The housing assembly 100 includes a housing 10 and an electronic control box 30. The housing 10 is a main body portion of the housing assembly 100, and may have a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, for example. The housing 10 may be made of stainless steel or thermoplastic, which has good weather resistance and stability, and can effectively protect devices disposed inside the housing 10. The housing 10 is provided with an inner cavity (not shown in the drawings) and a through hole 11 communicating with the inner cavity. The inner cavity is for mounting and accommodating electrical components of the apparatus, and the through hole 11 is opened on one surface of the housing 10.
The electronic control box 30 is an electronic controller of the device that primarily controls the operation of the electrical components in the interior cavity. The electronic control box 30 mainly comprises a microprocessor, a power supply, an input/output interface, a protection circuit and other components, and the components work cooperatively to control the normal operation of the equipment.
The electronic control box 30 includes a box body 301 and a cover body 302. The box 301 is a structure of the electronic control box 30 for accommodating components such as a microprocessor, a power supply, a protection circuit, and the like. The box 301 is disposed in the inner cavity and connected to the housing 10. The shape of the case 301 is not limited, and may be, for example, a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape provided with a mounting chamber 303. The mounting chamber 303 penetrates one side of the case 301 to form a mounting opening 304, the mounting opening 304 corresponds to the position of the through hole 11, and the mounting opening 304 is exposed to the housing 10 through the through hole 11. With the above arrangement, a worker can repair or replace parts inside the installation cavity 303 via the through hole 11 and the installation port 304. The cover 302 is a structure of the electronic control box 30 for covering the box 301, the cover 302 is disposed outside the housing 10 and covers the through hole 11 and the mounting opening 304, and the cover 302 is detachably connected to the housing 10.
