Background
Fan assemblies are a common component of air conditioning equipment. For example, the main components of an air duct machine are a heat exchanger and a fan assembly. The reinforcement structure 42 includes a plurality of bar-shaped pressing protrusions 4233 forming a grid structure provided at the scroll mounting portion 411, which enhances connectivity between the intersecting bar-shaped pressing protrusions 4233, and is more advantageous in improving the overall structural strength of the fan mounting plate 4 and the local structural strength of the scroll mounting portion 411. As shown in fig. 1 to 7, in the fan mounting plate of some embodiments, the fan mounting plate 4 includes a main plate body 41, and the scroll mounting portion 411 and the motor mounting portion 412 are located on the main plate body 41; the reinforcing structure 42 includes a flange 421, and the flange 421 is integrally provided at an edge of the main board body 41.
The provision of the flange 421 facilitates the improvement of the overall structural strength of the fan mounting plate 4. The overall structural strength of the fan mounting plate 4 is improved, and the manufacturing deformation, the transportation deformation, the assembly deformation, the motion vibration transmission and the like of the fan mounting plate 4 are controlled.
As shown in fig. 1-7, in some embodiments of the fan mounting plate, the flange 421 forms a closed structure along the edge of the main plate body 41; and/or the outward flange 421 extends in a direction towards the second side of the fan mounting plate 4.
The turned-up edge 421 forms a closed structure along the edge of the main board 41, so that the structural strength of the main board 41 in all directions can be improved, thereby being beneficial to improving the overall structural strength of the fan mounting board. The extension of the outward flange 421 towards the second side of the fan mounting plate 4 is advantageous for avoiding interference of the outward flange 421 with the structures such as the volute 1 and the motor 3 supported by the fan mounting plate 4.
As shown in fig. 1-7, in the fan mounting plate of some embodiments, the fan mounting plate 4 includes two volute mounting portions 411, and the motor mounting portion 412 is located between the two volute mounting portions 411.
As shown in fig. 1-7, in some embodiments, the fan mounting plate 14 has a plate thickness of 0.7mm to 1.0mm. For example, the fan mounting plate of the embodiment shown in fig. 1-7 is made of a plate with a thickness of 0.75mm, and can have approximately the same supporting structural strength as a flat plate type fan mounting plate with a thickness of 1.15mm under the condition that the materials of the supporting volute, the fan blades and the motor are the same.
The cross-sectional shapes and pressing dimensions of the bar-shaped pressing protrusions 4233 and the transition pressing protrusions 426 perpendicular to the extending direction thereof may be selected as required, for example, the cross-sectional shapes may be any shapes that can improve the strength of the fan mounting plate 4, such as arc, trapezoid, triangle, U-shape, etc. The pressing width can be 3 times, 5 times, etc. the thickness of the plate. The pressing depth may be, for example, 1.2 times, 1.5 times, 2 times, etc. the thickness of the sheet material.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the embodiment of the present application further provides a fan assembly. The fan assembly comprises a volute 1, a fan blade 2, a motor 3 and a fan mounting plate 4 of the embodiment of the application. The fan blade 2 is positioned in the volute 1. The motor 3 is in driving connection with the fan blade 2. The spiral case 1 is installed in spiral case installation department 411 and opening 411A communicates with air outlet 1A of spiral case 1, and motor 3 is installed in motor installation department 412 and all is located the first side of fan mounting panel 4 with spiral case 1.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the fan assembly includes two volutes 1 and two fan blades 2 corresponding to the two volutes 1. The motor is in driving connection with the two fan blades 2. The fan mounting plate 4 includes two scroll mounting portions 411 corresponding to the two scroll 1, respectively, and the motor mounting portion 412 is located between the two scroll mounting portions 411. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the motor 3 is mounted at a middle position of the fan mounting plate 4 in the left-right direction, and a set of spiral case 1 and fan blades 2 are mounted at the left and right parts of the fan mounting plate 4. Wherein the left-right direction is the left-right direction of fig. 1 to 7.
The embodiment of the application also provides air conditioning equipment, which comprises the fan assembly. Air conditioning systems include, for example, air duct indoor units, which include heat exchangers and fan assemblies.
The fan assembly and the air conditioning equipment have the advantages of the fan mounting plate.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present application and not for limiting the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to preferred embodiments, those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that: modifications may be made to the specific embodiments of the present application or equivalents may be substituted for part of the technical features, which are all included in the scope of the technical solutions claimed herein.

Claims (19)

