The electric clothes airing machine is a household article which generates driving force through a motor and is intelligent, the clothes airing machine has common application in daily life, and the general clothes airing machine can bear clothes, caps, bed quilts, life clothes and other fabric articles, so that a relatively automatic and intelligent fabric airing function is provided for users.
As known from the background art, in the related art of the airing machine, the airing machine generally adopts hard airing to realize a fabric airing function, while part of the airing machine is used for adapting to the airing requirements of different types of fabrics so as to achieve the purposes of improving the applicability of products and expanding the application of the airing machine, the airing machine is also provided with an airing rope 30, and the airing rope 30 generally adopts a winder to store the airing rope. However, in order to ensure that the airing rope 30 has a sufficient length to adapt to the airing requirements of different fabrics, the volume of the winder is designed to be relatively large, and the larger-volume winder is exposed out of the airing machine, so that the appearance of a product is affected, parts related to the applied product or external objects such as the airing fabrics are easily interfered, and meanwhile, the elastic mechanism inside the coil is easy to fatigue along with the increase of the using time length and the using times, so that the airing rope 30 cannot be stored, and the using experience of a user is affected. For this purpose, the present embodiment provides the following.
The embodiment provides a receive and release module of clothing sunning rope, this receive and release module can be applied to the house equipment product that has fabric sunning function such as airing machine to improve the commonality of relevant equipment product through sunning rope 30, satisfy different class fabric sunning demands. Meanwhile, the winding and unwinding module is also used for solving a series of problems that the winding and unwinding module of the fabric airing rope 30 and the fabric airing equipment such as an airing machine applied by the winding and unwinding module cannot store the airing rope 30 along with the increase of the using time length and the using times, the external winding and unwinding module influences the appearance of a product, and interference is easily generated between the winding and unwinding module and other parts of the equipment product, external objects such as airing fabrics and the like by changing the module structure for winding and unwinding the airing rope 30 and optimizing the winding and unwinding process of the airing rope 30.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, in the present embodiment, the winding and unwinding module for the drying rope 30 includes a first support member 10 and a second support member 20, wherein the first support member 10 and the second support member 20 are movably connected along the telescopic direction, and it is understood that the relative movement of the first support member 10 and the second support member 20 in the telescopic direction can achieve that the first support member 10 and the second support member 20 are at a relatively close or relatively far position. It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the extending and contracting direction may be, but is not limited to, a straight direction and a curved direction, specifically, the extending and contracting direction mainly includes an extending and contracting direction, the extending and contracting direction is two opposite directions, the extending and contracting direction mainly means that the second supporting member 20 extends from most of the end portion of the first supporting member 10 to the extending position outside the first supporting member 10, and the direction in which the extending and contracting retracted extending and contracting position moves (as indicated by an arrow of fig. 5, the extending direction) gradually decreases from the second supporting member 20 exposed from the end portion of the first supporting member 10; the outward extending direction refers to a direction in which the second support member 20 moves from the retracted position in which the end portion of the first support member 10 is retracted to the outward extending position in which most of the second support member 20 extends beyond the first support member 10 (the "inward extending direction" indicated by the arrow in fig. 6), and the second support member 20 exposed from the end portion of the first support member 10 gradually increases. While it will be appreciated from the foregoing description that the second support member 20 is not entirely within the first support member 10, or entirely coincident with the first support member 10, when the second support member 20 is in the retracted position, it will be appreciated that in this condition the second support member 20 may have at least a portion extending beyond the end of the first support member 10, however, under the definition of this embodiment, the amount of extension of the second support member 20 beyond the end of the first support member 10 is greater when the second support member 20 is in the extended position than when the second support member 20 is in the retracted position.
In the above embodiment, when the storage module is applied to an equipment product having a fabric airing function such as a clothes airing machine, the first support member 10 and the second support member 20 may be used to provide a fabric airing position, for example, a plurality of clothes hangers, hooks for hanging clothes hangers, and other functional components having a fabric hanging function are provided on the first support member 10 and the second support member 20 at intervals. According to the above embodiment, the first support member 10 and the second support member 20 are movably connected in the telescopic direction, so that the two support members have the function of being capable of reciprocating between the extended position and the retracted position, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing or expanding the fabric airing space. It will be appreciated that the manner of the movable connection between the first support member 10 and the second support member 20 includes, but is not limited to, a sleeve structure sleeved on the first support member and the second support member, or a guiding structure is disposed on the outer side of the first support member and the second support member, so that the first support member and the second support member are slidably connected in a side-by-side manner along the extension and retraction direction.
In this embodiment, for the convenience of understanding, the end of the second support member 20 facing away from the first support member 10 is the first end thereof, and it may be understood that the end of the second support member 20 extending from the first support member 10 in the extended position is the first end thereof, the end of the second support member 20 near the first support member 10 is the second end thereof, and it may be understood that the end of the second support member 20 for maintaining engagement with the first support member 10 is the second end thereof.
