Because the gum cover 7.4 and the handle 7 of the connecting seat (7.2,7.3) are manufactured by single processing, such as the connecting seat (7.2,7.3) is manufactured by adopting a precision casting mode, a machining mode and the like, the gum cover 7.4 is manufactured by adopting a molding mode, the handle 7 is manufactured by adopting a precision casting mode, a machining mode and the like, the precision of the gum cover 7.4, the gum cover and the handle 7 is easy to control, namely the specification of the connecting seat (7.2,7.3), the specification of the gum cover 7.4 and the precision of the trepanning 7.40 are easy to control, so when the gum cover body 7.41 is assembled to the connecting seat (7.2,7.3) and the connecting end (7.11,7.12) is assembled to the trepanning 7.40, the gum cover can be quickly assembled in place by utilizing the positioning structure, the assembly efficiency is high, and the assembly connection stability is good.
In one embodiment, the mounting holes (7.22,7.32) are provided on the underside of the attachment base (7.2,7.3) to provide an aesthetic effect. In addition, the assembly holes (7.22,7.32) are designed to be countersunk holes, the heads of the screws 7.5 are hidden, and the attractiveness is improved.
Referring to fig. 13 to 16, in one embodiment, the connection socket (7.2,7.3) comprises a first connection socket 7.2 and a second connection socket 7.3; the handle 7.1 is provided with a first connecting end 7.11 and a second connecting end 7.12, and the first connecting end 7.11 and the second connecting end 7.12 are respectively provided with a first connecting hole 7.110 and a second connecting hole 7.120; the first connecting seat 7.2 is provided with a first connecting channel 7.20 with an open outer end, the side wall of the first connecting channel is provided with a first assembly hole 7.22, the second connecting seat 7.3 is provided with a second connecting channel 7.30 with an open outer end, and the side wall of the second connecting channel is provided with a second assembly hole 7.32; the side part of the kettle body 6 is integrally cast with a first positioning groove 601 and a second positioning groove 602 which are arranged vertically at intervals, the inner end of the first connecting seat 7.2 is adaptively embedded into the first positioning groove 601 and welded and fixed, the inner end of the second connecting seat 7.3 is adaptively embedded into the second positioning groove 602 and welded and fixed, the first connecting end 7.11 of the handle 7.1 is assembled to the first connecting channel 7.20, and the first connecting end 7.11 is fixed to the first connecting seat 7.2 through the threaded connection of the screw 7.5 from the first assembling hole 7.22 and the first connecting hole 7.110; the second connection end 7.12 of the handle 7.1 is fitted into the second connection channel 7.30, and the second connection end 7.12 is fixed to the second connection seat 7.3 by screwing the screw 7.5 from the second fitting hole 7.32 to the second connection hole 7.120.
The inner end of the first connecting seat 7.2 is provided with a first embedded part 7.21, and a first embedded step 7.211 is formed between the first connecting seat 7.2 and the first embedded part 7.21; the inner end of the second connecting seat 7.3 is provided with a second embedded part 7.31, a second embedded step 7.311 is formed between the second connecting seat 7.3 and the second embedded part 7.31, the first embedded part 7.21 is embedded into the first positioning groove 601 for positioning, the first embedded step 7.211 shields the edge of the first positioning groove 601, and the first embedded step 7.211 is welded and fixed with the kettle body 6; the second fitting portion 7.31 is fitted into the second positioning groove 602 to be positioned, the second fitting step 7.311 covers the edge of the second positioning groove 602, and the second fitting step 7.311 is welded to the kettle body 6.
The first connecting end 7.11 and the second connecting end 7.21 of the handle 7.1 are designed to be flat structures, first limiting steps 7.111 are arranged on two sides of the first connecting end 7.11, second limiting steps 7.121 are arranged on two sides of the second connecting end 7.21, rubber sleeves 7.4 are installed on the first connecting channel 7.20 of the first connecting seat 7.2 and the second connecting channel 7.30 of the second connecting seat 7.3, and the sleeve edges 7.42 corresponding to the rubber sleeves 7.4 are abutted against the end faces of the first connecting seat 7.2 and the second connecting seat 7.3. Preferably, the first connecting channel 7.20, the second connecting channel 7.30 and the rubber sleeve body 7.4 are designed into square structures, so that the processing is simple, the installation is convenient, and the positioning effect is good. When the first connecting end 7.11 is mounted to the trepanning 7.40, the first limiting step 7.111 is mounted to the limiting notch 7.43, and when the second connecting end 7.21 is mounted to the trepanning 7.40, the second limiting step 7.121 is mounted to the limiting notch 7.43.

