solution of the present embodiment, the cleaning device further comprises a first cleaning basket 80 and a second cleaning basket 90. Wherein the space within the first wash basket 80 forms the first wash zone 10. A second wash basket 90 is disposed within the first wash basket 80, the space within the second wash basket 90 forming the second wash zone 20. Specifically, both cleaning baskets include a bottom wall and side walls, and the size of the first cleaning basket 80 is larger than the size of the second cleaning basket 90, thereby allowing the second cleaning basket 90 to be placed inside the first cleaning basket 80.
As shown in fig. 3, the second wash basket 90 is detachably disposed in the first wash basket 80 in the present embodiment. Specifically, the second wash basket 90 is detachably connected to the first wash basket 80 by a snap-fit structure, and is installed at a position corresponding to the second spray arm 41 described above. Further, when the washing apparatus is in the above-described general washing mode, the second washing basket 90 may be detached and the dishes may be placed in the first washing basket 80. When the washing apparatus uses the partial wash mode and the power wash mode as described above, the user may first place dishes in the second wash basket 90 and then install the second wash basket 90 on the first wash basket 80. It is further preferred that the location within the first wash basket 80 corresponding to the second wash zone 20 may be indicated by a different color, thereby prompting the user for the mounting location of the second wash basket 90.
Of course, in some embodiments, not shown, the second wash basket 90 may also be non-removable. For example, it is also possible to form the second wash basket 90 by two screens separated from the first wash basket 80.
Preferably, the second wash basket 90 is disposed at an edge of the first wash basket 80. The arrangement mode is convenient for the installation and the disassembly of the buckle structure. Of course, the second wash basket 90 may be disposed at other locations on the first wash basket 80, such as in the middle of the first wash basket 80.
Preferably, the washing device in this embodiment is a dishwasher.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.