With continued reference to fig. 3-6, the winding and unwinding module further includes a drying rope 30, and according to the above embodiment, it can be appreciated that the drying rope 30 is used to cooperate with the first support member 10 and the second support member 20, so as to expand the application of the fabric drying device for winding and unwinding the quick lock, and improve the universality thereof, and besides hanging and drying the fabric through the fabric drying positions provided by the first support member 10 and the second support member 20, the user can also use the drying rope 30 to dry different fabrics, such as hanging and drying relatively large-sized fabrics (such as a quilt) by the functional components such as hangers on the first support member 10 and the second support member 20, so that the user can provide a wider drying space for the fabric through the drying rope 30, thereby meeting the drying requirement of the fabric.
The airing rope is connected to the first support member 10 and exposed from the first end of the second support member 20 to the outside of the winding and unwinding module, when the second support member 20 is in the retracted position, the second support member 20 restrains the airing rope 30 so that the airing rope 30 is retracted inside the second support member 20, and when the second support member 20 is in the extended position, the second support member 20 releases the airing rope 30 so that the airing rope 30 can be pulled out from the first end of the second support member 20.
In an embodiment, in order to achieve the function of winding and unwinding the drying rope 30 in the winding and unwinding module, the second support member 20 is provided with a first winding portion 22 near the second end thereof, the first winding portion 22 can move along with the second support member 20 along the extending and retracting direction relative to the first support member 10, and since the first winding portion 22 is provided near the second end of the second support member 20, the first winding portion 22 is located near the first support member 10 regardless of whether the second support member 20 is in the extended position or the retracted position, for example, when the first support member 10 and the second support member 20 adopt an inner-outer sleeved movable connection mode, the first winding portion 22 is kept located inside the first support member 10 or on the outer periphery of the first support member 10; when the first support member 10 and the second support member 20 are movably connected in parallel along the extending and contracting direction, the first winding portion 22 is maintained on one side of the first support member 10, and the first winding portion 22 moves along the direction in which the first support member 10 is disposed according to the relative movement of the first support member 10 and the second support member 20 along the extending and contracting direction.
In connection with the above embodiment, the airing string 30 is disposed around at least part of the first winding portion 22, in this example, the first winding portion 22 is configured to act on the airing string 30 in a state of being extended out of the second supporting member 20 and to be received back into the first supporting member 10 and the second supporting member 20 in the extending direction during the relative movement of the first supporting member 10 and the second supporting member 20 in the extending direction, especially in the retracting direction, and it is understood that the airing string 30 is maintained in a state of being disposed at least partially around the first winding portion 22 in any one of the extended position, the retracted position, and the extended position of the second supporting member 20 and the retracted position of the first supporting member 10.
Under the constraint of the above state, one end of the airing rope 30 is connected to the first support member 10, the other end of the airing rope 30 is exposed from the first end of the second support member 20 to the outside of the winding and unwinding module, specifically, after the one end of the airing rope 30 is connected to the first support member 10, the airing rope 30 is extended to the first end direction of the second support member 20 and finally exposed from the end of the second support member 20 after bypassing one side of the first wire wrap portion 22 facing away from the first end of the second support member 20.
In the technical solution provided in the above embodiment, taking the application of the retraction module to a clothes drying machine as an example, when the clothes drying machine is in a normal use state, the first support member 10 and the second support member 20 are in an retracted position, the second support member 20 does not need to extend from the end of the first support member 10, only a conventional drying position is provided by the first support member 10, and when the drying position of the clothes drying machine needs to be widened, the second support member 20 can extend from the end of the first support member 10 to an extended position in an extending direction, so as to provide more fabric drying positions for users, during this process, the first wire-wrapping portion 22 moves along with the second support member 20 in the extending direction relative to the first support member 10, and because a wire-wrapping relationship is not formed between the side, which is close to the first end of the second support member 20, of the first wire-wrapping portion 22 and the drying rope 30, in this process, no interaction occurs between the first wire-wrapping portion 22 and the drying rope 30, that is, and the wire-wrapping portion 30 does not move along with the first wire-wrapping portion 22, and the first wire-wrapping portion moves in the final direction, and the first wire-wrapping portion moves away from the first wire-wrapping portion 30, and the wire-wrapping portion is in the free state, and the relative to the drying position is in the extended position, and the relative to the drying position.
In the above embodiment, when the user needs to use the airing rope 30 to air other kinds of fabrics, the user can pull out the airing rope 30 in a free and relaxed state from the position of the first end on the second support member 20 along the extending direction, so that the winding and unwinding module releases the airing rope 30, different airing position structures are provided for the user, and the airing requirements of the user on different kinds of fabrics are met. In this receive and release module, when needs utilize sunning rope 30 to hang put the fabric, the pull-out of sunning rope 30 need not overcome the elastic force like the elastic mechanism in the winder, i.e. the paying-off of sunning rope 30 can not produce great effort to sunning rope 30 itself, play good guard action to sunning rope 30 to a certain extent, thereby effectively prolong the life of sunning rope 30, and, can keep sunning rope 30 in the condition of not using in first supporting member 10 and second supporting member 20, thereby can avoid receive and release mechanism external and lead to producing the condition of interference with other spare part or sunning fabric, reduce the installation space that receive and release mechanism took, make the product wholeness stronger, also can provide the protection to sunning rope 30, provide good dustproof function for sunning rope 30, thereby effectively prolong the life of sunning rope 30, improve user's use experience. The first winding portion 22 can limit the extension length of the drying rope 30 during the process of pulling out the drying rope 30 from the second support member 20, and when the drying rope 30 extends from the first end of the second support member 20 to the limit position, the drying rope 30 is lower than the side of the first winding portion 22 away from the first end of the second support member 20.
