When the first support 21 and the second support 22 are supported on the placing surface, the clothes receiving piece 30 can be unfolded between the first support 21 and the second support 22, and the clothes receiving piece 30 is fixed by the first support 21 and the second support 22, so that the clothes receiving device 100 is more convenient to use. Further, by supporting the laundry receiver 30 by the first and second brackets 21 and 22, the lower surface of the laundry receiver 30 can be spaced apart from the placement surface by a predetermined distance in the expanded state, thereby preventing the upper surface of the laundry receiver 30 from being contaminated due to the contamination of the lower surface of the laundry receiver 30 in the stored state.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, the first stand 21 and the second stand 22 may be placed at the front side of the laundry treating apparatus 200 and spaced apart in the left-right direction, so that the laundry receiving member 30 may be spread out in the left-right direction at the front side of the laundry treating apparatus 200 so as to receive laundry.
For convenience of description, the orientations of the "front-back direction" and the "left-right direction" in the present invention are based on the orientation relationship shown in the drawings, and are not limited to the orientation in the practical application.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, at least one of the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 22 may be provided with a rotating shaft 23, and the laundry receiving member 30 may be wound around the rotating shaft 23, so as to facilitate storage of the laundry receiving member 30, ensure neat and convenient storage of the laundry receiving member 30, reduce a large separate placing space required for the laundry receiving member 30, and reduce breakage of the laundry receiving member 30 by winding and storing, thereby improving the service life. When the rack 20 is in the pulled-out state, the rack 20 is supported on the placing surface, and the clothes receiving piece 30 can be unfastened from the rotating shaft 23 to realize the unfolding of the clothes receiving piece 30; when the rack 20 is in the storage state, the clothes receiving piece 30 can be wound on the rotating shaft 23, the storage of the clothes receiving piece 30 is realized, the structure is simple, and the taking and placing are convenient.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3-6, the laundry receiving device 100 further includes a self-locking structure 60, and in the state that the laundry receiving element 30 is unfolded, the self-locking structure 60 can lock the rotating shaft 23 to prevent the rotating shaft 23 from being forced to rotate, prevent the laundry receiving element 30 from being polluted due to contact between the laundry receiving element 30 and the placing surface caused by unfolding of the redundant laundry receiving element 30, and also prevent the laundry receiving element 30 from being automatically wound onto the rotating shaft 23 to affect normal use of the laundry receiving device 100.
For example, in some embodiments, the self-locking structure 60 may have a shift position in which the self-locking structure 60 is capable of locking when the laundry receiver 30 is deployed to a predetermined extent, such as locking the rotating shaft 23 when the laundry receiver 30 is fully deployed.
For example, in some embodiments, the self-locking structure 60 may have different shift positions, and may be locked in the corresponding shift positions when the clothes receiving member 30 is unfolded to different degrees, so as to select different shift positions according to different situations, and may be suitable for various application requirements.
For another example, in other embodiments, the self-locking structure 60 can lock the rotating shaft 23 in a state that the clothes receiving element 30 is unfolded to any length, so as to facilitate the use of the clothes receiving device 100 under different conditions, and make the use of the clothes receiving device 100 more flexible, thereby meeting the use requirements of the device bodies 70 of different models of clothes treating devices 200. For example, the length of the corresponding size of the laundry receiving member 30 is expanded according to the required occupied space for washing the laundry, thereby satisfying the placement requirement of the laundry.
In some embodiments, the self-locking mechanism 60 may include a first buckle, a second buckle, and a rotating drum connected to the end of the clothes receiving member 30 and wound around the rotating shaft 23, wherein the first buckle is disposed on the rotating drum, and the second buckle is disposed on the rotating shaft 23. When the clothes receiving piece 30 is pulled, the first buckle and the second buckle can allow the rotary drum to rotate along the first direction, namely, the first buckle and the second buckle can not be matched and clamped in the process, when the rotary drum rotates along the reverse direction of the first direction to the set position, namely, the clothes receiving piece 30 is unlocked from the rotary drum to the set position, the first buckle and the second buckle can be matched and clamped in a clamping mode to lock the position of the rotary drum and the position of the rotary shaft 23, and therefore operation of a user is facilitated.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the clothes receiving device 100 further includes a reset component, and the reset component can be used for driving the clothes receiving component 30 to wind on the rotating shaft 23, so as to realize automatic winding of the clothes receiving component 30, avoid the trouble of manually winding the clothes receiving component 30, save time, and meet the use requirements of users with more convenience and high efficiency.