1. A fan mounting plate for a fan assembly having first and second sides disposed opposite one another, comprising:
a volute mounting portion (411) having an opening (411A), the volute mounting portion (411) being configured to mount a volute (1) of the fan assembly on a first side of the fan mounting plate and the opening (411A) being for communication with an air outlet (1A) of the volute (1); and
a motor mount (412) configured to mount a motor (3) of the fan assembly on a first side of the fan mount plate;
wherein the fan mounting plate (4) comprises a stamped reinforcing structure (42).
2. The fan mounting plate according to claim 1, characterized in that the reinforcement structure (42) comprises a deep-drawn mounting groove (423) in the volute mounting portion (411) of the fan mounting plate (4), the opening (411A) being located on a bottom wall (4231) of the mounting groove (423).
3. The fan mounting plate according to claim 2, characterized in that a bottom wall (4231) of the mounting indent (423) protrudes towards the direction of the second side of the fan mounting plate (4).
4. A fan mounting plate according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the strengthening structure (42) comprises at least one bar-shaped pressing protrusion (4233) provided at the volute mounting portion (411).
5. The fan mounting plate of claim 4 wherein,
the reinforcement structure (42) includes a plurality of the strip-shaped pressing protrusions (4233) forming a grid structure provided at the volute mounting portion (411); and/or
The strip-shaped pressing protrusions (4233) protrude toward the second side of the fan mounting plate (4); and/or
The reinforcing structure (42) comprises a mounting pressing groove (423) formed by deep drawing of the volute mounting part (411) of the fan mounting plate (4), and the strip-shaped pressing protrusions (4233) are located on the bottom wall (4231) of the mounting pressing groove (423).
6. The fan mounting plate of any of claims 1-5, wherein the reinforcement structure (42) includes at least one bar-shaped indent (424) provided in the motor mounting portion (412), the bar-shaped indent (424) having a motor mounting hole (424A) provided therein.
7. The fan mounting plate of claim 6 wherein,
the strip-shaped pressing groove (424) protrudes towards the second side of the fan mounting plate (4); and/or
The reinforcing structure (42) comprises a mounting pressing groove (423) formed in a deep drawing mode at the volute mounting part (411) of the fan mounting plate (4), and the strip-shaped pressing groove (424) extends to the edge of the mounting pressing groove (423) towards one side close to the mounting pressing groove (423); and/or
The strengthening structure (42) comprises two strip-shaped pressing grooves (424) which are arranged at intervals, the strengthening structure (42) further comprises an avoidance pressing groove (425) which is arranged between the two strip-shaped pressing grooves (424), and the avoidance pressing groove (425) protrudes towards the direction of the second side of the fan mounting plate (4).

The fan mounting plate according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the reinforcement structure (42) further comprises at least one transition pressing protrusion (426), the transition pressing protrusion (426) extending from the volute mounting portion (411) to the motor mounting portion (412).
9. The fan mounting plate of claim 8 wherein,
the transition pressing projection (426) projects toward the second side of the fan mounting plate (4); and/or
The strengthening structure (42) comprises a mounting pressing groove (423) formed by deep drawing of the volute mounting part (411) of the fan mounting plate (4), two ends of the transition pressing protrusion (426) are respectively positioned on the motor mounting part (412) and the bottom wall (4231) of the mounting pressing groove (423), and the middle part of the transition pressing protrusion (426) is positioned on the side wall (4232) of the mounting pressing groove (423); and/or
The at least one transition pressing protrusion (426) comprises a first transition pressing protrusion and a second transition pressing protrusion which are arranged side by side, wherein the end part of the first transition pressing protrusion, which is positioned on the volute mounting part (411), is opposite to the edge of the opening (411A), which is close to the motor mounting part (412), and the end part of the second transition pressing protrusion, which is positioned on the volute mounting part (411), is side by side with the edge of the opening (411A), which is adjacent to the edge, which is close to the motor mounting part (412).
10. The fan mounting plate according to any of claims 1 to 9, wherein the reinforcement structure (42) comprises an inner flange (422), the inner flange (422) being integrally provided to an edge of the opening (411A).
11. The fan mounting plate of claim 10 wherein,
the inner flange (422) is positioned on one side of the opening (411A) close to the motor mounting portion (412); and/or
-the inner flange (422) extends towards the second side of the fan mounting plate (4); and/or
The inner flange (422) is inclined or curved from the edge of the opening (411A) in a direction away from the opening (411A).
12. The fan mounting plate of any of claims 1 to 11 wherein,
the fan mounting plate (4) comprises a main plate body (41), and the volute mounting part (411) and the motor mounting part (412) are positioned on the main plate body (41);
the reinforcing structure (42) comprises a flanging (421), and the flanging (421) is integrally arranged at the edge of the main board body (41).
13. The fan mounting plate of claim 12 wherein,
the flanging (421) forms a closed structure along the edge of the main plate body (41); and/or
The outward flange (421) extends in a direction towards the second side of the fan mounting plate (4).
14. The fan mounting plate according to any one of claims 1 to 13, characterized in that the fan mounting plate (4) comprises two of the volute mounting portions (411), the motor mounting portion (412) being located between the two volute mounting portions (411).
15. The fan mounting plate according to any one of claims 1 to 14, characterized in that the plate thickness of the fan mounting plate (4) is 0.7mm to 1.0mm.
16. A fan assembly, comprising:
a volute (1);
the fan blades (2) are positioned in the volute (1);
a motor (3) in driving connection with the fan blade (2); and
the fan mounting plate (4) of any of claims 1 to 15;
the volute (1) is mounted on the volute mounting portion (411) and the opening (411A) is communicated with an air outlet (1A) of the volute (1), and the motor (3) is mounted on the motor mounting portion (412) and is located on the first side of the fan mounting plate (4) together with the volute (1).
17. The fan assembly of claim 16 wherein the fan assembly comprises,
the fan assembly comprises two spiral cases (1) and two fan blades (2) corresponding to the two spiral cases (1);
the motor is in driving connection with the two fan blades (2);
the fan mounting plate (4) comprises two volute mounting parts (411) corresponding to the two volutes (1) respectively, and the motor mounting part (412) is positioned between the two volute mounting parts (411).
18. An air conditioning apparatus comprising the blower assembly of claim 16 or 17.
19. The air conditioning apparatus of claim 18, wherein the air conditioning apparatus comprises an air duct engine, the air duct engine comprising a heat exchanger and the fan assembly.