When the drying rope 30 is in the process of extending to the limit position from the second supporting member 20, and in the process of moving the second supporting member 20 from the extending position to the shrinking position, the first winding and unwinding part 22 can drive the drying rope 30 to retract to the position on the second supporting member 20 along the shrinking direction in a manner that one side of the side, away from the first end of the second supporting member 20, of the drying rope 30 is propped against the drying rope 30 in the shrinking position in the process of moving the second supporting member 20 along the shrinking position, so that the second supporting member 20 can be accommodated in the accommodating process, the accommodating process of the second supporting member 20 is completed without mechanical parts such as a winder, the structure is simple and compact, compared with a winder adopted in the related art, the winding and unwinding module has lower cost, can still provide a stable winding and unwinding function of the drying rope 30 after long-time use and multiple use, solves the problem that the elastic mechanism of the winder is invalid, and the accommodating is not in place, thereby being beneficial to large-scale application of the airing machine.
In addition, when the second support member 20 is at the storage position, the first wire-wrapping portion 22 can stably restrict the drying rope 30 within the first support member 10 and the second support member 20, so that the storage space of the drying rope 30 is saved, and the drying rope 30 is prevented from being separated from the storage module without any accident.
In order to make the stability of the retraction module for restraining the drying rope 30 higher, structural components with restraining and limiting functions such as a fastening structure and the like may be disposed between the first support member 10 and the second support member 20, so that the first support member 10 and the second support member 20 may be restrained and limited to an extended position or a retracted position by the fastening structure, and relative displacement of the first support member 10 and the second support member 20 in the extended position or the retracted position is prevented. When the two are required to switch the position states, the user can apply the acting force along the retraction direction or the extension direction to at least one of the two, so that the acting force of the functional components such as the fastening structure is overcome, and the purpose of separating the first support member 10 from the second support member 20 from the corresponding position states is realized.
In the above embodiment, it can be known that the length of the extension of the drying rope 30 from the first end of the second support member 20 can be limited by the position of the first wire-wrapping portion 22, which serves to restrict the drying rope 30 to the first support member 10 and the second support member 20 and prevent the drying rope 30 from excessively extending. In order to further restrict the position of the drying rope 30, the second support member 20 and the drying rope 30 may further be provided with a restricting structure to restrict the limit position of the drying rope 30 to be retracted into the second support member 20 along the retraction direction, so as to ensure that at least a portion of the drying rope 30 is always kept in a state of being exposed from the first end of the second support member 20, thereby providing a holding and stretching position and a position to be connected to another drying rope 30 or an external support, and for this purpose, the present embodiment provides the following technical means that can achieve the above object:
1. The first end of the second support member 20 is provided with a first constraint structure, the first constraint structure is configured to be in limit fit with the airing rope 30 to limit the limit position of the movement of the airing rope 30 along the retraction direction, the specific structure of the first constraint structure can be determined according to the fit structure between the first support member 10 and the second support member 20 and the specific structure of the second support member 20, for example, in the embodiment of the socket fit between the first support member 10 and the second support member 20, the first constraint structure can be designed to be a structure for blocking at least part of the end of the second support member 20 so that the airing rope 30 cannot be completely retracted into the second support member 20 through the first constraint structure by limiting the size of the end of the second support member 20;
2. the second constraint structure is arranged on the airing rope 30, and can be in limit fit with the first end of the second support member 20, and the second constraint structure is configured to be in limit fit with the first end of the second support member 20 so as to limit the limit position of the airing rope 30 moving along the retraction direction, and the second constraint structure can be designed into a structure with the outer diameter size larger than the outer diameter size of the airing rope 30, so that when the end of the airing rope 30 is retracted to be close to the first end of the second support member 20, the aim of constraining the retraction direction of the airing rope 30 can be achieved by abutting the second constraint structure on the end of the second support member 20;
Of course, the specific configurations of the first constraint structure and the second constraint structure are not limited thereto, and it should be understood that any structure capable of implementing the constraint of the limit position of the movement of the drying rope 30 along the retraction direction is included in the protection scope of the present utility model.
3. The first end of the second support member 20 is provided with a first constraining structure and correspondingly the drying line 30 is provided with a second constraining structure, it being understood that in this embodiment the first constraining structure and the second constraining structure may be in a positive fit to achieve the same functionality described above.
By means of any of the above embodiments and the manner that the first winding portion 22 is provided on the second support member 20, the purpose that the limit position of the drying rope 30 stretching along the stretching direction and the limit position of the receiving and resetting along the retracting direction are restricted is achieved, so that the drying rope 30 can be retracted and released in the retraction module through the above structure, and meanwhile, a stable matching relationship between the drying rope 30 and the second support member 20 is maintained, and the drying rope 30 is prevented from being separated from the retraction module or completely retracted into the retraction module due to misoperation of the drying rope 30 or the retraction module.