The first connecting end 7.11 is installed, the angle of adjustment of the first connecting end 7.11 is inserted into the sleeve hole 7.40 of the rubber sleeve 7.4, the first limiting step 7.111 is installed in the limiting notch 7.43, at this time, the first assembling hole 7.22, the rubber sleeve connecting hole 7.45 of the corresponding rubber sleeve 7.4 and the first connecting hole 7.110 are opposite, and the screw 7.5 sequentially penetrates through the first assembling hole 7.22, the rubber sleeve connecting hole 7.45 of the corresponding rubber sleeve 7.4 and the first connecting hole 7.110 in a threaded manner, so that the first connecting end 7.11, the first connecting seat 7.2 and the rubber sleeve 7.4 are fixed together.
The second connecting end 7.12 is installed, the adjusting angle of the second connecting end 7.12 is inserted into the sleeve hole 7.40 of the rubber sleeve 7.4, the second limiting step 7.121 is installed in the limiting notch 7.43, at this time, the second assembling hole 7.32, the rubber sleeve connecting hole 7.45 of the corresponding rubber sleeve 7.4 and the second connecting hole 7.120 are opposite, and the screw 7.5 sequentially penetrates through the second assembling hole 7.32, the rubber sleeve connecting hole 7.45 of the corresponding rubber sleeve 7.4 and the second connecting hole 7.120 in a threaded manner, so that the second connecting end 7.12, the second connecting seat 7.3 and the rubber sleeve 7.4 are fixed together.
The order in which the second connection ends 7.12 of the first connection ends 7.11 are mounted is not limited.
In one embodiment, the handle 7.1 is cast from a metal material, such as precision casting, and the first retaining step 7.111 and the first attachment aperture 7.110, and the second attachment aperture 7.120 and the second retaining step 7.121 may be cast integrally or later machined. The handle 7.1 is cast by metal, so that the consistency of the specification accuracy can be ensured. Of course, the handle 7.1 can also be formed by metal bending and machining.
In other embodiments, the handle 7.1 may be made of other non-metallic materials, such as bakelite, while ensuring strength.

Claims (10)

1. A cover device, comprising:
the cover body is provided with an assembly channel communicated with the upper surface and the lower surface of the cover body, the lower part of the assembly channel is provided with a first assembly part, and the first assembly part is provided with internal threads;
the mechanical thermometer is arranged in the assembly channel through a connecting component and comprises a temperature change element, a dial plate and a pointer, wherein the temperature change element is coupled with the pointer, and the pointer is enabled to point to the position corresponding to the dial plate during temperature change;
the connecting part is provided with a connecting part matched with the first assembling part, the connecting part is provided with external threads connected with the first assembling part, the mechanical thermometer is fixed on the connecting part or is fixed by the connecting part and the cover body, and the connecting part is provided with a detection channel which is communicated with the space below the temperature change element and the cover device.

The cover device according to claim 1, wherein the connection member comprises a connection base including a bottom wall and a side wall, the lower portion of the side wall being provided with the connection portion, the bottom wall being provided with the detection passage, the mechanical thermometer being mounted in the connection base, the connection base being fitted into the fitting passage from the upper end of the cover body.
3. The cover device of claim 2, wherein a see-through cover plate is mounted on the upper portion of the connecting base.

A cover device according to claim 3, wherein a second fitting portion communicating with the first fitting portion is provided at an upper portion of the fitting passage, a hole diameter of the second fitting portion is larger than a hole diameter of the first fitting portion, a first step is formed at a junction of the second fitting portion and the first fitting portion, a diameter of a side wall of the connection seat corresponding to the second fitting portion is increased to form a second step fitted with the first step, a third step is provided at an upper portion of an inner wall of the side wall, a fourth step is provided at a lower side of the third step, a mechanical thermometer is installed at an upper side of the fourth step, and a see-through cover plate is installed at an upper side of the third step.

The cover device of claim 4, further comprising a decorative ring made of metal or nonmetal material, wherein the decorative ring comprises a ring body and a ring connecting wall arranged on the lower side of the ring body, the ring body extends out of the inner wall of the ring connecting wall to form an inner edge of the ring body, the ring body extends out of the outer wall of the ring connecting wall to form an outer edge of the ring body, the upper end surface of the assembly channel is provided with a fifth step, the inner wall of the ring connecting wall is connected with the outer wall of the upper part of the connecting seat through threads, the inner edge of the ring body is abutted to the edge of the perspective cover plate, and the outer edge of the ring body is positioned on the upper side of the fifth step.

The cover device according to claim 1, wherein a second fitting portion communicating with the first fitting portion is provided at an upper portion of the fitting channel, an aperture of the second fitting portion is smaller than that of the first fitting portion, a sixth step is formed at a junction of the second fitting portion and the first fitting portion, and a seventh step is formed at an upper end of the fitting channel extending out of an inner wall of the second fitting portion; the connecting part comprises a connecting seat, the connecting seat comprises a bottom wall and a side wall arranged on the bottom wall, the side wall is provided with a connecting part, the bottom wall is provided with a detection channel, a seventh step is provided with a perspective cover plate, a mechanical thermometer is arranged in the side wall, the connecting seat is assembled in an assembly channel from the lower end of the cover body, the edge of the dial plate is abutted to the upper end of the side wall, and the connecting part and the first assembly part are connected to clamp the dial plate between the sixth step and the upper end of the side wall.
