Referring to fig. 2 and 3, wherein the placement member 21 includes a base 211 and a protrusion 212, the protrusion 212 is integrally connected to an upper side of the base 211 such that a vertical section of the placement member 21 has a "convex" shape. The protruding portion 212 is provided with a first limiting groove 213, the first limiting groove 213 is used for limiting the placement of the hanging hook 9, the protruding portion 212 is also provided with two second limiting grooves 214, and the second limiting grooves 214 are used for limiting the placement of the installation nut seat 10.
A first through groove 221 is formed on one side of the first clamping piece 22 near the base 211, so that the first clamping piece 22 can be abutted against the protruding portion 212, and clamping on one side of the hook 9 is achieved. In actual operation, the hanger 9 is placed in the first limiting groove 213 and is overlapped on the upper side of the base 211, the mounting nut seat 10 is placed in the second limiting groove 214 and is overlapped on the upper side of the base 211, the first driving member 3 drives the first clamping member 22 to be close to the placing member 21, so that one side of the hanger 9 is clamped between the first clamping member 22 and the protruding portion 212, and meanwhile, the second driving member 4 drives the second clamping member 23 to be close to the placing member 21, so that the other side of the hanger 9 is clamped between the second clamping member 23 and the protruding portion 212, thereby limiting the hanger 9 to move in the welding process, and further improving the welding quality between the hanger 9 and the mounting nut seat 10.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, an arc-shaped first clamping groove 222 is formed on a side of the first clamping member 22 near the protruding portion 212 to be fitted to a side of the hook 9, so that the side of the hook 9 is clamped between the first clamping member 22 and the protruding portion 212 more stably. Similarly, an arc-shaped second clamping groove 232 is formed on one side of the second clamping piece 23, which is close to the protruding portion 212, so as to be attached to the other side of the hook 9, and the other side of the hook 9 is clamped between the second clamping piece 23 and the protruding portion 212 more stably.
In some embodiments, the two sides of the lower end of the protruding portion 212 are recessed to form a yielding groove 215, and the yielding groove 215 is communicated with the first limiting groove 213, and the two sides of the hook 9 are clamped by the first clamping piece 22 and the second clamping piece 23, so that the two sides of the hook 9 are close to each other, the yielding groove 215 provides a yielding space for the hook 9, so that the two sides of the hook 9 are closer to each other, the contact area between the hook 9 and the mounting nut seat 10 is increased, and welding between the hook 9 and the mounting nut seat 10 is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the welding fixture further includes a slide rail 5, a first slider 6, and a second slider 7, where the slide rail 5 is fixedly connected to the mount 1 and disposed along a length direction of the mount 1. The first slider 6 and the second slider 7 are slidably connected to the sliding rail 5, and the first clamping member 22 is fixedly connected to the first slider 6, so that the first driving member 3 drives the first clamping member 22 to move more stably, and the second clamping member 23 is fixedly connected to the second slider 7, so that the second driving member 4 drives the second clamping member 23 to move more stably, and stability of the hook 9 clamped between the first clamping member 22 and the protruding portion 212 and between the second clamping member 23 and the protruding portion 212 is improved.
In some embodiments, the number of the fixing assemblies 2 is plural, and three fixing assemblies 2 are illustrated as an example, and the three fixing assemblies 2 are disposed at intervals along the first direction. And, welding jig still includes coupling assembling 8, and coupling assembling 8 includes first connecting piece 81 and second connecting piece 82, and first connecting piece 81 is used for connecting three first holder 22 to realize the synchronous motion of three first holder 22, and second connecting piece 82 is used for connecting three second holder 23 to realize the synchronous motion of three second holder 23.