Taking the above-mentioned sleeved and matched structure form as an example, please refer to fig. 3-8, a telescopic hole 11 extending along the telescopic direction is formed in the first supporting member 10, a first hole 111 communicating with the telescopic hole 11 is formed at an end of the first supporting member 10 in the telescopic direction, in order to realize the movable connection between the second supporting member 20 and the first supporting member 10 in the telescopic direction, the outer diameter size of the second supporting member 20 needs to be set to be smaller than the structure form of the hole size of the telescopic hole 11, so that the second supporting member 20 can be movably inserted into the telescopic hole 11 through the first hole 111, the telescopic direction of the second supporting member 20 relative to the first supporting member 10 is restrained through the telescopic hole 11, and in some embodiments, in order to improve the relative stability between the second supporting member 20 and the first supporting member 10, the outer peripheral structure of the second support member 20 is also configured to be matched with the structure of the telescopic hole 11, so as to ensure that the relative movement of the first support member 10 and the second support member 20 can relatively be stabilized in the telescopic direction defined in this embodiment, reduce or even avoid the relative movement between the first support member 10 and the second support member 20 in other directions, for example, the cross-sectional shape of the telescopic hole 11 is designed to be rectangular, and the outer peripheral cross-sectional shape of the second support member 20 is correspondingly configured to be matched with the rectangular, thereby enabling the second support member 20 to perform telescopic movement in the telescopic hole 11 relative to the first support member 10, and simultaneously being capable of forming constraint limits on the relative degrees of freedom of the second support member 20 and the first support member 10 in the radial direction and the circumferential direction, although the circular cross-sectional shape can restrict the degrees of freedom of the first support member 10 and the second support member 20 in the radial direction, it is difficult to ensure that the airing positions provided by the first support member 10 and the second support member 20 are located on the same side of the housing module, and the use experience of the user may be affected.
In the above embodiment, the first winding portion 22 can move along the expansion and contraction direction in the expansion and contraction hole 11 along with the second support member 20, and the movable sleeve-joint matching manner can not only improve the structural compactness of the winding and unwinding module, but also protect and prevent dust from being generated by the second support member 20, the first winding portion 22 and the drying rope 30 disposed thereon to a certain extent in the storage state, thereby avoiding the influence of dust accumulated by the drying rope 30 when extending out of the second support or dust rubbed from the first winding portion 22 on the dried fabric.
Of course, in other embodiments, the first support member 10 and the second support member 20 are also not excluded from being engaged in a movable sleeve manner, but the second support member 20 is sleeved outside the first support member 10.
With continued reference to fig. 3 to 8, in order to enable the drying rope 30 to be smoothly drawn out of the winding and unwinding module, in the embodiment in which the second support member 20 is movably connected to the first support member 10 through the telescopic hole 11, a cavity 21 is formed in the second support member 20, and the cavity 21 extends along the length direction of the second support member 20 and penetrates through the first end and the second end of the second support member 20, so that after one end of the drying rope 30 is located at the telescopic hole 11 and connected to the first support member 10, the drying rope 30 extends from the telescopic hole 11 to the other end through one end of the cavity 21, and is exposed from the cavity 21 to the outside of the second support member 20.
In the embodiment where the first support member 10 and the second support member 20 are in a sleeved fit, it can be understood that, in order to be in a fit with the first support member 10, one end of the drying rope 30 needs to be located in the telescopic hole 11, and the drying rope 30 is connected to the first support member 10 from one end to the other end, and then is in a wire-wrapped fit with at least a portion of the first wire-wrapped connection portion 22, so that, in order to enable the drying rope 30 to smoothly form a wire-wrapped fit relationship with the first wire-wrapped connection portion 22, interference with a position of the second support member 20 located at a cavity opening of the cavity 21 in a state where the drying rope 30 is wrapped around the first wire-wrapped connection portion 22 is avoided, in this example, the first wire-wrapped connection portion 22 is preferably located outside the cavity 21, and the drying rope 30 enters the interior of the second support member 20 through one end of the cavity 21 after being wrapped around the first wire-wrapped connection portion 22. Of course, in other embodiments, the present solution does not exclude embodiments in which the first wire wrap 22 is arranged within the cavity 21.
According to the above-mentioned embodiments, the second support member 20 is movably connected to the first support member 10 in a penetrating manner, and the drying rope 30 is further connected to the cavity 21 formed by the telescopic hole 11 and the second support member 20 in a penetrating manner, so that the compactness of the winding and unwinding module is further improved, and compared with the embodiments in which the drying rope 30 is arranged between the first support member 10 and the second support member 20, or the drying rope 30 is arranged outside the first support member 10 and the second support member 20, the utility model can achieve the above-mentioned effects, and can also play a role of protecting the drying rope 30 from dust, avoiding the interference between the drying rope 30 and the external object of the winding and unwinding module, and ensuring that the winding and unwinding of the drying rope 30 can be smoothly performed in the telescopic hole 11 and the cavity 21 when the first support member 10 and the second support member 20 move relatively.
