壶通常是用陶瓷或金属制成的容器，它包括壶身，设在壶身上的壶口、壶嘴、壶把，壶盖，用来盛液体。如水壶、茶壶、酒壶、咖啡壶、喷壶等。不论何种壶，其壶口平面均为水平面，这是公认的传统技术。但当人们从壶中倒出液体时，经常发生如下的情况：液体满时，它会从壶口溢出；液体少时，不小心，壶盖又会从壶口滑落，造成壶盖或其他东西损坏，给使用带来不便。
本实用新型的目的，就在于克服现有传统技术的缺点，公开一种在倒出液体时，既不怕它溢出，也不担心壶盖滑落的斜口壶的设计方案。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：它包括壶身，设在壶身上的壶口、壶嘴、壶把，壶盖，其特征在于：壶口平面在壶嘴方向向上倾斜，与水平面形成夹角θ。
由于本实用新型的壶口平面在壶嘴方向向上倾斜，当它盛满液体时，液面总是低于壶嘴方向的壶口面，在倒出液体时，即使壶身倾斜，但液面也不易高于壶口面，因此，液体不会从壶口溢出。同样，当液体少时，在倒出时，即使壶身倾斜90°，壶盖也不会与水平面垂直，因此，不必担心壶盖从壶口滑落。使用十分方便。
下面结合附图与例倒进一步阐述本实用新型的具体实施。

当本实用新型为一种水壶时，请参见图1，它包括壶身1，在壶身上设有壶口2、壶嘴3、壶把4，壶盖5，其特征在于壶口2平面在壶嘴3方向向上倾斜，与水平面形成一个夹角θ，从理论上讲，θ的角度大，对克服上述缺点有利，但最好不超过45°，否则会影响造型美观，不过也不应小于10°，否则就不能满足要求。因此一般为10°＜θ≤45°。壶把4的两端基本上设在壶口2的两边，壶把体在壶口的上方，它与壶嘴基本在一个竖直平面内。当水壶为烧水水壶时，其壶把也应随壶口倾斜而倾斜，这样可带来如下效果：由于蒸汽总是向上，所以这种壶烧水中的蒸汽只能喷在壶把的前部，因而手触的中部不会太烫，而现有的水壶往往存在手把抓手部分太烫，使用困难。
例二：茶壶
当本实用新型为一种茶壶时，请参见图2，它基本和图1一样，所不同的是大多数茶壶的壶把4设在壶身上与壶嘴3相对的一边，它们基本在同一竖直面内。

1、一种斜口壶，包括壶身，设在壶身上的壶口、壶嘴和壶把，壶盖，其特征在于：壶口平面在壶嘴方向向上倾斜，与水平面形成一夹角θ。
2、如权利要求1所述的壶，其特征在于：夹角θ一般为10°＜θ≤45°。
3、如权利要求1所述的壶，其特征在于：壶把的两端设在壶口的两边，壶把体在壶口上方，它与壶嘴基本在同一竖直面内，且随壶口倾斜而倾斜。
