It should be noted that the front side in this embodiment is a side facing the outdoor unit air outlet, and correspondingly, the left and right sides are left and right sides relative to the outdoor unit air outlet.
Example 1
In the present embodiment, there is provided an outdoor unit for an air conditioner, comprising: the shell comprises a chassis 3, and a hollow structure 31 for draining water is arranged on the chassis 3; and the outdoor heat exchanger assembly, the diapire and the lateral wall of heat transfer chamber are enclosed to the preset height department of outdoor heat exchanger assembly above 3 chassis, and outdoor heat exchanger assembly includes first heat exchanger 1 and second heat exchanger 2, wherein: the first heat exchanger 1 is laid above the base plate 3 to form the bottom wall of the heat exchange cavity; the second heat exchanger extends along the side of the first heat exchanger 1 to form a rear side wall and a left side wall which enclose the heat exchange cavity. After the second heat exchanger is additionally arranged on the base plate 3, the heat exchange area of the outdoor side of the air conditioner is increased under the condition that the volume of an outdoor unit of the air conditioner is not changed, so that the refrigerating capacity is increased, or the volume of the outdoor unit is reduced while the same refrigerating capacity is realized, and the effects of improving the efficiency and reducing the cost are achieved. It should be noted that, because the second heat exchanger is designed to enclose the left side wall and the rear side wall in this embodiment, after a symmetric deformation is adopted, the second heat exchanger may also be enclosed to enclose the right side wall and the rear side wall, which is an equivalent deformation of the above structural shape, and the subsequent partition plates and other devices may also be correspondingly adaptively set, which is not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 1, the chassis 3 is a main body for carrying all the components of the modular air conditioner, and also carries the first heat exchanger 1, the second heat exchanger 2 and their related fixing structures adopted in the present embodiment; an L-shaped or C-shaped second heat exchanger 2 (the L-shaped first heat exchanger 1 is used in the schematic diagram) is vertically arranged on the chassis 3 and is fixed with the chassis 3 through a side plate by a screw; the flat plate type first heat exchanger 1 is horizontally placed on the chassis 3 and is fixed with the chassis 3 through the side plate of the first heat exchanger 1.
Compare with the domestic air conditioner chassis of conventionality, have large tracts of land hollow out construction 31 on this chassis (if set up to a plurality of louvres etc.), it can be big as early as possible to require heat radiating area on the chassis under the circumstances that material strength and rigidity satisfy, for guaranteeing the effective heat transfer of first heat exchanger 1, preferably: the total area of the heat dissipation holes on the chassis exceeds 60% of the windward area of the horizontally placed first heat exchanger 1, and the efficient heat exchange area of the first heat exchanger 1 is increased. This design makes the whole fretwork of chassis immediately discharge water, has solved under the special operating mode comdenstion water and has detained and lead to freezing the problem that needs additionally carry out chassis electrical heating on the chassis from the source. It should be noted that the hollowed-out structure 31 may also be a large heat dissipation hole.
Specifically, in some optional manners, the outdoor unit further includes: the first heat exchanger 1 side plate 11 is arranged at the matching part of the left side of the first heat exchanger 1 and the lower side of the left side wall so as to fix the first heat exchanger 1 and the second heat exchanger 2; and/or a second heat exchanger side plate 21, the second heat exchanger side plate 21 being disposed at the right side of the rear side wall to fix the second heat exchanger 2, and communicating the first heat exchanger 1 and the second heat exchanger 2 through a bent pipe 211 and the like thereon.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: as shown in fig. 5, the first heat exchanger 1 and the second heat exchanger 2 are connected. The inlet and outlet of the first heat exchanger are fixed by the opening on the second heat exchanger side plate. In the actual production process, the second heat exchanger, the side plate and the inlet and outlet pipelines of the second heat exchanger are preassembled, and the first heat exchanger, the side plate and the inlet and outlet pipes of the first heat exchanger are preassembled. Therefore, when the assembly is carried out, the chassis 3 is firstly placed, the second heat exchanger is vertically placed and is limited and fastened with the chassis 3 by screws, then the first heat exchanger 1 is placed, the inlet and outlet pipe of the first heat exchanger is placed at the buckling position of the side plate 21 of the second heat exchanger, the two heat exchangers are connected by the elbow 211, and then the partition plate 4 is installed.