In an embodiment, according to the technical solution provided above, in combination with the technical solution that is provided with the constraint structure to achieve the purpose of limiting the limit position of the drying rope 30 in the retraction direction, the first end of the second support member 20 is provided with the plug 23, and the plug 23 is provided with the avoidance portion 231 that is communicated with the cavity 21 and the outside of the second support member 20, so that the drying rope 30 can extend out of the outside of the second support member 20 through the avoidance portion 231 in the cavity 21, and the drying is ensured to provide a normal drying function. Correspondingly, the projection of the plug 23 along the telescopic direction is at least partially overlapped with the projection of the telescopic hole 11 along the telescopic direction, so that the plug 23 can restrict the limiting position of the second support member 20 along the telescopic direction relative to the first support member 10 while ensuring that the airing rope 30 can normally extend or retract along the telescopic direction relative to the second support member 20 through the avoidance part 231 on the plug 23, avoiding excessive retraction of the second support member 20 to affect its re-movement relative to the first support member 10 in the extension direction, and limiting the extreme position of the second support member 20 in the retraction direction, also enables the extreme position between the first wire wrap 22 and the connection of one end of the drying rope 30, thereby also constraining the extreme position of the drying rope 30 in the retraction direction.
In the embodiment provided with the restraining structure, the plug 23 in this embodiment may also be used as the first restraining structure provided on the second support member 20, so that the plug 23 can restrain the limit position of the second support member 20 in the retraction direction, and can also restrain the other end of the drying rope 30, so that the other end of the drying rope 30 can be blocked on the plug 23 when approaching the second support member 20, and the drying rope is prevented from being completely retracted into the cavity 21.
In the technical solution provided in the foregoing embodiment, it can be known that, in addition to the limit position that the first winding portion can restrict the extension of the drying rope 30 from the second support member 20 in different position states, the second support member 20 also plays a role of pushing the drying rope 30 to be stored back into the second support member 20 during the movement of the second support member 20 in the retraction direction, so during the use of the retraction module, a certain friction is generated between the first winding portion 22 and the drying rope 30, and in order to reduce the friction force generated between the drying rope 30 and the first winding portion 22, the drying rope 30 is protected, so that the service life of the drying rope 30 is not reduced due to the excessive friction force between the first winding portion 22, and the portion (the side of the first winding portion 22 facing away from the first end of the second support member 20 in this embodiment) of the first winding portion 22 acting on the drying rope 30 can be configured as a structure capable of expanding the contact area of the two.
Referring to fig. 5 to 8, according to the above description, the first wire-wrapping portion 22 in this example is a pulley rotatably connected to the second support member 20, in an embodiment, a guiding groove is formed at an outer peripheral portion of the pulley around a rotation axis of the pulley, the guiding groove can act on the drying rope 30 when the second support member 20 moves along the retraction direction, so that the drying rope 30 can be stably kept in a state of being matched with the first wire-wrapping portion 22, and in this embodiment, when the first wire-wrapping portion 22 is in a pulley structure, the first wire-wrapping portion 22 can rotate along with the drying rope 30 according to a friction force direction, so that friction between the first wire-wrapping portion 22 and the drying rope 30 is reduced, the surface of the drying rope 30 is effectively protected from being worn down with the increase of the use time and the number of times, and meanwhile, the pulley structure is circular, so that the surface of the drying rope 30 is further protected from being worn down by the drying rope 30, and the surface of the drying rope 30 is further protected from being worn down.
Further, the rotation axis of the first winding portion 22 is perpendicular to the extending and retracting direction of the second supporting member 20, so as to ensure that the drying rope 30 can be guided by the rotation of the first winding portion 22 when moving along the extending and retracting direction. It will be appreciated that, as viewed in the projection of the retracting mechanism in the retracting direction, the rotation axis of the first winding portion 22 may be set at any angle to the retracting direction, and, illustratively, the rotation axis of the first winding portion 22 may be set in the vertical direction or in the horizontal direction. As shown in fig. 5 to 8, in order to save the internal space in the present embodiment, the rotation axis of the first winding connection portion 22 is disposed along a horizontal plane on the basis of being perpendicular to the extension and retraction direction, so that the pulley structure is disposed along the vertical direction, thereby saving the installation space of the extension and retraction module or the airing machine in the width direction.
In addition to any of the above embodiments, in order to further improve stability between the drying rope 30 and the second support member 20, as shown in fig. 5 to 8, the second support member 20 is further provided with a support portion 24 near the first end thereof, and the support portion 24 is used for supporting the position of the drying rope 30 near the first end of the second support member 20, so that the drying rope can be smoothly exposed from the first end of the second support member 20 and extend out of the second support member 20.
In this example, in combination with the above technical solution that the cavity 21 is formed inside the second support member 20, the support portion 24 is disposed inside the cavity 21, and the support portion 24 is close to the cavity opening at the second end of the cavity 21, so as to avoid interference between the other end of the drying rope 30 and the edge of the cavity opening of the cavity 21 when the other end extends out of the second support member 20 through the cavity opening of the cavity 21. The airing rope 30 is at least partially disposed on the upper side of the supporting portion 24 in a specific through-connection state, so that when the airing rope 30 is in a use state, i.e., the second supporting member 20 is pulled away from the second supporting member, and other articles such as fabrics are hung on the second supporting member, the weight of the fabrics can apply a force to the airing rope 30 along the gravity direction, and the airing rope 30 can be abutted and hung on the supporting portion 24 under the action of the gravity, so that the stability of the airing rope 30 is improved through the supporting portion 24.