In some embodiments, the reset member may be an elastic member, one end of the elastic member is connected to the rotating shaft 23, the other end of the elastic member is connected to the bracket 20, when one end of the clothes receiving member 30 is pulled away from the rotating shaft 23, the rotating shaft 23 may rotate along the first direction, the clothes receiving member 30 may be gradually unfolded from the rotating shaft 23, and the rotating shaft 23 rotates along the first direction to elastically deform the elastic member, so that when one end of the clothes receiving member 30 is released, the elastically deformed elastic member may be restored, thereby driving the rotating shaft 23 to rotate in the reverse direction of the first direction, and further rolling up the clothes receiving member 30 through the rotating shaft 23, which is more convenient and fast to use.
For example, the elastic member may be a spring, the spring is sleeved on the rotating shaft 23, the rotating shaft 23 is slidably connected with the bracket 20, the spring may be axially compressed along with the sliding of the rotating shaft 23, the first buckle may be staggered with the second buckle, and at this time, the revolving drum may rotate in the reverse direction of the first direction under the elastic restoring force of the elastic member until the clothes receiving member 30 is rolled up on the revolving drum; then the spring is released, so that the rotating shaft 23 reversely slides due to the axial restoring force of the spring until the rotating shaft 23 is reset, and at the moment, the first buckle corresponds to the second buckle in position.
In some embodiments, the laundry receiving device 100 may include the self-locking structure 60 and the reset member at the same time, so that the laundry receiving member 30 may be locked by the self-locking structure 60 after being unlocked, and the laundry receiving member 30 may be automatically wound to the rotating shaft 23 by the reset member after the self-locking structure 60 is unlocked, thereby effectively realizing the unfolding positioning and the automatic retraction of the laundry receiving member 30, facilitating the use of a user, and being more efficient and convenient to use.
In some embodiments, the clothes receiving member 30 of the clothes receiving device 100 can be in a normally-reset state by the reset member, and the self-locking structure 60 can lock the position of the rotating shaft 23 to lock the position of the clothes receiving member 30.
For example, when the rotating shaft 23 rotates in a first direction, the clothes receiving member 30 can be gradually unfolded from the rotating shaft 23, the reset member enables the rotating shaft 23 to have a tendency of rotating in a direction opposite to the first direction, the self-locking structure 60 can lock the position of the rotating shaft 23, the drive action of the reset member on the rotating shaft 23 is prevented, the clothes receiving member 30 is prevented from being wound on the rotating shaft 23 again, a user does not need to always unfold the clothes receiving member 30, and the operation of the user is facilitated. When the clothes receiving piece 30 is retracted, the self-locking structure 60 is unlocked, and the clothes receiving piece 30 can be wound on the rotating shaft 23 by the driving force of the reset piece, so that the clothes receiving piece 30 is stored.
In some embodiments, the self-locking structure 60 and the reset member may be integrated into a single piece, in other words, the self-locking structure 60 may have both the function of locking the rotating shaft 23 and the function of driving the clothes receiving member 30 to reset, and the structure of the clothes receiving device 100 is simpler and occupies less space.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, in the storage state of the rack 20, the first rack 21 may be supported on the second rack 22, so as to reduce the occupied space of the rack 20 in the transverse direction (e.g. in the left-right direction shown in fig. 2), meet the use requirement of installing the clothes receiving device 100 in a small space, and the rack 20 is more convenient to be pulled out, and the rack 20 can be taken out as a whole only by pulling out the second rack 22.
In some embodiments, the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 22 can be connected by clamping, so that the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 22 can be reliably connected, the clothes receiving piece 30 is not easy to expose when being stored, the clothes receiving piece 30 is ensured to be clean, the first bracket 21 is prevented from falling, and the stable placement is ensured.
Of course, the storage manner of the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 22 is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 22 may also be placed side by side along the transverse direction in the storage state of the bracket 20, so as to meet the use requirement of a smaller height space.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the bracket 20 includes a first bracket 21 and a second bracket 22, the first bracket 21 has a first bracket opening 211, the second bracket 22 has a second bracket opening 221 and a third bracket opening 222, the second bracket opening 221 is disposed on a top wall of the second bracket 22, and the third bracket opening 222 is disposed on a side wall of the second bracket 22. At least one of the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 22 is provided with a rotating shaft 23 and a self-locking structure 60, the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 22 can be connected with the clothes receiving element 30 through the rotating shaft 23, and the self-locking structure 60 is used for locking the rotating shaft 23.