Further, the first heat exchanger side plate 11 is provided with a wind shielding plate 112, and the wind shielding plate 112 extends along the matching position of the left side of the first heat exchanger 1 and the lower side of the left side wall. In this embodiment, the wind shield 112 makes the corners of the enclosed heat exchange cavity have a certain sealing effect, so as to prevent or reduce the wind sent into the heat exchange cavity from leaking out at the corners, thereby enhancing the heat exchange effect. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: as can be seen from fig. 2 and 4, the first heat exchanger side plate 11 is pre-installed at the left end of the first heat exchanger and is made of a simple sheet metal material. Because the fins of the left-end elbow of the first heat exchanger cannot be fully covered, the wind shield 112 of the first heat exchanger side plate 11 is attached to the two heat exchanger fins, so that ineffective air leakage is effectively reduced. In addition, the one end that is located the bending junction between back lateral wall and the left side wall of deep bead can also be set up to the echelonment structure in order to shelter from to the wind of heat transfer intracavity, and this mode has not only realized fixing two heat exchangers, still makes the overall structure of heat exchanger subassembly more pleasing to the eye.
Preferably: the first heat exchanger side plate 11 is provided with a stopper 113. The stopper 113 is used for separating the first heat exchanger from the second heat exchanger and limiting the second heat exchanger after the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger are matched. The presence of the stop 113 of the first heat exchanger ensures a safe clearance between the two heat exchangers.
A limiting hole 111 is formed in the first heat exchanger side plate 11, and the limiting hole 111 is used for being matched with a limiting column (not shown in the figure) on the chassis 3 to fix the first heat exchanger. It should be noted that, the matching mode of the limiting block and the limiting column is one of the modes easy to mount and dismount, and in this embodiment, the limiting block and the limiting column are not limited to be fixed only in the matching mode, and other dismounting modes such as a buckle can be used.
The specific functional structure of the fan system of the outdoor unit comprises: a grid 7, a panel component, a motor, a fan blade and the like. This embodiment uses the innovation structure to make up into panel components with domestic air conditioner dustcoat and fan mount integration to install motor and supporting fan blade reverse on novel fan mount.

When the fan system runs, the motor rotates reversely to drive the fan blades to rotate in the positive direction, and wind is blown out towards the grille 7, so that the same heat exchange effect as that of a conventional household air conditioner is achieved. The invention has the advantages that: 1. the outer cover of the household air conditioner outdoor unit is integrated with the fan fixing frame, so that the production process and the production cost are reduced; 2. the fan fixing frame is miniaturized, the structure is simplified, the same motor fixing effect is achieved, and the effect of saving material cost is achieved; 3. the space occupied by the fan fixing frame is reduced, which is beneficial to further miniaturization of the shell of the household air conditioner outer shell. It should be noted that the miniaturization of the fan fixing frame only means that the volume of the fan fixing frame used in the air conditioner outdoor unit in the patent proposal is smaller than that of the conventional fan fixing frame on the market, the number of sheet metal raw materials is small, and the cost is saved.
Referring to fig. 8, the blower holder is connected to the housing by a plurality of support arms 611, wherein the number of the support arms 611 is not fixed, and in this example, the number of the support arms 611 is 6. The form of support arm 611 recommends and uses C type, U type or V type etc. take groove structure, when making things convenient for sheet metal component production, increases bearing structure's intensity when reducing the area of keeping out the wind on the one hand, and on the other hand lets the motor line walk the line through the convenience in the recess. The V-shaped support arm 611 used in this example, and rounded at the sharp corners, minimizes drag loss on the way when the operating wind blows against the fan mount.
The chassis 3 is provided with a chassis boss 32, and the chassis boss 32 is used for supporting and fixing the outdoor heat exchanger assembly at a preset height. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: many places on chassis are equipped with chassis boss 32 for place vertical second heat exchanger and horizontally first heat exchanger, guarantee that the heat exchanger places steadily, except that chassis boss 32 department a small amount of contact is fixed the heat exchanger fin all unsettled, increase the heat transfer that ventilates.