In the same manner, in the solution provided in the above embodiment, since the other end of the drying rope 30 is always kept exposed to the outside of the second support member 20, the interaction between the drying rope 30 and the support portion 24 is always maintained, that is, the drying rope 30 is kept in a state of being hung on the support portion 24 when being retracted and extended with respect to the second support member 20, and in order to reduce the friction force generated between the drying rope 30 and the support portion 24, the service life of the drying rope 30 is not reduced due to the excessive friction force with the support portion 24, and the portion of the support portion 24 for acting on the drying rope 30 (the upper side of the support portion 24 in the present embodiment) may be configured to have a structure such as a cambered surface, which can expand the contact area between the two.
With continued reference to fig. 5-8, according to the above description, the supporting portion 24 may be configured similar to the first wire-wrapping portion 22, that is, the first wire-wrapping portion 22 is a pulley rotatably connected to the second supporting member 20, and similar to the first wire-wrapping portion 22, the outer peripheral portion of the pulley of the seat supporting portion 24 around the rotation axis thereof is provided with a guiding groove, which can ensure that the airing rope 30 can be smoothly retracted and extended while keeping the airing rope 30 stably engaged with the supporting portion 24. According to the embodiment, the supporting portion 24 is provided with the pulley structure, so that when the supporting portion 24 and the drying rope 30 are in contact friction, the supporting portion 24 can rotate along with the friction force direction (the drying rope 30 moves along the extending direction or the shrinking direction at present), and the friction between the supporting portion 24 and the drying rope 30 is reduced by the mode that the supporting portion 24 rotates along the moving direction of the drying rope 30, the surface of the drying rope 30 is effectively protected from being worn along with the increase of the using time and the using times, the service life of the drying rope 30 is prolonged, and meanwhile, the surface of the pulley structure is circular, the contact surface between the surface of the pulley structure and the drying rope 30 is increased, so that the drying rope 30 is further protected from being worn by the first winding portion 22.
Further, the rotation axes of the supporting portion 24 and the extending and contracting direction of the second supporting member 20 are perpendicular to each other, and this arrangement can achieve the same technical effect as the first winding portion 22 of the pulley structure, and in the embodiment in which the first winding portion 22 is a pulley, the rotation axes of the supporting portion 24 and the first winding portion 22, which are also pulleys, may be set in a non-parallel state, but in this embodiment, in order to further improve the stability of the movement of the drying rope 30 in the extending and contracting direction, the rotation axes of the supporting portion 24 and the first winding portion 22 may be set in a parallel state, and the supporting portion 24 and the first winding portion 22 may be set on the same installation plane, so as to ensure that the drying rope 30 remains stable between the supporting portion 24 and the first winding portion 22, so as to prevent the drying rope 30 from being detached from the supporting portion 24 or the first winding portion 22.
Further, in order to further improve the stability between the drying rope 30 and the first support member 10 and the second support member 20 according to any of the above embodiments, please refer to fig. 3 to 8, the second support member 20 is further provided with a second winding portion 25 near the second end thereof, the first winding portion 22 and the second winding portion 25 are disposed at intervals along the extending direction of the second support member 20, as shown in fig. 5 to 8, the second winding portion 25 is disposed between the first winding portion 22 and the first end of the second support member 20, in the embodiment in which the cavity 21 is formed in combination with the second support member 20, the first winding portion 22 may be disposed outside the cavity 21 in such a manner that the drying rope 30 is wound around the first winding portion 22 and then is engaged with the fixing portion 12, and the second winding portion 25 may be disposed at least partially inside the cavity 21, only one side of the second winding portion near the first winding portion 22 is disposed outside the cavity 21, so as to avoid that the drying rope 30 and the second winding portion 20 is disposed completely outside the cavity 21 in such a manner that the interference between the second winding portion and the cavity 21 is completely disposed outside the cavity 21.
Specifically, the first support member 10 is provided with a fixing portion 12 near one end of the second support member 20, and the airing string 30 is sequentially wound around at least part of the first winding portion 22, the fixing portion 12, and the second winding portion 25 from one end to the other end. According to the above embodiment, in a specific application scenario, as shown in fig. 3-6, one end of the airing rope 30 is connected to one end of the first support member 10 near the second support member 20, for example, in an embodiment in which the first support member 10 is formed with the telescopic hole 11, one end of the airing rope 30 and the fixing portion 12 are both disposed in the telescopic hole 11, and in order to enable the airing rope 30 to smoothly perform the subsequent wire-wrap engagement with the first wire-wrap portion 22 and the second wire-wrap portion 25, the connection portion of one end of the airing rope 30 is disposed at a distance from the fixing portion 12, as in the present embodiment, one end of the airing rope 30 is disposed on the upper side of the telescopic hole 11, the fixing portion 12 is disposed near the lower side of the telescopic hole 11, and, in order to enable the drying rope 30 to smoothly perform the winding engagement with the first winding portion 22, the connection portion between the drying rope 30 and the first support member 10 is located at a side of the first winding portion 22 close to the second support member 20, so that the drying rope 30 can bypass the first winding portion 22 around a side (a rear side indicated by an arrow in fig. 3-4) of the first winding portion 22 away from the second support member 20, extend toward the fixing portion 12, and extend toward the second winding portion 25 after bypassing a side (a front side indicated by an arrow in fig. 3-4) of the fixing portion 12 close to the second support member 20, and finally extend toward the first end of the second support member 20 after bypassing a rear side of the second winding portion 25, and finally emerge from the first end of the second support member 20.