In the storage state of the rack 20, the first rack 21 is stacked on the second rack 22, and the first rack opening 211 of the first rack 21 and the second rack opening 221 of the second rack 22 are opposite to each other, so that a part of the clothes receiver 30 is stored in the first rack 21, and another part of the clothes receiver 30 is stored in the second rack 22.
When the laundry receiving apparatus 100 is used, the second holder 22 is pulled out from the storage chamber 11 by the slide rail 40, and the holder 20 is switched to the pulled-out state. Then, the second bracket 22 is placed on the placing surface, and the first bracket 21 is rotated (for example, rotated 90 ° to the left) to rotate the first bracket opening 211 to be opposite to the third bracket opening 222 of the second bracket 22, so that the connection end of the clothes receiving piece 30 and the second bracket 22 can move from the second bracket opening 221 to extend from the third bracket opening 222, and the clothes receiving piece 30 is prevented from being bent and damaged. In addition, the first support frame 21 can be moved relative to the second support frame 22, for example, the first support frame 21 is pulled to the left by a certain distance and placed on the placing surface, so that the clothes receiving piece 30 can rotate around the rotating shaft 23 to be unfolded and locked by the self-locking structure 60. The laundry receiving member 30 may be supported by the first and second brackets 21 and 22 at the front side of the apparatus body 70 of the laundry treating apparatus 200, so that the laundry is placed on the laundry receiving member 30 after being taken out from the laundry treating apparatus 200.
When the clothes receiving device 100 is stored, the clothes receiving piece 30 can be wound on the rotating shaft 23, the first bracket 21 rotates in the reverse direction to enable the first bracket 21 to be stacked on the second bracket 22 again, at this time, the first bracket opening 211 is opposite to the second bracket opening 221, so that the clothes receiving piece 30 is stored in the bracket 20, and then the bracket 20 is pushed back into the storage cavity 11, so that the storage of the bracket 20 and the clothes receiving piece 30 is realized.
It should be noted that the directions of the openings of the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 22 can be flexibly set according to the placing positions of the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 22 in the storage state, the moving direction of the first bracket 21 when the first bracket is unfolded, and the like, and only the requirement that the clothes receiving piece 30 is not easily bent or worn in the storage and unfolding processes needs to be met.
For example, in an embodiment in which the first and second brackets 21 and 22 are laid out in the left-right direction in the stored state, the first bracket 21 may have a first bracket opening 211, and the second bracket 22 may have a second bracket opening 221, and the first bracket opening 211 and the second bracket opening 221 are opposite to each other, so that the first and second brackets 21 and 22 do not need to be rotated during the unfolding and storing processes, and the operation is more convenient.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the storage box 10 may include an upper box 12 and a lower box 13, the first support 21 may be located in the upper box 12 in a drawable manner, the second support 22 may be located in the lower box 13 in a drawable manner, the lower box 13 may have a supporting function on the second support 22, and the upper box 12 may effectively block dust and the like falling from the upper portion of the support 20, so as to ensure clean use. Meanwhile, the upper box body 12 and the lower box body 13 can guide the first support 21 and the second support 22, so that the support 20 can move in the storage box 10 conveniently, and the support 20 can be taken and placed more conveniently.
In some embodiments, the storage box 10 can be integrally formed, so that the production cost is reduced, the process of final assembly is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved. For example, the housing case 10 may be formed in a structure having a cross section in a shape of "C" or "square".
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2-4, support frame 20 may be provided with support feet 24, with support feet 24 having an extended state and a retracted state. In the pulled-out state of the stand 20, the support legs 24 may be in an extended state so that the support legs 24 may be supported on the placing surface, thereby supporting the stand 20 above the placing surface and further preventing the laundry receiving member 30 from contacting the placing surface in the use state. Moreover, by providing the support legs 24, the height of the rack 20 in the pulled-out state can be substantially the same as the height of the rack 20 in the stored state, so that the rack 20 is not easily bumped or deflected during repeated pulling and pulling processes to affect the structural strength, and the rack 20 can be easily moved into the storage box 10 during storage of the rack 20. In the storage state of the support 20, the support legs 24 are in the retracted state, so that the support 20 is stored in the storage cavity 11, and the interference between the support legs 24 and the storage box 10 is avoided.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the support foot 24 is rotatably mounted to the frame 20, such that in use, the support foot 24 can be rotated out of the frame 20 to place the support foot 24 in an extended state, and in storage, the support foot can be rotated into the frame 20 to place the support foot 24 in a retracted state. For example, the support feet 24 may be rotatable in the support frame 20 via a rotational axis.