In the above embodiment, the fixing portion 12 can extend the arrangement length of the drying rope 30 in the telescopic hole 11, so that the drying rope 30 is located between the telescopic hole 11 and the first support member 10, and the second winding portion 25 can enter the space 21 formed by the second support member 20, the winding path before the second winding portion 25 can enter the space 21 is longer, and the fixing portion 12 can restrict at least part of the drying rope 30 between the fixing portion and the first winding portion 22, so as to ensure that the drying rope 30 is kept wound on at least part of the first winding portion 22 and the second winding portion 25, thus, when the second support member 20 moves along the inward direction relative to the first support member 10, the first winding portion 22 and the second winding portion 25 can be guaranteed to abut against the drying rope 30, so that the drying rope 30 can be stably retracted and stored in the space 21 under the action of the two of the first winding portion 22, and the second winding portion 25 can be further increased on the basis of the first winding portion 22, so that the load of the first winding portion 22 can be reduced to a certain extent, and the service life of the winding module can be prolonged.
Similarly, the same distance from the first winding portion 22 and the supporting portion 24 is provided, so as to reduce friction between the second winding portion 25 and the fixing portion 12 and the drying rope 30 and improve smoothness of the drying rope 30 during winding and unwinding, the second winding portion 25 is a pulley rotatably connected to the second supporting member 20, a rotation axis of the second winding portion 25 is perpendicular to a stretching direction of the second supporting member 20, and the fixing portion 12 is a pulley rotatably connected to the first supporting member 10, and a rotation axis of the fixing portion 12 is perpendicular to a stretching direction of the second supporting member 20.
Of course, in the above embodiment, only the embodiment in which the second wire-wound portion 25 is a pulley rotatably connected to the second support member 20, or only the embodiment in which the fixing portion 12 is a pulley rotatably connected to the first support member 10 may be adopted.
In the embodiment of the above-mentioned retraction module further including the second winding portion 25 and the fixing portion 12, in order to reduce the difficulty of assembling and disassembling the components, as shown in fig. 3 to 10, the second end of the second supporting member 20 is provided with a detachable movable supporting member 26, in the embodiment of the cavity 21, one end of the movable supporting member 26, which is used for being connected with the second supporting member 20, is a sleeve structure adapted to the cross-sectional structure of the second supporting member, the movable supporting member 26 is formed with a first mounting portion 261 protruding from the second end of the second supporting member 20, correspondingly, the first winding portion 22 is mounted on the first mounting portion 261, and the second winding portion 25 is connected with the movable supporting member 26 and is at least partially located in the first mounting portion 261. The detachable movable support 26 provides mounting positions for the first and second wire-wrapping portions 22 and 25, so that the first and second wire-wrapping portions 22 and 25 can be conveniently detached from and assembled with the second support member 20, and the assembly and disassembly in the early stage and the maintenance in the later stage are facilitated.
In connection with the above embodiment, in the embodiment in which the second support member 20 is formed with the cavity 21, the first mounting portion 261 may be configured as a frame structure as shown in fig. 9 to 10, a space is provided for mounting the first and second wire-wrapping portions 22 and 25, and at the same time, a blocking portion 262 is provided at an end of the space facing away from the cavity 21, and in the wire-wrapped state of the drying wire 30, a portion of the drying wire 30 is located between the blocking portion 262 and the first wire-wrapping portion 22 to restrict the position of the drying wire 30, so as to prevent the drying wire 30 from being completely separated from the mating relationship with the first wire-wrapping portion 22.
In the embodiment in which the second support members 20 are provided at the opposite ends of the first support member 10 in the extension/retraction direction, the stopper 262 can also function as a certain restriction for the degrees of freedom of the two opposing second support members 20 in the extension/retraction direction, and when the two second support members 20 are both positioned at the extension/retraction positions, the two second support members 20 can be restrained by the stopper 23 in addition to the restriction in the extension/retraction direction, and can also be restrained by the stoppers 262 of the two members abutting against each other.
In order to allow the drying rope 30 to be wound around the first winding portion 22 and the second winding portion 25 effectively, in this embodiment, the first mounting portion 261 is located on at least any one of the opposite sides of the space and communicates with the outside of the first support member, so that the drying rope 30 can be inserted into the space from the upper side of the oil movable support 26, and the movable support 26 is inserted from the lower side of the space and extends to the fixed portion 12.
As an embodiment that may be independent of the movable support 26 or parallel to the embodiment of the movable support 26, please continue to refer to fig. 3-8, the end of the first support member 10 near the second support member 20 is provided with a detachable fixed support 13, and the fixing portion 12 is mounted on the fixed support 13, so as to facilitate the production assembly of the fixing portion 12 on the second support member 20, and subsequent detachment maintenance.
It will be appreciated that, since the supporting portion 24 is disposed in the cavity 21 near the first end of the second supporting member 20, the supporting portion 24 has enough space for assembling and disassembling the first and second wire-wrapping portions 22, 25 and the fixing portion 12, and thus the supporting portion 24 can be directly assembled to the second supporting member 20 to complete the installation in the housing module.
Of course, the present embodiment does not exclude an embodiment in which the support portion 24 is located in the cavity 21 by a detachable mounting structure.
The second end of the second support member 20 is provided with a detachable movable support 26, the first winding connection portion 22 and the second winding connection portion 25 are both mounted on the movable support 26, and one end of the first support member 10, which is close to the second support member 20, is provided with a detachable fixed support 13, and in the embodiment in which the fixed portion 12 is mounted on the fixed support 13, the projection of the movable support 26 in the telescopic direction and the projection of the fixed support 13 in the telescopic direction at least partially overlap, so that when the second support member 20 moves in the overhanging direction and the movable support 26 moves to a position close to the fixed support 13, the fixed support 13 plays a limiting role in the overhanging direction on the movable support 26, so as to limit the limiting position for restricting the movement of the second support member 20 in the overhanging direction and prevent the second support from being separated from the first support member 10 due to excessive overhanging.
Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 4, on the basis of any one of the foregoing embodiments, this embodiment further provides a clothes airing machine, which adopts the winding and unwinding modules of the clothes airing rope according to any one of the foregoing embodiments, where the winding and unwinding modules are at least two on the airing machine, the airing machine is connected with the at least two winding and unwinding modules in a driving manner along a lifting direction through a driving mechanism 40 for setting a suspended ceiling, and the two first support members 10 are connected with each other, so as to achieve the purpose of driving each winding and unwinding module to lift simultaneously.
The two first supporting members are located at intervals on the same horizontal plane and arranged in parallel to provide a relatively stable and relatively large airing position for a user, the airing rope 30 is provided with a connector 31, and the connector 31 is configured to be connected with another connector 31 or with an external supporting structure (such as a wall) so as to achieve the purpose of providing different airing positions through the connection between the connector 31 and different parts or supporting structures according to different airing requirements of the user.
In the above-described embodiment of the limiting structure, the connection head 31 may be used as the second limiting structure provided in the drying rope 30 as mentioned in the above-described embodiment.
With continued reference to fig. 1 to 8, in this embodiment, two opposite ends of the first support member 10 along the telescopic direction are respectively provided with a second support member 20, and on the basis that one end of the first support member 10 along the telescopic direction is provided with a first orifice 111 communicating with the telescopic hole 11, in this embodiment, in combination with the embodiment in which the first support member 10 is formed with the telescopic hole 11, two opposite ends of the first support member 10 along the telescopic direction are respectively formed with a first orifice 111 communicating with the telescopic hole 11 and a second orifice 112, and the two second support members 20 can be movably inserted into the telescopic hole 11 through the first orifice 111 and the second orifice 112 respectively. The two second support members 20 can reciprocate between an extended position relatively far away from each other and a retracted position relatively close to each other along the extension direction, and when both are in the extended position, the connectors 31 provided on the airing ropes 30 in the two second support members 20 can be connected to each other (as shown in fig. 1) so as to form an arc-shaped airing position in cooperation with the first support member 10 and the second support member 20.
It should be noted that, in the above-mentioned retraction module provided by the present utility model, when the corresponding airing position needs to be provided by using the airing rope 30, the second support member 20 can be driven in the extending direction to the extending position and then the airing rope 30 can be pulled out from the second support member 20, and when the second support member 20 is in the retracted position, the airing rope 30 can be pulled out from the second support member 20 directly through the other end of the airing rope 30 to achieve the same technical effect. It will be appreciated that during this process, the drying line 30 is able to exert a force in the overhanging direction on the second support member 20 via the first wire wrap 22, such that as the drying line 30 is extended from the second support member 20, the second support member 20 will also extend in the overhanging direction from within the first support member 10 and eventually move to the overhanging position, and at this time, the drying line 30 will also be in a state of being pulled out of the second support member 20 by the user, being able to be used and providing a corresponding drying position.
In summary, according to the present embodiment, by changing the retraction manner of the airing rope 30 and the matching relationship between the airing rope 30 and the fabric airing devices such as the retraction module and the airing machine in the retraction state, the problem that the airing rope 30 is difficult to ensure to be fully retracted after long-term use is solved. Meanwhile, the airing rope 30 is contained in the first supporting member 10 and the second supporting member 20 (corresponding to airing rods of the airing machine), and the airing rods are used as the winding and unwinding modules of the airing rope 30, so that the problem that the winding and unwinding modules are arranged outside the airing machine and are easy to interfere with other parts or external objects is solved, and the purposes of improving the integration and the attractiveness of product equipment are achieved.
